Sodium metal batteries are arousing extensive interest owing to their high energy density,low cost and wide ***,the practical development of sodium metal batteries is inherently plagued by the severe volume expansion and the dendrite growth of sodium metal anode during long cycles under high current ***,a simple electrospinning method is applied to construct the uniformly nitrogen-doped porous carbon fiber skeleton and used as three-dimensional(3D)current collector for sodium metal anode,which has high specific surface area(1,098 m^2/g)and strong binding to sodium *** a result,nitrogen-doped carbon fiber current collector shows a low sodium deposition overpotential and a highly stable cyclability for 3,500 h with a high coulombic effciency of 99.9%at 2 mA/cm^2 and 2 mAh/cm^***,the full cells using carbon coated sodium vanadium phosphate as cathode and sodium pre-plated nitrogen-doped carbon fiber skeleton as hybrid anode can stably cycle for 300 *** results illustrate an effective strategy to construct a 3D uniformly nitrogen-doped carbon skeleton based sodium metal hybrid anode without the formation of dendrites,which provide a prospect for further development and research of high performance sodium metal batteries.

Forces acting on abrasive in the process of speeding up have been analyzed. Motion differential equation of abrasive in a pipeline and nozzle has been given, respectively. Mechanisms of abrasive particles accelerated in a premixed abrasive jet has been analyzed. The study shows that driven by high-pressure water, velocity of an abrasive is near to velocity of water in pipeline through the acceleration distance. In the taper section of a nozzle, water and abrasive particles are greatly accelerated at the same time. But velocity of an abrasive always lags behind velocity of water. A premixed abrasive jet cutting system has been introduced. The structure and working principles of the system have been given. The system is an assembly of abrasive screening and filling. By use of the premixed abrasive jet cutting system established, cutting experiments have been made to test the main parameters which influence the cutting performances such as working pressure, standoff and traverse velocity, and the nozzle diameter affecting cutting chink width.

随着信息技术的发展,人们获取的数据量越来越大,数据类型也趋于复杂,如何更好地处理这些数据,以取得好的分类结果,是一个挑战性的工作。该文提出一种将旋转森林(ROtation Forest,ROF)算法与极限学习机(Extreme Learning Machine,ELM)神经网络相结合的混合算法(ROF-ELM),在改善原始旋转森林算法中存在的过拟合现象的同时提高算法的分类精度。在基于UCI数据集以及实际遥感影像分类的实验仿真中,相比传统的集成分类算法,ROF-ELM提高了分类精度,同时具有更强的稳定性与泛化性能。

香港基本法所面对的难题涉及政治、法律、经济、文化和社会多个层面,涉及多方的利益纠葛。行为法律经济学在承认人的有限理性、有限意志力和有限自利的前提下,对香港基本法所面临的实践难题有一定的解释工具价值。一方面香港社会因为其殖民主义历史对大陆存在着认知偏见,另一方面又受到东方主义价值视角的影响产生身份认同的错位,从而引发群体性偏见。同时,“时间表”式的治理模式也容易引发政治波动。香港社会分层和民生问题是香港基本法实践难题产生的直接社会原因。行为法律经济学也有方法论的价值意义,通过引入BEA行为改变工具箱-证据为基础的政策制定理论,通过科学可验证的“心理疗法”,让香港变成中国大家庭的健康成员。通过信仰管理的工具,提供奖励和惩罚改善社会行为的驱动,来解除后殖民主义文化的“伪正义”思想枷锁,推动香港的社会法制民主进程。通过温和家长主义的实践活动,遏制极端主义的发展势头,同时充分尊重香港社会的高度自治权。基于行为法律经济分析,公共政策和微观行为模式都铺垫好以后,《基本法》的实施的障碍就会被克服。

We report rational design and syntheses of ternary noble metal-metalloid-nonmetal alloy nanowires(NWs)as a novel electrocatalyst for electrochemical ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).This novel electrocatalyst is formed in an aqueous solution via anisotropic nucleation and growth of ternary PdBP alloy NWs along assembled cylinder template of Plurolic F127 on a nitrogen-functionalized graphene support(denoted as PdBP NWs@N-G).We find that uniformly alloying B and P intrinsically modulates the electronic states of Pd catalyst and also introduces new functions into the catalyst,while NW structure supported on the N-G exposes more electrocatalytic active sites and accelerates electron/mass *** add-in synergies of PdBP NWs@N-G kinetically facilitate the removal and/or further oxidation of CO-based poisoning intermediates,thus remarkably enhancing the electrocatalytic EOR *** exhibit a high mass activity of 4.15 A mgPd^-1 and superior cycling and chronoamperometric stability for electrocatalytic EOR,much better than previously reported monometallic Pd-based *** interestingly,this design strategy can be easily extended to develop more sophisticated NWs catalysts with more compositions(for example quaternary PdCuBP NWs@N-G)that further tunes the electronic and bifuntional effects for various desired catalysis and electrocatalysis.

Background:Mechanical asphyxia(MA)is *** epidemiological characteristics are shared and the others different among different MA *** and Objectives:To reveal the characteristics of different types of MA and provide reference data for forensic identification of *** and Methods:We analyzed 913 cases to reveal the epidemiological characteristics of MA in Dongguan and Guangzhou,***:Seven types of MA were identified and strangulation accounted for up to 89.2%.Those aged 20-29 were the most susceptible to all types,except for traumatic and positional *** accounted for 96.6%of hanging cases,and accident was the main manner of death in cases of choking,traumatic,and positional *** was the most common in cases of ligature strangulation(LS),manual strangulation(MS),smothering,and asphyxia concomitant with lethal mechanical *** homicide rate in LS was positively correlated with the rate of female victims(P<0.001,OR=21.14).In MS,the ratio of female:male was 101:15 in *** to native residents,migrant workers were more likely to suffer from LS and *** was used in 50.8%of hanging cases,while LS tools were evenly *** marks were mostly found above the thyroid cartilage in both hanging and LS *** U shaped marks were shown in 51.01%of hanging cases but absent in LS *** LS,ligature marks completely encircling the neck,discontinuous marks,as well as≥two marks,were more(P<0.001)than in *** LS and MS cases,abrasion and subcutaneous hemorrhages on the neck were more frequent than in hanging cases(P=0.004 and P<0.001),but the difference in frequency of blister marks was opposite(P<0.001).Conclusion:In summary,this study revealed the epidemiological characteristics of the MA cases in Guangzhou and Dongguan *** characteristics of death scene and autopsy findings are important in differentiation of different types of MA,especially between suicide and homicide.

JNK is a key regulator of many cellular events, including programmed cell death (apoptosis). In the absence of NF- κB activation, prolonged JNK activation contributes to TNF-α induced apoptosis. JNK is also essential for UV induced apoptosis. However, recent studies reveal that JNK can suppress apoptosis in IL-3-dependent hematopoietic cells via phosphorylation of the proapoptotic Bcl-2 family protein BAD. Thus, JNK has pro- or antiapoptotic functions, depend- ing on cell type, nature of the death stimulus, duration of its activation and the activity of other signaling pathways.
