With the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,the exchanges and cooperation between China and Latin America in various fields are rapidly warming up,and both sides actively promote cross-regional,cross-country,and cross-cultural international talent *** proposal of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle coincides with a great change unseen in a *** the background of far-reaching and complicate changes in both domestic and international environment,the trend of all-round cooperation between the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and Latin American countries and regions has been ***,the quantity,quality,level and economic cross-regional training of regional Latin American international talents still present some structural imbalances and challenges compared with the development of trans-regional economic *** on this,the study will focus on the current situation of nurturing international talents in Latin America by the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and provide suggestions for the joint training of talents in Latin America and China-Latin America educational cooperation and *** will also make for jointly build a China-Latin America Community of Shared Future and respond to the Belt and Road initiative with a certain reference value.

To the Editor:The jaw cyst is one of the most common benign tumors in the oral and maxillofacial region.[1]To date,several studies have reported on jaw cysts in general populations from Italy,Brazil,Greece,and the United States in accordance with the 4th World health Organization(WHO)classication of head and neck tumors.[2]However,there are no clinicopathological studies of odontogenic and non-odontogenic cysts in a large Chinese population in relation to the latest WHO classi***,few epidemiological studies have analyzed treatment plans and the possible postoperative complications of jaw ***,this study aimed to perform a detailed and extended epidemiological analysis of jaw cysts in a large population in West China.

聚电解质链在柱状受限下的构象转变

采用粗粒化分子动力学模拟方法,研究了受限于圆柱体内的聚电解质链的构象行为。通过计算链平均回旋半径、平均持久长度和平均形状因子等物理量,重点探究反离子价态、链刚性和受限孔径等对聚电解质链尺寸和构象转变的影响。结果表明,受限聚电解质链可形成稳定的棒状、球状、折叠链状和环状结构。尤其在三价反离子诱导下,半刚性聚电解质链可形成稳定的环状结构,并由切向相关函数表征。通过统计反离子分布,进一步探讨了聚电解质链和离子凝结的机制。同时讨论了环的成核和生长动力学特征,为进一步揭示生物大分子在有限空间内的构象行为提供了理论指导。

Discovery and structure-activity relationship studies of novel tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives as apoptosis initiators for treating bacterial infections

Developing and excavating new agrochemicals with highly active and safe is an important tactic for protecting crop health and food *** this paper,to discover the new bactericide candidates,we designed,prepared a new type of1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline(THC)derivatives and evaluated the in vitro and in vivo bioactivities against the Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),Xanthomonas axonopodis ***(Xac),and Pseudomonas syringae ***(Psa).The in vitro bioassay results exhibited that most title molecules possessed good activity toward the three plant pathogenic bacteria,the compound A17 showed the most active against Xoo and Xac with EC50 values of 7.27 and 4.89 mg mL^(-1)respectively,and compound A8 exhibited the best inhibitory activity against Psa with EC50value of 4.87 mg mL^(-1).Pot experiments showed that compound A17 exhibited excellent in vivo antibacterial activities to manage rice bacterial leaf blight and citrus bacterial canker,with protective efficiencies of 52.67 and 79.79%at 200 mgmL^(-1),***,compound A8 showed good control efficiency(84.31%)against kiwifruit bacterial canker at 200 mg mL^(-1).Antibacterial mechanism suggested that these compounds could interfere with the balance of the redox system,damage the cell membrane,and induce the apoptosis of Xoo *** together,our study revealed that tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives could be a promising candidate model for novel broadspectrum bactericides.

目的:研究平消胶囊联合卡培他滨对晚期乳腺癌患者的影响。方法:回顾性选取2017年2月—2019年2月潜江市中心医院收治的100例晚期乳腺癌患者资料。根据治疗方法将其分为联合用药组和单独用药组,各50例。单独用药组给予卡培他滨片,联合用药组在单独用药组基础上给予平消胶囊。比较两组临床疗效,用药前后肿瘤标志物及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、免疫指标、癌痛程度、功能状态、生活质量,不良反应及生存时间。结果:联合用药组总缓解率为50.00%(25/50),高于单独用药组的24.00%(12/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,联合用药组癌胚抗原(CEA)、VEGF水平、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分均低于单独用药组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、卡式评分表(KPS)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均高于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组不良反应发生率为10.00%(5/50),低于单独用药组的32.00%(16/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组总生存时间、无进展生存时间均长于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期乳腺癌治疗中应用卡培他滨联合平消胶囊能提升临床效果,降低肿瘤标志物、VEGF水平,提升免疫功能及生活质量,减轻癌痛程度,改善功能状态,减少不良反应,延长患者生存时间。

目的:探讨自身免疫性胶质纤维酸性蛋白星形胶质细胞病(GFAP-A)的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析自2020年12月1日至2022年5月1日郴州市第一人民医院神经内科收治的14例自身免疫性GFAP-A患者的临床资料。结果:14例患者的年龄为(46±31)岁,其中男性明显多于女性(10∶4)。14例患者均为急性起病,临床表现包括头晕头痛(10例)、发热(8例)、大小便障碍(5例)、精神行为异常(4例)、肢体无力(4例)、肢体震颤(3例)等。所有患者均未合并肿瘤,但有8例合并低钠血症。12例患者对激素和(或)免疫抑制剂治疗反应良好;2例患者因个人原因拒绝激素或免疫抑制剂治疗,出院时病情无好转。结论:自身免疫性GFAP-A患者临床表现异质性较大,合并低钠血症比例较高,部分患者的临床表现类似神经系统感染性疾病,免疫治疗反应性较好。

Oral diseases have emerged as one of the leading public health challenges *** the existing clinical modalities for restoration of dental tissue loss and craniomaxillofacial injuries can achieve satisfactory therapeutic results,they cannot fully restore the original complex anatomical structure and physiological function of the tissue.3D printing of biological tissues has gained growing interest in the field of oral medicine with the ability to control the bioink component and printing structure for spatially heterogeneous repairing constructs,holding enormous promise for the precise treatment of oral ***,collagen-based materials have been recognized as promising biogenic bioinks for the regeneration of several tissues with high cell-activating and biocompatible *** this review,we summarize 3D printing methods for collagen-based biomaterials and their ***,we highlight the animal sources of collagen and their characteristics,as well as the methods of collagen ***,this review provides an overview of the 3D bioprinting technology for the regeneration of the pulpal nerve and blood vessels,cartilage,and periodontal *** envision that this technique opens up immense opportunities over the conventional ones,with high replicability and customized function,which can ultimately promote effective oral tissue regeneration.
