Photothermal therapy(PTT)may lead to healthy tissue damage,tumor metastasis,and recurrence,which makes mild photothermal therapy(mild PTT)stand out.However,overcoming heat resistance,insufficient therapeutic effect,and poor photothermal conversion efficiency has become new challenge.Herein,we report a dynamic supramolecular nanocarrier formed from amide-sericin and aldehyde-polyhydroxy glucan(denoted as SDA),the loose cavity of which can be filled by using the pharmaceutical combination of lonidamine(LND)and NIR-II photothermal agent of IR-1061,producing SDLI with a tighter inner hole,smaller and uniform particle size and excellent stability due to multiple pulling forces.Moreover,the intricate internal network structure prevents the hydrophobic IR-1061 from forming aggregates in the small cavity,and the photothermal conversion efficiency(PCE)can reach 48.9%.At the acidic tumor microenvironment of pH 6.5,the controlled release of LND can solve the problem of heat resistance of NIR-II mild PTT and significantly improve the therapeutic effect of NIR-II mild PTT.Meanwhile,SDLI also shows a reasonable tumor inhibition rate,so the synergistic strategy of inhibiting tumor energy metabolism and NIR-II mild PTT to magnify mitochondrial oxidative stress,continuous cell stress state-induced immunogenic cell death to promote the induction of tumor apoptosis is proposed to achieve more effective cancer treatment.

Temporal and spatial variation of cloud cover in arid regions of Central Asia in the last 40 years

Water resources are one of the key factors restricting the development of arid areas,and cloud water resources is an important part of water resources.The arid region of central Asia is the core region of the current national green silk road construction,and is the largest arid region in the world.Based on cloud cover data of ECMWF,the current study analyzed temporal and spatial characteristics of cloud properties in arid regions of Central Asia between 1980 and 2019.Our findings show that:(1)From the point of view of spatial distribution,total cloudiness in arid regions of Central Asia was low in the south and high in the north.The distribution of high cloud frequency and medium cloud frequency was higher in the south and lower in the north,while low cloud frequency distribution was low in the south and high in the north.(2)In terms of time,the variation of cloud cover and cloud type frequency had obvious seasonal characteristics.From winter to spring,cloud cover increased,and the change of cloud type frequency increased.From spring to summer,cloud cover continued to increase and the change of cloud type frequency increased further.Cloud cover began to decrease from summer to autumn,and the change of cloud type frequency also decreased.(3)Generally,average total cloud cover decreased in most of central Asia,and high and medium cloud cover increased while low cloud cover decreased.This study provides a reference for the rational development of cloud resources in the region.

Quantum coherence plays a central role in Grover’s search algorithm.We study the Tsallis relative a entropy of coherence dynamics of the evolved state in Grover’s search algorithm.We prove that the Tsallis relative a entropy of coherence decreases with the increase of the success probability,and derive the complementarity relations between the coherence and the success probability.We show that the operator coherence of the first H■relies on the size of the database N,the success probability and the target states.Moreover,we illustrate the relationships between coherence and entanglement of the superposition state of targets,as well as the production and deletion of coherence in Grover iterations.

Quantification of microcystin-producing and non-microcystin producing Microcystis populations during the 2009 and 2010 blooms in Lake Taihu using quantitative real-time PCR

Lake Taihu,a large,shallow hypertrophic freshwater lake in eastern China,has experienced lake-wide toxic cyanobacterial blooms annually during summer season in the past decades.Spatial changes in the abundance of hepatotoxin microcystin-producing and nonmicrocystin producing Microcystis populations were investigated in the lake in August of 2009 and 2010.To monitor the densities of the total Microcystis population and the potential microcystin-producing subpopulation,we used a quantitative real-time PCR assay targeting the phycocyanin intergenic spacer（PC-IGS） and the microcystin synthetase gene（mcyD）,respectively.On the basis of quantification by real-time PCR analysis,the abundance of potential toxic Microcystis genotypes and the ratio of the mcyD subpopulation to the total Microcystis varied significantly,from 4.08×104 to 5.22×107 copies/mL,from 5.7% to 65.8%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship between chlorophyll-a,toxic Microcystis and total Microcystis;the abundance of toxic Microcystis correlated positively with total phosphorus and ortho-phosphate concentrations,but negatively with TN：TP ratio and nitrate concentrations.Meanwhile the proportion of potential toxic genotypes within Microcystis population showed positive correlation with total phosphorus and ortho-phosphate concentrations.Our data suggest that increased phosphorus loading may be a significant factor promoting the occurrence of toxic Microcystis bloom in Lake Taihu.

BACKGROUND： The use of fluorescent two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis （2D-DIGE） has been shown to compensate for the shortcomings of conventional two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, such as poor repeatability and large systematic errors. However, little information is presently available regarding the use of 2D-DIGE to investigate mechanisms of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Plasma and body fluids have been utilized in proteomic technology to study ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. OBJECTIVE： To perform proteomic analysis of fresh rat brain tissue in peripheral ischemic regions using 2D-DIGE 6 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO）, and to identify specific proteins closely associated with early ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： Proteomics-based, randomized, controlled, animal experiment was performed at the Laboratories of Neurology and Proteomics, Jilin University between January and April 2006. MATERIALS： 2, 3, 5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride was purchased from Sigma, USA. Ettan DALTSix system, DeCyder DIA V5.0 differential analysis software, and Ettan matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer （MALDI-TOF-MS） were purchased from Amersham Bioscience, Sweden. METHODS： Eight healthy, male, Wistar rats were randomized to experimental and control groups, with four rats in each group. In the experimental group, rat models of focal cerebral ischemia were established by MCAO. In the control group, the internal and external carotid arteries were exposed and then immediately sutured, and the remaining procedures were identical to the experimental group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： At 6 hours after cerebral ischemia, protein expression in the peripheral ischemia region of the experimental group was compared with the control group using 2D-DIGE. 通过南海北部和日本多个实例,量化分析影响近岸全球卫星导航系统干涉反射计(GNSS-IR)反演潮位或风暴潮过程效果的主要影响因素。结果表明:接收机所能接收的卫星信号波段数量、反射信号功率对反演的时间分辨率和精度影响巨大。研究以中国香港HKQT站点为例量化多模多频GNSS-IR监测风暴潮的优势,同时展示日本J425站点在潮位站空缺地区记录完整风暴潮波形的能力。分别针对卫星信号接受波段、硬件配置、台站架设位置和架设高度等因素,对未来架设具有测量海平面能力的近岸GNSS站点提供具体的指导意见。

基于基数据的雷达间一致性评估的基本方法,分析了雷达高差、地形遮挡、噪声、充塞、时空重叠率、衰减等对一致性评估算法的结果质量的影响,并采取了相应的改进措施:使用雷达的波束遮挡比例数据进行遮挡订正或直接剔除存在遮挡的重叠点;对信噪比较低、充塞不充分及存在异常的重叠点予以剔除;增加了时间、空间重叠率因子,分析了不同阈值时间、空间重叠率对评估结果的影响。改进措施对一致性评估结果中的偏差均值、标准偏差的质量均有了一定的提高。使用改进后的算法对岳阳站雷达系统偏差和苏皖地区雷达回波一致性做了评估。结果表明:岳阳站在维护前后与周边雷达的偏差值有明显的降低,并回到正常水平,标准偏差值也略有降低;苏皖地区雷达间偏差均值大部分在2 dB以内,雷达间偏差均值所组成的矢量三角形闭合度较好,标准偏差在2.9~3.3 dB,相关系数在0.40~0.55。

南水北调中线工程自通水以来,发挥着巨大的社会和经济效益,已成为京津地区的主力水源。中线工程输水的水质理化指标相对稳定,但局部渠段存在藻类异常增殖现象,有水华爆发的风险。针对出现的藻类异常增殖问题,在通冷风这一改变局部气象条件的工程措施基础上,建立了澎河—沙河渡槽段平面二维水动力和水质模型,研究了通风位置、通风温度和通风时长等因素对输水渠道水温和藻类的影响。研究表明:水温和叶绿素a浓度均与通风位置、通风温度和通风时长有关,通风温度越低、通风时长越长,平均水温和叶绿素a浓度下降幅度越大,平均水温最高可下降约2℃,叶绿素a浓度最大可降低约54.5%,且仅上游和全渠段通风均可有效降低水温和抑制藻类生长,仅下游通风对水温和藻类的影响较小。因此,采取局部降温的方式可以起到一定的降低叶绿素a浓度的作用,综合考虑藻类抑制效果和工程成本,在水华易爆发渠段的上游通冷风是行之有效的工程措施。

【目的】开发油橄榄果渣曲奇饼干。【方法】以低筋面粉、黄油和鲜鸡蛋为材料复配陇南油橄榄果渣、麦芽糖醇、金耳和纹党多糖,添加碳酸氢钠和氯化钠等食品添加剂研制油橄榄果渣低糖复合曲奇饼干,采用响应面结合模糊数学感官评价法优化了配方,对其抗氧化性、理化指标和微生物指标进行了检验。【结果】油橄榄果渣添加量为15%、麦芽糖醇添加量为30%、金耳添加量为10%和纹党多糖添加量为0.35%,曲奇饼干形态完整,断面结构细密、无粉末,硬度适中,薄厚均匀、口感细腻、咀嚼性好,酥脆、无颗粒感,油橄榄风味突出,气味协调、颜色均一卫生指标符合国家标准,具有很好的营养价值和抗氧化功能。【结论】为油橄榄果渣的进一步利用提供了参考。

Responses of radial growth, wood density and fiber traits to planting space in poplar plantations at a lowland site

Poplar is raw material for various panel, paper and fiber products. The 12 sample trees of clone Nanlin-895 from four spacings were destructively harvested after thirteen growing seasons to assess the influence of spacing on radial growth and wood properties. Spacing significantly affected tree-ring width and wood basic density (p < 0.05) but not fiber traits. The highest diameter and wood basic density at breast height (1.3 m) was in 6 m × 6 m and 3 m × 8 m spacings, respectively. However, no significant differences in tree-ring width, wood basic density and fiber traits were observed among the four sampling directions in discs taken at 1.3 m for each spacing. Growth rings from the pith and tree heights had significant effects on wood basic density and fiber anatomical characteristics, highlighting obvious temporal-spatial variations. Pearson correlation analysis showed a significantly negative relationship of tree-ring width to wood basic density, fiber length and fiber width, but a significantly positive relationship to hemicellulose. There was no relationship with cellulose and lignin contents. Based on a comprehensive assessment by the TOPSIS method, the 6 m × 6 m spacing is recommended for producing wood fiber at similar sites in the future.
