目的:收集酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)吉非替尼临床使用过程中的不合理医嘱风险及安全分析,讨论引发不良反应(ADR)/医嘱错误(ADE)的原因,为临床提供吉非替尼用药警戒,指导临床合理用药。方法:通过某医院信息系统(HIS软件),收集2020年1月至2022年1月使用吉非替尼的住院患者资料,对患者的性别、年龄、治疗方案、ADR、联合用药相关信息等进行分析。结果:收集62例住院患者使用吉非替尼,男性35人,女性27人,平均年龄(60±12)岁。排名前三位的是非小细胞肺癌42例(67.74%)、肾小细胞癌9例(14.52%)、小细胞肺癌11例(17.74%)。吉非替尼相关ADR的总发生率为35.48%(22例患者,23例次),主要表现为间质性肺病(3例次,4.83%)、胃肠道反应(15例次,24.19%)、肝功能异常(5例次,8.06%)。TKI的ADR/ADE由个体差异、联合用药、超说明书用药引发的过敏反应和毒性反应较常见。结论:吉非替尼在某医院临床实际应用广泛,具体用药相对谨慎,TKI发生ADR/ADE的数量相对较少,但仍应对其可能发生安全问题的因素加以警戒,提高临床安全合理用药水平。

With the development of information and communication technology and the advent of the Internet of Things(IoT)era,cyber-physical system(CPS)is becoming the trend of products or *** deep integration and real-time interaction between the physical world and the virtual world expand system *** there are some CPS implementation guidelines,the virtual world is still relatively abstract compared to the concrete physical world that can be touched through the *** that,human is a non-negligible CPS endogenous interactive intelligent *** this paper,we propose a triple human-digital twin architecture,where the physical objects and the digital twins that are the projections of the physical entities establish the cornerstone of human functioning *** the hierarchically distributed digital twins grow dynamically with the physical entities along the ***,the interaction and collaboration among the physical objects,the digital twins,and the humans in their respective worlds(the expected world,the interpreted world,and the physical world)integrate the full value chain of the products in anticipation of seamless ***,we present a power management digital companion platform for the lunar probe to demonstrate the efficacy of the architecture.

By using the surface photovoltage (SPV) technique based on a lock-in amplifier, surface states located 3.1 eV below the conduction band of TiO_(2) have been detected in TiO_(2) nanotube arrays prepared by anodization of titanium foil in fluoride-based ethylene glycol solution. The photo-induced charge transportation behavior of TiO_(2) nanotube arrays was also studied by quali- tatively analyzing their SPV phase spectra measured under different external bias. When a negative bias was applied, carriers excited from surface states have the same transportation properties as those excited from the valence band; in contrast, when a positive bias was applied, these two kinds of photo-excited carriers exhibit different transportation behavior..

Functional interface based on silicon artificial chamfer nanocylinder arrays （CNCAs） with underwater superoleophobicity and anisotropic properties

A functional interface based on silicon chamfer nanocylinder arrays （CNCAs） was successfully fabricated by carrying out secondary etching of silicon nanopillar arrays via a facile inclined etching method. The structure of the novel CNCAs was finely modulated by varying the nanopillar array structure and the etching conditions. The underwater oil wetting behavior of this CNCAs-based interface can be easily modulated from superoleophilic （oil contact angle （OCA） of -8.13°） state to superoleophobic （OCA of ~163.79°） state by modifying the surface using different substances. Moreover, a reversible transformation of underwater oil wetting behavior from superoleophobic （OCA of -155.67°） state to oleophilic （OCA of ~31.27°） state was achieved by grafting a temperature-responsive polymer onto this specific asymmetric structure. The functional interface exhibited isotropic wetting behavior under certain oleophilic conditions. Chemically heterogeneous structures, obtained via asymmetry modification of CNCAs, exhibited amphiphobic properties while maintaining their anisotropic wetting ability.

pH value is regarded as one of the most important attributes that affect sensory characteristics and edible quality of *** objective of the research was to explore the feasibility of applying shortwave infrared hyperspectral imaging system to detect the pH value of apple.A shortwave infrared hyperspectral imaging system was developed over the wavelength region of 1000-2500 nm and used to acquire hyperspectral images of apple *** reflectance calibration,mean reflectance spectral was calculated by averaging the intensity of all pixels within the roundness region of interest(ROI).Synergy interval partial least squares(siPLS)algorithms as an effective multivariable method was conducted on the calibration of regression model to estimate the pH value in Fuji *** performance of the final model was back-evaluated according to root mean square error of calibration(RMSEC)and correlation coefficient(Rc)in calibration set,and tested in prediction *** optimal prediction siPLS model was obtained with correlation coefficient(Rp)of 0.8474 and mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of *** results indicated that shortwave infrared hyperspectral imaging combined with siPLS chemometrics could be an accurate and fast method for nondestructive prediction of pH value in Fuji apple.

In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to estimate starting frequency （SF）, chirp rate （CR）, 2-D direction-of-arrivals （DOA） and polarization of coherent chirp signals with vector sensor arrays. The fractional Fourier transformation （FRFT） is used to estimate SF and CR of chirp signals in this method. And a new correlation matrix is reconstructed to suppress the noise. The property of the vector sensor array is employed to solve the problem of insufficient rank from signal coherence. The L-shaped uniform array of expend aperture is used to improve the precision of es- timation, and the method of solving the ambiguity of angle under the condition of coherent signals is presented. The performance of this algorithm is compared with that of spatial smoothing method to verify the efficacy of this approach.

Shuyusan-containing serum protects SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced impairment

The Chinese herb Shuyusan, whose main constituent is jasminoidin, has been shown to protect SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced damage. SH-SY5Y cells injured by 400 μmol/L cor- ticosterone were treated with 5 and 30 μg/mL Shuyusan-containing serum. Results revealed that Shuyusan-containing serum elevated the survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells, reduced Bax expression, increased Bcl-2 expression, markedly elevated brain-derived neurotrophic factor mRNA expression, and blocked cell apoptosis. Moreover, the effect of high-dose （30 μg/mL） Shuyusan-containing se- rum was more remarkable. Therefore, Shuyusan-containing serum appears to protect SH-SY5Y cells against corticosterone-induced impairment by adjusting the expression of apoptosis-associ- ated proteins and brain-derived neurotrophic factor. Moreover, high-dose Shuyusan-containing se- rum has a protective effect on high-dose corticosterone-induced impairment.

探究了不同运前驯化方式对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)幼鱼运输过程中水质、生化参数及组织结构的影响,为其健康运输提供参考依据。通过控制密度(鱼水质量比分别为1∶2、1∶3、1∶4)和温度(14、19、24℃)两个条件对其先后进行运前密集驯化和温度驯化,随后模拟运输18 h,并考察模拟运输过程中(第0、第2、第6、第18小时)和运后恢复24 h的水质(氨氮、pH)、生化参数[葡萄糖(Glu)、皮质醇(Cor)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]以及组织结构变化(皮肤、肠道)。结果显示,运前驯化密度1∶4、温度19℃处理组的氨氮显著低于其他实验组,pH显著高于其他实验组(P<0.05),Glu、Cor、LDH、CAT、SOD和MDA优于其他实验组,并且皮肤和肠道结构损伤程度最低。研究表明,运前驯化密度1∶4、温度19℃能够有效提高斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼在有水运输过程中的抗应激能力。
