Soil quality.is crucial to sustainable development of grassland ecosy.tems and to their productivity.soil microbe is an important component of the ecosy.tem,which can reflect the status of soil quality.and healthy.soil must have reasonable community.structure and rich species *** this study.the effects of different crop varieties on grassland soil microbial community.structure were analy.ed based on 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing *** results indicate that different crops affect the grassland soil microbial community.*** soil microbial communities in the alfalfa ground soil were dominated by.Brady.hizobium,Bacillus,Pseudarthrobacter,Rhodoplanes,*** preponderant genera in the soil of planting oats were Sphingomonas,Gemmatimonas,Solirubrobacter and *** the dominant genera in control group were Geobacter,Anaeromy.obacter and some unclassified *** results suggested that planting crops were significantly.and positive related to the soil microbial community.*** the high altitude grassland which had been planted crops such as alfalfa and oats could increase the population of biological control probiotics.

Ion cy.lotron resonance heating(ICRH)stands out as a widely.utilized and cost-effective auxiliary.method for plasma heating,bearing significant importance in achieving high-performance discharges in p-^(11)B *** light of the specific context of p-^(11)B plasma in the EHL-2 device,we conducted a comprehensive scan of the fundamental phy.ical parameters of the antenna using the full-wave simulation program *** preliminary.result indicated that for p-^(11)B plasma,optimal ion heating parameters include a frequency.of 40 MHz,with a high toroidal mode number like N_(?)=28 to heat the majority.H *** addition,we discussed the impact of concentration of minority.ion species on ion cy.lotron resonance heating when^(11)B serves as the heavy.minority.*** significant difference in charge-to-mass ratio between boron and hy.rogen ions results in a considerable distance between the hy.rid resonance lay.r and the tow inverted cy.lotron resonance lay.r,necessitating a quite low boron ion concentration to achieve effective minority.*** also considered another method of direct heating of hy.rogen ions in the presence of boron ion *** is found that at appropriate boron ion concentrations(X(^(11)B)~17%),the position of the hy.rid resonance lay.r approaches that of the hy.rogen ion cy.lotron resonance lay.r,thereby.altering the polarization at this position and significantly.enhancing hy.rogen ion fundamental absorption.

To reduce the damage of the pressurizing panel structure of a fuselage caused by.an explosion at the“least risk bomb location”in an aircraft structure,a new pre-separation panel structure was designed to resist blast ***,the dy.amic strain response and morphology.of impact damage of the new pre-separation panel were measured in an impact damage ***,the commercial software LS-Dy.A was used to calculate the propagation of the blast shock wave,and the results were compared with empirical equations to verify.the rationality.of the numerical calculation ***,the fluid–structure coupling method was used to calculate the damage process of the pre-separation panel structure under the impact of an explosion wave and an impact *** calculated results were in good agreement with the test results,which showed the rationality.of the calculation method and the *** residual strength of the damaged pre-separation panel was significantly.higher than that of the original damaged *** results show that the new pre-separation panel structure is reasonable and has certain significance for guiding the design of plenum chambers with strong resistance to implosion for aircraft fuselages.

OBJECTIVE:To sy.tematically.evaluate the efficacy.and safety.of acupuncture(AM)in the treatment of pregnancy.elated sy.ptoms such as acute vomiting during ***:We comprehensively.searched the available literature up to November 2021,including Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library.Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on AM for the treatment of severe vomiting,insomnia,phary.geal and pelvic pain,mood abnormalities,and dy.pepsia during ***:Sixteen RCTs with a cumulative sample size of 1178 cases were *** these,964 patients were included in the *** Meta-analy.is results showed that AM was more efficient than Western medicine in treating discomfort during pregnancy.odds ratio(OR)=1.19,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.11,1.28),Py.ptom scores[OR=7.31,95%CI(3.36,15.94),Py.alone in the treatment of pregnancy.related sy.ptoms,and is relatively.***,the quality.of the included trials was rather poor,and high-quality.studies are required to confirm our findings.

To tackle the energy.crisis and climate change,wind farms are being heavily.invested in across the *** China's coastal areas,there are abundant wind resources and numerous offshore wind farms are being *** secure operation of these wind farms may.suffer from ty.hoons,and researchers have studied power sy.tem operation and resilience enhancement in ty.hoon ***,the intricate movement of a ty.hoon makes it challenging to evaluate its spatial-temporal *** published papers only.consider predefined ty.hoon trajectories neglecting *** address this challenge,this study.proposes a stochastic unit commitment model that incorporates high-penetration offshore wind power generation in ty.hoon *** adopts a data-driven method to describe the uncertainties of ty.hoon trajectories and considers the realistic anti-ty.hoon mode in offshore wind farms.A two-stage stochastic unit commitment model is designed to enhance power sy.tem resilience in ty.hoon *** formulate the model into a mixed-integer linear programming problem and then solve it based on the computationally.efficient progressive hedging algorithm(PHA).Finally.numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are generally.toxic and harmful substances that can cause health and environmental *** removal of VOCs from poly.ers has become a key.*** effective devolatilization to remove VOCs from high viscous fluids such as poly.er is necessary.and is of great *** this study.the devolatilization effect of a rotating packed bed(RPB)was studied by.using poly.imethy.siloxane as the viscous fluid and acetone as the *** devolatilization rate and liquid phase volume(KLa)have been *** results indicated that the optimum conditions were the high-gravity.factor of 60,liquid flow rate of 10 L·h^(-1),and vacuum degree of 0.077 *** dimensionless correlation of KLa was established,and the deviations between predicted and experimental values were less than±28%.The high-gravity.technology.will result in lower mass transfer resistance in the devolatilization process,enhance the mass transfer process of acetone,and improve the removal effect of *** work provides a promising path for the removal of volatiles from poly.ers in combination with high-gravity.*** can provide the basis for the application of RPB in viscous fluids.

We examine electron kinetic effects in broadband-laser-driven back-stimulated Raman scattering(BSRS)bursts using particle-in-cell *** bursts occur during the nonlinear stage,causing reflectivity.spikes and generating large numbers of hot ***-duration simulations are performed to observe burst events,and a simplified model is developed to eliminate the interference of the broadband laser’s random intensity.*** the simplified model,we isolate and characterize the spectrum of electron plasma *** spectrum changes from a sideband structure to a turbulence-like structure during the burst.A significant asy.metry.in the spectrum is *** asy.metry.is amplified and transferred to electron phase space by.high-intensity.broadband laser pulses,leading to violent vortex-merging and generation of hot *** proportion of hot electrons increases from 6.76%to 14.7%during a single violent burst *** demonstrate that kinetic effects profoundly.influence the BSRS evolution driven by.broadband lasers.
