Wet removal of NO from coal-fired flue gas by UV/H2O2 Advanced Oxidation process (AOp) were investigated in a self-designed UV-bubble reactor. Several main influencing factors (UV intensity, H2O2 initial concentration, initial pH value, solution temperature, NO initial concentration, liquid-gas ratio and O2 percentage content) on the NO removal efficiency were studied. The results showed that UV intensity, H2O2 initial concentration, NO initial concentration and liquid-gas ratio are the main influencing factors. In the best conditions, the highest NO removal efficiency by UV/H2O2 advanced oxidation process could reach 82.9%. Based on the experimental study, the influencing mechanism of the relevant influencing factors were discussed in depth.

The aim of this paper is to develop an ordered weighted distance(OWD) measure,which is the generalization of some widely used distance measures,including the normalized Hamming distance, the normalized Euclidean distance,the normalized geometric distance,the max distance,the median distance and the min distance,***,the ordered weighted averaging operator,the generalized ordered weighted aggregation operator,the ordered weighted geometric operator,the averaging operator,the geometric mean operator,the ordered weighted square root operator,the square root operator,the max operator,the median operator and the min operator are also the special cases of the OWD *** methods depending on the input arguments are given to determine the weights associated with the OWD *** prominent characteristic of the OWD measure is that it can relieve(or intensify) the influence of unduly large or unduly small deviations on the aggregation results by assigning them low(or high) *** desirable characteristic makes the OWD measure very suitable to be used in many actual fields,including group decision making,medical diagnosis, data mining,and pattern recognition,***,based on the OWD measure,we develop a group decision making approach,and illustrate it with a numerical example.

No-wait flow shops with makespan minimization are classified as Np-hard. In this paper, the optimization objective is equivalently transformed to total idle-time minimization. The independence relationship between tasks is analyzed, and objective increment properties are established for the fundamental operators of the heuristics. The quality of the new schedules generated during a heuristic is judged only by objective increments and not by the traditional method, which computes and compares the objective of a whole schedule. Based on objective increments, the time complexity of the heuristic can be decreased by one order. A seed phase is presented to generate an initial solution according to the transformed objective. Construction and improvement phases are introduced by experimental analysis. The FCH （fast composite heuristic） is proposed and compared with the most effective algorithms currently available for the considered problem. Experimental results show that the effectiveness of the FCH is similar to that of the best methods but requires far less computation time. The FCH can also be efficient in real time scheduling and rescheduling for no-wait flow shops.

In the process of unprecedented urbanization in contemporary china, a great many of Chinese cities have witnessed a rapid expansion of urban scale to different degrees. With the continuous compilation, amendment and enforcement of urban planning, the functional structure, spatial environment, street patterns and textures and even the social aspect of cities have changed conspicuously, all of which have directly happened to the spatial forms of the dimension, or even the multi-dimension of a certain city. By describing and analyzing the structure, evolution and explicit tokens of the spatial forms of cities, this thesis attempts to set up a model of factors that affect urban forms, as well as discuss the attributes, protection, adjustment and development-potential of urban land closely associated with forms. In addition, on the basis of the professional features for urban design to participate in the modeling and construction-management of desirable spatial forms of cities, the author has put forward technical measures for quantitatively appraising and analyzing the large-scaled spatial forms of cities, thus offering technical support to municipal governments and management departments of planned construction.

The problem on stabilization for the system with distributed delays is researched. The distributed time-delay under consideration is assumed to be a constant time-delay, but not known exactly. A design method is proposed for a memory proportional and integral （pI） feedback controller with adaptation to distributed time-delay. The feedback controller with memory simultaneously contains the current state and the past distributed information of the addressed systems. The design for adaptation law to distributed delay is very concise. The controller can be derived by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the design method.

The water-diverting route project’s characteristics,natural landscapes,and histories and humanism of the Jiangsu Section of the Eastern route South-to-North Water Diversion project were systemically analyzed through proposing and studying the canal culture routes,the water resources heritage corridors,the landscape and recreation corridors,and the town economic *** station areas along the water-diverting route were scientifically zoned and graded through quantitative and qualitative synthetic *** planning compendiums and construction controlling methods were proposed based on the project grades of points,lines,and *** and development of architecture and environment in the large-scale national infrastructure construction were explored *** and methods of developing harmonious water-supplying functions,ecological functions,landscape effects,and cultural effects of large-scale water resources were examined.

Modal identification of system driven by lévy random excitation based on continuous time Ar model

This paper deals with a directed formation control problem of three agents moving in the plane,where the agents have a cyclic ordering with each one required to maintain a nominated distance from its *** agent dynamics under consideration is a double ***,a directed formation control law based on the knowledge only of the direction of its neighbor,is designed by using the integrator backstepping technique,which can not only accomplish the desired triangle formation,but also ensure all agent speeds converge to a common velocity without collision between all agents during the motion. Secondly,with the purpose of relaxing and even overcoming the restriction of initial conditions of the agents owing to collision avoidance,we introduce the inter-agent potential functions into the ***,convergence guarantees are provided by using tools from LaSalle’s invariance *** results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control laws.

Based on the continuous time Ar model,this paper presents a new time-domain modal identification method of LTI system driven by the uniformly modulated lévy random *** structural dynamic equation is first transformed into the observation equation and the state equation(namely,stochastic differential equation).Based on the property of the strong solution of the stochastic differential equation,the uniformly modulated function is identified *** by virtue of the Girsanov theorem,we present the exact maximum likelihood estimators of ***,the modal parameters are identified by eigen *** results show that the method not only has high precision and robustness but also has very high computing efficiency.

The paper presents a dynamic model intervened by urban design for the decision-making of land development intensity, which expresses the inherent interaction mechanism between lands based on the evaluation of land attributes and their similarity relationship. Each land unit is described with several factors according to their condition and potential for development, such as land function, accessibility, historical site control, landscape control, and so on. Then, the dynamic reference relationship between land units is established according to the similarity relationship between their factors. That means lands with similar conditions tend to have similar development intensities, which expresses the rule of the spontaneous urban development. Therefore, the development intensities of the pending lands can be calculated by the confirmed ones. Furthermore, the system can be actively intervened by adjusting the parameters according to urban design or planning intentions. And the reaction of the system offers effective support and reference for reasonable decision. The system with multiple intervention input is not only a credible tool for deriving development intensities, but also a platform to activate urban design conception. Above all, the system as a socio-technical tool integrates the optimization of form, function and environment, and embodies the principle of impersonality, justice and flexibility in the decision of land development intensity.
