The mono layer WSe2 is in teresting and important for future application in nanoelectronics,spintronics and valleytronics devices,because it has the largest spin splitting and Ion gest valley coherence time among all the known monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDs).Toobtain the large-area monolayer TMDs'crystal is the first step to manu facture scalable and high-performance electronic *** this letter,we have successfully fabricated millimeter-sized mono layer WSe2 single crystals with very high quality,based on our improved mecha nicalexfoliation *** such superior samples,using standard high resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we didcomprehe nsive electronic band structure measurements on our mono layer *** overall band features point it to be a 1.2 eV direct bandgap semico *** spin splitting of the valence band at K point is found as 460 meV,which is 30 meV less than the corresponding band splitting in its bulk *** effective hole masses of valence bands are determined as 2.344 me atГ,and 0.529 me as well as 0.532 meat K for the upper and lower branch of splitting ban ds,*** screening effect from substrate is shown to substa ntially impact onthe electronic *** results provide importa nt insights into band structure engineering in mono layer *** mono layer WSe2 crystals may constitute a valuable device platform.

Reservoir space and enrichment model of shale oil in the first member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Changling Sag, southern Songliao Basin, NE China

The lithology, lithofacies, reservoir properties and shale oil enrichment model of the fine-grained sedimentary system in a lake basin with terrigenous clastics of large depression are studied taking the organic-rich shale in the first member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation(shortened as Qing 1 Member) in the Changling Sag, southern Songliao Basin as an example. A comprehensive analysis of mineralogy, thin section, test, log and drilling geologic data shows that lamellar shale with high TOC content of semi-deep lake to deep lake facies has higher hydrocarbon generation potential than the massive mudstone facies with medium TOC content, and has bedding-parallel fractures acting as effective reservoir space under over pressure. The sedimentary environments changing periodically and the undercurrent transport deposits in the outer delta front give rise to laminated shale area. The laminated shale with medium TOC content has higher hydrocarbon generation potential than the laminated shale with low TOC content, and the generated oil migrates a short distance to the sandy laminae to retain and accumulate in situ. Ultra-low permeability massive mudstone facies as the top and bottom seals, good preservation conditions, high pressure coefficient, and lamellar shale facies with high TOC are the conditions for "lamellation type" shale oil enrichment in some sequences and zones. The sequence and zone with laminated shale of medium TOC content in oil window and with micro-migration of expelled hydrocarbon are the condition for the enrichment of "lamination type" shale oil. The tight oil and "lamination type" shale oil are in contiguous distribution.

Sweet potato leaves are consumed globally for their nutritional and functional properties,with their taste characteristics significantly influencing their market value and consumer ***,the metabolic factors determining the taste of sweet potato leaves remain *** study evaluated the taste and metabolic profile of sweet potato leaves cultivated in soil and hydroponic systems,revealing that hydroponic culture improved the taste of the leafy sweet *** gas chromatography system(GC)-ToF-MS,200 metabolites were identified,encompassing most plant metabolic pathways.A comparison of good-tasting ***-tasting sweet potato leaves identified 71 metabolites associated with taste quality ***-tasting leaves exhibited lower levels of amino acid metabolites and higher levels of carbohydrate and secondary *** research provides novel insights into enhancing the taste of leafy sweet potatoes.

In eukaryotes,RNA N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)modification and microRNA(miRNA)-mediated RNA silencing represent two critical epigenetic regulatory *** m^(6)A methyltransferase complex(MTC)and the microprocessor complex both undergo liquid–liquid phase separation to form nuclear membraneless *** m^(6)A methyltransferase has been shown to positively regulate miRNA biogenesis,a mechanism of reciprocal regulation between the MTC and the microprocessor complex has remained ***,we demonstrate that the MTC and the microprocessor complex associate with each other through the METHYLTRANSFERASE B(MTB)–SERRATE(SE)interacting *** of MTB impaired miRNA biogenesis by diminishing microprocessor complex binding to primary miRNAs(pri-miRNAs)and their respective MIRNA ***,loss of SE function led to disruptions in transcriptome-wide m^(6)A *** biochemical assays and fluorescence recovery after photobleaching(FRAP)assay indicated that SE enhances the liquid–liquid phase separation and solubility of the ***,the MTC exhibited enhanced retention on chromatin and diminished binding to its RNA substrates in the se mutant ***,our results reveal the substantial regulatory interplay between RNA m^(6)A modification and miRNA biogenesis.

Ginger(Zingiber officinale),the type species of Zingiberaceae,is one of the most widespread medicinal plants and ***,we report a high-quality,chromosome-scale reference genome of ginger‘Zhugen’,a traditionally cultivated ginger in Southwest China used as a fresh vegetable,assembled from PacBio long reads,Illumina short reads,and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture(Hi-C)*** ginger genome was phased into two haplotypes,haplotype 1(1.53 Gb with a contig N50 of 4.68 M)and haplotype 0(1.51 Gb with a contig N50 of 5.28 M).Homologous ginger chromosomes maintained excellent gene pair *** 17,226 pairs of allelic genes,11.9%exhibited differential expression between *** on the results of ginger genome sequencing,transcriptome analysis,and metabolomic analysis,we proposed a backbone biosynthetic pathway of gingerol analogs,which consists of 12 enzymatic gene families,PAL,C4H,4CL,CST,C3’H,C3OMT,CCOMT,CSE,PKS,AOR,DHN,and *** analyses also identified the likely transcription factor networks that regulate the synthesis of gingerol ***,this study serves as an excellent resource for further research on ginger biology and breeding,lays a foundation for a better understanding of ginger evolution,and presents an intact biosynthetic pathway for species-specific gingerol biosynthesis.

Exponential Stability of Interval Time-Varying Dynamical System with Multidelay

This paper studies the exponential stability of interval time-varying dynamical system with multidelay. By the matrix measure and delay differential inequality, some sufficient conditions for exponential stability of interval time-varying dynamical system with multidelay are established. These conditions are an improvement and extension of the results achieved in earlier papers. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate our result.
