Structure characterization of the oxide film on FGH96 superalloy powders with various oxidation degrees

The structure of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders significantly influences the mechanical properties of *** this study,FGH96 alloy powders with various oxygen contents were investigated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic probe technology to elucidate the structure evolution of the oxide *** dispersive spectrometer analysis revealed the presence of two distinct components in the oxide film of the alloy powders:amorphous oxide layer covering the γ matrix and amorphous oxide particles above the *** alloying elements within the oxide layer showed a laminated distribution,with Ni,Co,Cr,and Al/Ti,which was attributed to the decreasing oxygen equilibrium pressure as oxygen diffused from the surface into the γ *** the other hand,Ti enrichment was observed in the oxide particles caused by the oxidation and decomposition of the carbide *** analysis of the oxide film with oxygen contents of 140,280,and 340 ppm showed similar element distributions,while the thickness of the oxide film varies approximately at 9,14,and 30 nm,*** findings provide valuable insights into the structural analysis of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders.

目的:采用文献荟萃分析法(Meta)评估参苓白术散对糖尿病型肥胖的治疗作用,再结合网络药理学和动物实验方法分析参苓白术散治疗糖尿病肥胖的作用机制。方法:纳入国内外相关文献,以身体质量指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、腰臀比作为结局指标,评估参苓白术散对糖尿病型肥胖的治疗作用。从GEO数据库中下载糖尿病肥胖的相关基因,在中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)、中医药综合数据库(TCMID)和中药分子机制生物信息学分析工具(BATMAN-TCM)中下载参苓白术散的作用靶点,对两者的交集靶点进行蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用分析,再根据拓扑分析筛选出核心靶点蛋白质;制备糖尿病肥胖小鼠的模型,分组后进行参苓白术散的灌胃治疗,2周后测量各组小鼠体质量、血糖、Lee's指数,采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法分析各组小鼠的脂肪细胞体积变化,测量小鼠血清中的胆固醇、三酰甘油及核心靶点蛋白质的浓度。结果:共纳入9篇文献,数据完整,未发现发表偏倚,评估为low risk。患者服用参苓白术散后,BMI、HbA1c、2 h PG、Homa-IR和腰臀比均得到明显改善;参苓白术散-糖尿病肥胖的交集靶点共59个,核心靶点为载脂蛋白E(APO-E)、胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1),参苓白术散主要通过影响细胞对油酸的反应(GO:0071400)、转化生长因子β1生产的正调控(GO:0032914)和纤溶酶原激活的负调控(GO:0010757)等生物学功能,影响不饱和脂肪酸的生物合成(hsa01040)、脂肪酸代谢(hsa01212)等信号通路来治疗糖尿病肥胖;动物实验结果表明,经过参苓白术散灌胃治疗后的小鼠血糖变化不显著,体质量和Lee's指数呈现明显下降趋势,脂肪细胞直径明显缩小,胆固醇、三酰甘油浓度及APO-E、IGF-1、PAI-1水平均呈现下调趋势。结论:结合Meta分析和动物实验的结果,参苓白术散对糖尿病肥胖具有明显的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与影响不饱和脂肪酸、脂肪酸的合成,减少糖和脂肪的转化,纠正机体能量代谢失衡,调控自噬促进脂肪组织的分解有关。

Developing stable and efficient nonprecious-metal-based oxygen evolution catalysts in the neutral electrolyte is a challenging but essential goal for various electrochemical ***,cobalt-based spinels have drawn a considerable amount of attention but most of them operate in alkali ***,the frequently studied Co-Fe spinel system never exhibits appreciable stability in nonbasic conditions,not to mention attract further investigation on its key structural motif and transition states for activity ***,we report exceptional stable Co-Fe spinel oxygen evolution catalysts(~30%Fe is optimal)in a neutral electrolyte,owing to its unique metal ion arrangements in the crystal *** introduced iron content enters both the octahedral and tetrahedral sites of the spinel as Fe^(2+)and Fe^(3+)(with Co ions having mixed distribution as well).Combining density functional theory calculations,we find that the introduction of Fe to Co_(3)O_(4)lowers the covalency of metal-oxygen bonds and can help suppress the oxidation of Co^(2+/3+)and 0^(2-).It implies that the Co-Fe spinel will have minor surface reconstruction and less lattice oxygen loss during the oxygen evolution reaction process in comparison with Co_(3)O_(4)and hence show much better *** findings suggest that there is still much chance for the spinel structures,especially using reasonable sublattices engineering via multimetal doping to develop advanced oxygen evolution catalysts.

Determination and Difference Analysis of Dna Methylation Content Both in Blood and Muscle Tissue of Pigs

In this experiment, Dna samples from parental lines Large White, Landrace, and Meishan pigs, and their hybrids Large White × Landrace, Landrace × Large White, Large White × Meishan, and Meishan × Large White pigs were used for the determination of Dna methylation content in both blood and muscle tissue. The differences about Dna methylation content between parental lines and their hybrids were analyzed. These will offer theoretical support from molecular level for heterosis. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was firstly used to detect Dna methylation content. The average Dna methylation content in 163 Dna samples of muscle tissue was 16.92%, whereas, the average Dna methylation content in 182 samples of blood was 6.49%, the difference between which was especially prominent （P 〈 0.01）. In blood, the methylation content was lower than 10%, with the highest level of 9.93% in Landrace x Large White and the lowest of 2.97% in Landrace. The difference between Large White and Landrace was highly significant （P 〈 0.01）, but not significant between Large White and Meishan; and the differences between reciprocal cross hybrids in both hybrid systems were significant （P 〈 0.05）. In muscle tissue, the differences in methylation content among three parents were not significant （P 〉0.05）; and the differences between reciprocal cross hybrids in both hybrid systems were not significant （P 〉 0.05）, but between different hybrid systems, the hybrids had a significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The average methylation content in muscle samples was higher than that in blood samples, and the methylation in different tissues was different.

HPK1 GROβ及THRSP蛋白在乳腺癌患者中的表达及与预后的相关性分析

目的分析造血祖细胞激酶1(HPK1)、生长调节蛋白-β(GROβ)及THRSP蛋白在乳腺癌患者中的表达及与预后的相关性。方法选取2016年1月—2019年12月温州市中医院收治的乳腺癌患者100例,取所有患者手术切除的癌组织及癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化染色法检测GROβ水平,Western blot法检测HPK1、THRSP表达量。结果癌旁组织中HPK1、GROβ及THRSP蛋白表达量分别为(1.62±0.35)、(47.23±6.56)pg/ml、(1.13±0.16);癌组织中HPK1、GROβ及THRSP蛋白表达量分别为(1.16±0.19)、(116.35±25.59)pg/ml、(1.57±0.31)。与癌旁组织相比,癌组织中HPK1表达量较低,GROβ、 THRSP蛋白表达量较高(均P<0.05)。淋巴结转移、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期、低分化患者中HPK1表达量较低,GROβ、 THRSP蛋白表达量较高(均P<0.05)。乳腺癌癌组织中HPK1与GROβ表达量呈负相关(r=-0.292,P<0.05),GROβ与THRSP表达量呈正相关(r=0.277,P<0.05),HPK1与THRSP表达量呈负相关(r=-0.348,P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:HPK1、 GROβ、 THRSP蛋白是乳腺癌患者预后的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论 HPK1、GROβ及THRSP蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达异常,与TNM分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移相关,三者表达和乳腺癌患者预后有一定相关性。

目的探讨1例Al Kaissi综合征患儿的遗传学病因,并为其家系提供产前诊断。方法选取2021年3月6日于河南省郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的1例Al Kaissi综合征患儿为研究对象。提取患儿基因组Dna,应用拷贝数变异测序(CNV-seq)和全外显子组测序(WES)技术对患儿进行遗传变异筛查,应用PCR-琼脂糖凝胶电泳和实时荧光定量PCR技术(qPCR)对筛查结果进行验证,同时验证其父母以明确变异来源,并对该家系的产前绒毛样本进行检测。结果患儿为6岁4个月男性,具有低耳位、招风耳和三角脸等特殊面容,语言和智力发育迟缓,存在先天性室间隔缺损。CNV-seq结果未见明显异常,WES结果提示患儿CDK10基因第1、2外显子纯合缺失,PCR-琼脂糖凝胶电泳和qPCR结果进一步证实患儿父母均为CDK10基因第1、2外显子杂合缺失携带者。该家系产前绒毛样本提示胎儿为CDK10基因第1、2外显子杂合缺失携带者。结论结合临床表型,上述患儿考虑为CDK10基因第1、2外显子纯合缺失所致的Al Kaissi综合征。

Study on passive compensation of temperature induced thermal lenses

The thermal lens problem of optical system caused by high temperature environment is a common problem. Athermal design of lenses based on optical calculation software is an effective passive compensation method. But it is difficult to determine its accuracy and measure it experimentally. We describe an athermal design technology and propose a simulated scheme to verify the accuracy of this design. Three materials with negative dn/dT have been selected to compensate for the thermal lenses produced by a fused silica lens. The results show that the compensation effect of N-PSK53A is the best.

Simulated and experimental study on temperature induced lens focal shifts

Optical lenses used in high temperature environment are usually affected by thermal lenses problems, but it is difficult to evaluate their focal shifts in practical applications. A three-dimensional single-lens model based on finite element solver was built to evaluate the focal shift in this study, when the temperature of surface was raised from the initial temperature to the specified temperature. An experimental method based on a Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor was proposed to verify the rationality of the model. The nearly same results between simulations and experiments for N-BK7 and fused silica were obtained, which proves that it is feasible to analyze focal shifts of optical lenses by simulation methods.

Long-term outcomes of gemcitabine and cisplatin in patients with recurrent or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma： a phase Ⅱ trial

Background Esophageal cancer is the sixth most common cause of cancer-related death worldwide. Prior studies had demonstrated potential synergistic antitumor activity of gemcitabine in combination with cisplatin. Therefore, we studied the efficacy and tolerability of such combination for esophageal cancer. Methods Between October 2003 and October 2006, thirty-eight patients with metastatic or recurrent advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus were enrolled. The median number of treatment cycles per patient was 4 （range 1-7）. Gemcitabine was given at 1000 mg/m2 over 30 minutes on days 1, 8 and cisplatin 40 mg/m2 was given on days 1,2 in an every 21-day cycle. Results The median follow-up for all 38 patients was 76 months （range 11-88 months）. The overall response rate was 42.1% （95%Cl, 25.5%-56.5%）. Median progression-free survival and median survival for all patients were 4.1 months （95%C/, 3.0-5.7 months） and 10 months （95%C/, 7-12 months）, respectively. Patients with a response had significantly longer median survival compared with the patients without a response （11 months vs. 7.5 months, P=0.0069）. Overall survival at 1 year was 36.8%, at 2 years was 10.5%, and at 5 years was 5.3%. The most common grade 3-4 toxicity for all patients was leucopenia （44.7%）. Conclusions This cisplatin-gemcitabine regimen was manageable and had significant efficacy in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Patients with a response had improved survival time. Furthermore, a small number of the Datients with metastatic esoohaaeal cancer were still alive in 5 vears with this reaimen.
