The current coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)remains a threat to pregnant ***,the impact of early pregnancy SARS-CoV-2 infection on the maternal-fetal interface remains poorly ***,we present a comprehensive analysis of single-cell transcriptomics and metabolomics in placental samples infected with SARS-CoV-2 during early *** to control placentas,SARS-CoV-2 infection elicited immune responses at the maternal-fetal interface and induced metabolic alterations in amino acid and phospholipid profiles during the initial weeks ***,subsequent immune cell activation and heightened immune tolerance in trophoblast cells established a novel dynamic equilibrium that mitigated the impact on the maternal-fetal ***,the immune response and metabolic alterations at the maternal-fetal interface exhibited a gradual decline during the second *** study underscores the adaptive immune tolerance mechanisms and establishment of immunological balance during the first two trimesters following maternal SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(Pchina,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

针对高温合金零部件的精密成形制造由于工艺复杂、成形效率和精度低,其微观组织、力学性能及成形精度难以协同控制的问题,采用组织调控和成形工艺优化作为实现高温合金零部件成形成性一体化制造的有效手段。作为一种高温稳定相,δ相常出现于塑性变形及热处理过程中,其析出量与形貌影响合金的微观组织及力学性能。因为零件结构及服役条件的差异,所要求的组织、性能和采取的制备工艺也不尽相同。介绍了环类、盘类及叶片类3类典型的GH4169合金零件的塑性加工技术,同时引出δ相在其中起到的作用,继而对δ相的析出、球化和溶解等演化行为及其对合金变形行为和力学性能的影响进行了阐述与总结。

Within the electronic design automation(EDA) domain, artificial intelligence(AI)-driven solutions have emerged as formidable tools, yet they typically augment rather than redefine existing methodologies. These solutions often repurpose deep learning models from other domains, such as vision, text, and graph analytics, applying them to circuit design without tailoring to the unique complexities of electronic circuits. Such an “AI4EDA” approach falls short of achieving a holistic design synthesis and understanding,overlooking the intricate interplay of electrical, logical, and physical facets of circuit data. This study argues for a paradigm shift from AI4EDA towards AI-rooted EDA from the ground up, integrating AI at the core of the design process. Pivotal to this vision is the development of a multimodal circuit representation learning technique, poised to provide a comprehensive understanding by harmonizing and extracting insights from varied data sources, such as functional specifications, register-transfer level(RTL) designs, circuit netlists,and physical layouts. We champion the creation of large circuit models(LCMs) that are inherently multimodal, crafted to decode and express the rich semantics and structures of circuit data, thus fostering more resilient, efficient, and inventive design methodologies. Embracing this AI-rooted philosophy, we foresee a trajectory that transcends the current innovation plateau in EDA, igniting a profound “shift-left” in electronic design methodology. The envisioned advancements herald not just an evolution of existing EDA tools but a revolution, giving rise to novel instruments of design-tools that promise to radically enhance design productivity and inaugurate a new epoch where the optimization of circuit performance, power, and area(PPA) is achieved not incrementally, but through leaps that redefine the benchmarks of electronic systems' capabilities.

The yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3)endangered fishes,(4)yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443 fish species(belonging to 163 genus,37 families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 323 fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3%of the resources in 1950s,30.9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct
