Objective: To investigate whether Naoxueshu Oral Liquid(NXS) could promote hematoma absorption in post-craniotomy hematoma(PCH) patients. Methods: This is an open-label, multicenter, and randomized controlled trial conducted at 9 hospitals in china. Patients aged 18–80 years with post-craniotomy supratentorial hematoma volume ranging from 10 to 30 mL or post-craniotomy infratentorial hematoma volume less than 10 mL, or intraventricular hemorrhage following cranial surgery were enrolled. They were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to the NXS(10 m L thrice daily for 15 days) or control groups using a randomization code table. Standard medical care was administered in both groups. The primary outcome was the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15. The secondary outcomes included the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7, the absolute reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7 and 15, and the change in neurological function from day 1 to day 7 and 15. The safety was closely monitored throughout the study. Moreover, subgroup analysis was performed based on age, gender, history of diabetes, and etiology of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Results: A total of 12. patients were enrolled and randomly assigned between March 30, 2.18 and April 15, 2.2.. One patient was lost to follow-up in the control group. Finally, there were 119 patients(60 in the NXS group and 59 in the control group) included in the analysis. In the full analysis set(FAS) analysis, the NXS group had a greater percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15 than the control group [median(Q1, Q3): 85%(71%, 97%) vs. 76%(53%, 93%), P0.05). Furthermore, no adverse events were reported during the study. In the FAS analysis, the NXS group exhibited a higher percentage reduction in hematoma volume on day 15 in the following subgroups:

Cnaphalocrocis medinalis is a key lepidopteran pest of rice. However, little is known about the nutritional requirements of the adult or the effects of adult-derived nutrients on reproduction. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of carbohydrates and amino acids on the reproductive and demographic parameters of C. medinalis. Different feeding solutions significantly influenced adult survival and reproduction. All the sources of carbohydrates used in the treatments(fructose, glucose, and sucrose) were sufficient to increase adult longevity and fecundity, and benefited the development of ovaries in the adult stage. The positive impact of carbohydrates on lifetime fecundity was due to the prolonged oviposition period and the increased daily fecundity. The intrinsic rate of increase(rm) of C. medinalis increased from 0.103 in waterfed individuals to approximately 0.138 when adults were fed with solutions containing carbohydrates. In contrast, amino acid intake by adult insects exhibited no effect on the longevity, fecundity, ovarian development or population growth, even showing an impact of decreasing longevity of females. As nectar secreted by the flowering plant is generally rich in sugars, the potential effects of nectar on the adults of C. medinalis and other pests have to be considered during the development of biological control by applying flowering plants as a microhabitat and food source for natural enemies in rice fields.

大坝监测数据普遍存在异常值,对异常数据进行识别和剔除,可保持模型的稳定性和可靠性,并提高模型的预测或分类性能;同时,可及时发现异常情况,以保证系统的安全运行。因此,将基于角度的异常值检测算法(ABOD)引入大坝监测异常数据识别,首先通过经验模态分解(EMD)提取监测数据的高频本征函数,然后对由高频本征函数构成的新数据进行异常数据识别。对长河坝沉降监测数据的验证结果表明,与其他方法相比,EMD-ABOD可有效提升异常数据识别的准确性。

Small-molecule electrooxidation-boosted water electrolysis(WE)is an energy-saving method for hydrogen(H2.***,PdPt bimetallenes(PdPt BMLs)are obtained through the simple galvanic replacement *** BMLs reveal 2.93-fold enhancement in intrinsic electroactivity and 4.53-fold enhancement in mass electroactivity for the formate oxidation reaction(FOR)with respect to Pd metallenes(Pd MLs)at 0.50 V potential due to the synergistic ***,the introduction of Pt atoms also considerably increases the electroactivity of PdPt BMLs for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with respect to Pd MLs in an alkaline medium,which even exceeds that with the use of commercial Pt *** by the outstanding FOR and HER electroactivity of bifunctional PdPt BMLs,a two-electrode FOR-boosted WE system(FOR-WE)is constructed by using PdPt BMLs as the cathode and the *** FOR-WE system only requires an operational voltage of 0.31 V to achieve H2.production,which is 1.48 V lower than that(ca.1.79 V)with the use of the traditional WE system.

Wistar rats and closed Kunming strain mice were selected to study the genetic toxicity of sarafloxacin. The results indicated that sarafloxacin had no significant toxic effect of an excreted mutagen in S. typhimurium strains, and did not induce significantly higher percentages of polychromatic erythrocytes with micronuclei (MNPCE) in mice. No significant mutagenic activity was observed in dominant lethal assay. At 5 and 50mg/kg b.w. , sarafloxacin did not produce significant effects on the reproductive parameters of litters and fetal growth, and did not induce the teratogenic effects on fetuses. Sarafloxacin induced some toxic effects on body length and skeletal growth in fetuses of 500mg/kg b.w., but had no significant dose - response relationship among the administered dosages of sarafloxacin. The results of the genetic toxicology above indicated that no evidence showing sarafloxacin was mutagenic and potentially teratogenic for animals.
