开合作为中国传统家具使用过程中的重要行为,不仅展现了其存储功能的外在表现,更蕴含了深层的逻辑与秩序。本文通过对家具开合的系统化研究,对家具开合方式进行了归纳总结,提出了中国传统家具的五种基本开合方式及三类开合秩序的组织关系。同时,通过编码形式分析,不同类型家具的开合组织方式得以进一步揭示其内在的秩序关联。在此基础上,本文以具体家具实例为切入点,深入分析和解读传统家具开合行为背后反映的生活方式与文化内涵,并尝试构建一种理解家具开合的新视角,为中国传统家具研究提供参考与启发。

A novel approach to compute the high frequency radar cross-section (RCS) of complex targets is described in this *** the three views or the sectional views of the target, target is geometrically modeled by non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) parametric surfaces using the software CNFEOV developed by oneself which constructs NURBS representation of complex target from engineering orthographic views. RCS is obtained through PO, PTD, MEC and IBC techniques. When calculating RCS of the target, it is necessary to get the unit normal vector to surface illumi- nated by radar and the value Z which is the distance from the point on the surface to radar. ln this novel approach, the unit normal vector to the surface can be obtained either by the Phong rendering model, in which the color components (RGB) of every pixel on the image are equal to the coordinate components of the normal, or by the NURBS expressions. The value Z can be achieved by software or hardware Z-buffer. The effects of the size of image on the RCS of target are discussed and the correct method is recommended. The RCS of the perfect conducting sphere, cylinder and dihedral as well as the coated cylinder, as some examples, are computed. The accuracy of the method is verified by comparing the numerical results with those obtained by using other methods.

Chemical functionalization is an effective approach to address interfacial deterioration caused by environmental exposure in cellulose nanofiber(CNF)-epoxy ***,how functionalization affects interfacial deterioration and durability of nanocomposites in erosive environment is still *** this work,the global mechanical properties and local interfacial intermolecular behavior of pristine and functionalized CNF-reinforced nanocomposites are investigated through molecular dynamics *** results show that functionalization can enhance the interfacial energy barrier and debonding stress by 43%and 57%,*** CNF inhibits the slippage of epoxy chains,ensuring better interfacial adhesion and efficient stress transfer between fiber and *** groups promote the formation of interfacial bridging and topological structures and weaken the hydrogen bonding ability of water molecules,leading to stronger intermolecular adsorption effect and better interfacial *** epoxy molecular configuration evolution and intermolecular interactions,caused by the functionalization of CNF in the interfacial region,enhance the interfacial erosion resistance,contributing to the durability of the *** study reveals the in-depth interfacial deterioration mechanism of functionalized nanocomposites under erosive environment,inspiring a novel strategy for the design of durable CNF-reinforced nanocomposites.

目的:利用网络药理学技术和生物信息学方法探讨四神丸治疗肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的活性成分、作用靶点及分子机制。方法:运用TCMSP、Pubchem、SEA、Swiss Target Prediction、GeneCards等数据库筛选四神丸活性成分、预测靶点及IBS疾病靶点;采用Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建化合物-靶点-疾病网络和靶点蛋白相互作用网络;通过DAVID数据库进行基因本体功能富集分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书通路进行富集分析;利用AutoDock Tools软件进行活性成分和核心靶点的分子对接验证。结果:共筛选得到四神丸的活性成分18个,靶点693个,IBS相关疾病靶点422个,与四神丸的交集靶点共有82个;得出PPI网络的拓扑学分析结果,共筛选出20个关键靶点。GO富集条目644个,主要涉及炎症反应、平滑肌细胞增殖的正调控、蛋白激酶活性、MAP激酶活性的正调控、多巴胺分解代谢过程和白细胞介素-17产生的正调控等。KEGG通路显著富集148条,得出包括与IBS炎症与免疫相关通路、与细胞增殖与凋亡相关通路、与氧化应激和脂质过氧化相关通路等发挥治疗IBS作用的相关通路。分子对接结果显示芦丁、补骨脂酚、补骨脂甲素、金丝桃苷这4个活性成分能与IL1B、TLR4、IL6、TNF结合并形成较为稳定的构象。结论:网络药理学联用分子对接技术揭示四神丸可以通过多成分、多靶点、多途径治疗IBS。

Improvement of oxytetracycline production mediated via cooperation of resistance genes in Streptomyces rimosus

Increasing the self-resistance levels of Streptomyces is an effective strategy to improve the production of *** increase the oxytetracycline(OTC) production in Streptomyces rimosus,we investigated the cooperative effect of three co-overexpressing OTC resistance genes:one gene encodes a ribosomal protection protein(otrA) and the other two express efflux proteins(otrB and otrC).Results indicated that combinational overexpression of otrA,otrB,and otrC(MKABC) exerted a synergetic *** production increased by 179%in the recombinant strain compared with that of the wild-type strain *** resistance level to OTC was increased by approximately two-fold relative to the parental strain,thereby indicating that applying the cooperative effect of self-resistance genes is useful to improve OTC ***,the previously identified cluster-situated activator OtcR was overexpressed in MKABC in constructing the recombinant strain MKRABC;such strain can produce OTC of approximately7.49 g L^((-1)),which represents an increase of 19%in comparison with that of the OtcR-overexpressing strain *** work showed that the cooperative overexpression of self-resistance genes is a promising strategy to enhance the antibiotics production in Streptomyces.

Education has been underdeveloped in Dongxiang Autonomous County, Gansu Province, which is the only region in China where ethnicDongxiangs live in compact communities. In primary schools there, only about 20% of the pupils achieve a passing grade for the two basic subjects of Chinese and mathematics, less than one-third of the average local rate. However, this has changed markedly thanks to a bilingual education experiment.

The structural-acoustic coupling characteristics, mechanisms, effect of structuralacoustic coupling on natural mode and natural frequencies of the system are analyzed the- oretically and numerically. Formulae for the natural frequencies of the coupled system are derived. Some new conclusions are obtained. Analytical results demonstrate that the strongly coupled system indicates obvious closed-loop feedback characteristics, whereas the weakly cou- pled system indicates obvious feedforward characteristics, and it is because of the presence of the feedback loop that the natural characteristics and natural frequencies are changed. Cluster coupling characteristic between the structural and acoustic modes for the regular cavity and panel system is found, which determines the coupling interaction between the flexible panel and cavity. Any mode in one mode cluster only interferes the modes and the modal natural frequencies in the same cluster independently. The modal cluster coupling changes not only the natural frequencies of the system but also the modal order and structural mode shape.

OBJECTIVE:To identify the main active components and targets of Huashi Xingyu Qingre recipe(化湿行淤清热方,HXQR)and to investigate its mechanism in the treatment of oral lichen planus(OLP).METHODS:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform was searched to identify the active ingredients and corresponding targets of *** genes were obtained from the Gene Cards database,and a“drugdisease regulatory network”was constructed using Cytoscape software and PERL programming *** STRING database was used to build a protein-protein interaction *** ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)terms were analyzed using R software with a Bioconducter ***,the results and the efficacy of HXQR in treating OLP were validated in a clinical trial that included enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)testing and observations of the post-treatment changes in clinical ***:HXQR contained 167 active components and 261 targets,with 391 disease *** intersection of these two categories in a Venn diagram revealed 57 drugdisease common targets.A compound-target network was constructed and revealed that the six key pharmaceutical ingredients of HXQR were quercetin,luteolin,wogonin,kaempferol,beta-carotene,and *** protein-protein interaction network mainly involved core proteins such as ALB,interleukin-6,and ***-disease common targets were enriched in 1628 GO terms and 117 KEGG terms,mainly involving inflammatory responses,viral infections,and tumorrelated *** testing indicated that HXQR inhibited the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signaling pathway by reducing the expression of interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase-9,and intercellular adhesion *** clinical symptoms of the patients with OLP were significantly improved after 8 weeks of treatment with ***:HXQR treats OLP by regulating the TNF signaling pathway,resulting in a marked treatment effect
