Combined with.th. tech.ological ch.racteristics of th.n slab continuous rolling process （TSCR）, dynamic recrystallization of an extremely coarse austenite of low carbon steel is studied by Th.rmecmaster-Z h.t simulator. By th. analysis of true stress-strain curves and th. observation of microstructures at different deformation stages, th. critical stress and critical strain are determined under different deformation conditions. Th. effect of Z parameter on dynamic recrystallization of coarse austenite is studied. Th. microstructure evolution in real production is also discussed.

Th. blade precision forging process is a forming process with.0}gh.temperature and large plastic deformation. Interaction of deformation and h.at conduction leads to large uneven distribution of temperature. Th. unevenness of temperature distribution h.s a great effect on mech.nical properties and th. microstracture of materials. So it is necessary to consider th. influence of temperature on th. precision forging process of blades. Taking a blade with.a tenon into consideration, a 3D mech.nical model in precision forging is built up. Th. distribution laws of temperature field and th. influence of th. temperature on th. equivalem stress in th. process are obtained by using 3-D coupled th.rmo-mech.nical FEM code developed by th. auth.rs Th.resuits obtained illustrate th.t th. influence of th. temperature field on th. blade forging process is considerable. Th. ach.evements of predicting microstructure and mech.nical properties for forged blades is significant.

OBJECTIVE:To treat patients with.psoriasis vulgaris using Traditional Ch.nese Medicine(TCM),one must stratify patients into subtypes(known as TCM syndromes or Zh.ng)and apply appropriate TCM treatments to different ***,no unified symptom-based classification sch.me of subtypes(Zh.ng)exists for psoriasis *** present paper aims to classify patients with.psoriasis vulgaris into different subtypes via th. analysis of clinical TCM symptom and sign ***:A cross-sectional survey was carried out in Beijing from 2005-2008,collecting clinical TCM symptom and sign data from 2764 patients with.psoriasis *** 108 symptoms and signs were initially analyzed using latent tree analysis,with.a selection of th. resulting latent variables th.n used as features to cluster patients into ***:Th. initial latent tree analysis yielded a model with.43 latent *** second ph.se of th. analysis divided patients into th.ee subtype groups with.clear TCM Zh.ng connotations:'blood deficiency and wind dryness';'blood h.at';and'blood stasis'.CONCLUSIONS:Via two-ph.se analysis of clinic symptom and sign data,th.ee different Zh.ng subtypes were identified for psoriasis *** ch.racteristics of th. th.ee subtypes are *** constitutes an evidence-based solution to th. syndromedifferentiation problem th.t exists with.psoriasis vulgaris.

＜正＞Data from th. four Cluster spacecraft during th. mid-altitude cusp crossings on 10 September 2002 are presented. Th. encounters occur under conditions of weak and steady south.ard Interplanetary Magnetic Field （IMF）. Th. data sh.w th.t th.re are th. field-aligned currents （FACs） in th. cusp causing large magnetic field disturbances. Th. boundary structures of th. cusps are ch.racterized by th. FACs interfaces. A meth.d for calculating th. velocities of th. interface based on multi-point measurements of spacecraft are introduced. Results sh.w th.t th. interfaces are rough.y parallel to magnetic field lines, and th.ir velocities are almost dawnward. Th. velocities h.ve small values with.respect to satellite’s velocity in th. cusp crossings.

Th. effects of sterilization pretreatment, sampling time and growth.regulators on callus formation, explant contamination and adventitious bud induction from stems of balsam pear （Momordica ch.rantia L.） were investigated. Sterilized for 6 rain with.0.1% （w/v） mercuric ch.oride solution is an essential sterilization meth.d for stems. June and July proved to be better for material taking, followed by May. Th. callus formation rate of balsam pears reach.d th. h.gh.st wh.n medium added with.IBA 1.0mg/L and BA 2.0 mg/L, wh.le th. optimum medium for adventitious bud induction was MS added with.IBA 0.5mg/L and BA 4.0 mg/L. And it will provide th.oretical and tech.ical basis for rapid propagation and breeding.

Arsenic(As)meth.lation in soils affects th. environmental beh.vior of As,excessive accumulation of dimeth.larsenate(DMA)in rice plants leads to straigh.h.ad disease and a serious drop in crop *** th. mobility and transformation of meth.lated arsenic in redox-ch.nging paddy fields is crucial for food ***,soils including unarsenic contaminated(N-As),low-arsenic(L-As),medium-arsenic(M-As),and h.gh.arsenic(h.As)soils were incubated under continuous anoxic,continuous oxic,and consecutive anoxic/oxic treatments respectively,to profile arsenic meth.lating process and microbial species involved in th. As *** anoxic-oxic(A-O)treatment,meth.lated arsenic was significantly increased once oxygen was introduced into th. incubation *** meth.lated arsenic concentrations were up to 2-24 times h.gh.r th.n th.se in anoxic(A),oxic(O),and oxic-anoxic(O-A)treatments,under wh.ch.arsenic was meth.lated sligh.ly and th.n decreased in all four As concentration *** fact,th. most plentiful arsenite S-adenosylmeth.onine meth.ltransferase genes(arsM)contributed to th. increase in As ***(40.8%-62.4%),Firmicutes(3.5%-15.7%),and Desulfobacterota(5.3%-13.3%)were th. major microorganisms related to th.s *** microbial increasedmarkedly and played more important roles after oxygen was introduced,indicating th.t th.y were potential keystone microbial groups for As meth.lation in th. alternating anoxic(flooding)and oxic(drainage)*** novel findings provided newinsigh.s into th. reoxidation-driven arsenic meth.lation processes and th. model could be used for furth.r risk estimation in periodically flooded paddy fields.

[目的 /意义]信息资源发现与传递服务一直是图书馆的核心业务,目前在欧美出现一种新形式即基于Bento模式的联邦检索服务系统,研究其最新发展趋势对完善我国图书馆发现系统有重要参考价值。[方法/过程]通过文献调查、比较研究、案例分析等方法,对比国内外发展现状,揭示混合排序的不足和Bento模式的优点,并以美国伊利诺大学香槟分校(UIUC)图书馆为例说明其应用和未来发展趋势。[结果 /结论]实践证明Bento模式更有利于实现从全资源发现向全图书馆发现的转变,检索效果和图书资源利用率均有较大幅度的提升。
