Cloud-Type-Dependent 1DVAR Algorithm for Retrieving Hydrometeors and Precipitation in Tropical Cyclone Nanmadol from GMI Data

Understanding the structure of tropical cyclone(TC)hydrometeors is crucial for detecting the changes in the distribution and intensity of *** this study,the GMI brightness temperature and cloud-dependent 1DVAR algorithm were used to retrieve the hydrometeor profiles and surface rain rate of TC Nanmadol(2022).The Advanced Radiative Transfer Modeling System(ARMS)was used to calculate the Jacobian and degrees of freedom(△DOF)of cloud water,rainwater,and graupel for different channels of GMI in convective *** retrieval results were compared with the Dual-frequency Precipitation Radar(DPR),GMI 2A,and IMERG *** is shown that from all channels of GMI,rain water has the highest△DOF,at *** to the radiance Jacobian to atmospheric state variables,cloud water emission dominates its *** rain water,the emission of channels 1–4 dominates *** with the GMI 2A precipitation product,the 1DVAR precipitation rate has a higher correlation coefficient(0.713)with the IMERG product and can better reflect the location of TC *** the TC eyewall,the highest radar echo top indicates strong *** the melting layer where Ka-band attenuation is strong,the double frequency difference of DPR data reflects the location of the *** DPR drop size distribution(DSD)product shows that there is a significant increase in particle size below the melting layer in the spiral rain ***,the particle size may be one of the main reasons for the smaller rain water below the melting layer retrieved from 1DVAR.

Enhanced bright green luminescence from GdOF:Ho^(3+) up-conversion phosphor via Yb^(3+) doping

In this paper,a series of GdOF-based green phosphors doped with Ho^(3+) and Yb^(3+) ions was prepared by a simple co-precipitation *** crystal structure s and optical prope rties were investigated in *** intensity of the emission of GdOF:Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+) phosphors is enhanced by the effective energy transfer from Yb^(3+) to Ho^(3+),and the optimal luminescence is achieved with the Ho^(3+)doping amount of 0.1 mol%as well as Yb^(3+) doping amount of 5 mol%.Tunable UC emission of samples is achieved by adjusting the doping concentration of Ho^(3+) or Yb^(3+).The purity of the green UC emission is further improved by enhancing the excitation pumping *** addition,logarithmic functions of green,red and nearinfrared radiation intensities were calculated versus logarithmic function of pump power for further study.A possible UC luminescence mechanism between Yb^(3+) and Ho^(3+) is discussed based on powerdependent UC luminescence spectrum and decay *** results suggest that GdOF:Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+)phosphors with bright and high-purity green UC emission have potential applications in the fields of bioimaging,display and illumination.

APOBEC3B and IL-6 form a positive feedback loop in hepatocellular carcinoma cells

APOBEC3 protein families, a DNA cytidine deaminase, were up-regulated in multiple tumors. However, the relationship between Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and APOBEC3B(A3B) remains unknown. It has been confirmed that interleukin-6(IL-6)has significant impacts on oncogenesis of HCC. Here, we reported that the expression of IL-6 was substantially up-regulated by A3 B in HepG2 cells. A3 B induced IL-6 expression through relocating HuR to enhance the IL-6 mRNA stability. Further analysis indicated that IL-6 also increased the expression of A3 B through JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathway, which formed a positive feedback to maintain the continuous expression of A3 B and IL-6, and thereby promoted the prolonged non-resolving inflammation. Collectively, these findings suggest that A3 B is essential for oncogenesis of HCC, and is a potential target for preventive intervention.

Nursing Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Laparoscopic Surgery for Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

Objective: To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation concept in patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones under laparoscopy during perioperative period. Methods: 90 patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones treated in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given rapid surgical rehabilitation care. The postoperative anal exhaust time, first meal time, early activity time, pain time, abdominal drainage tube removal time, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. The independent sample T test was used for the measurement data, and the x2 test was used for the counting data, and the difference was statistically significant (P Results: The postoperative anal exhaust time, first meal time, early activity time, pain time, abdominal drainage tube removal time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (all P Conclusion: The concept of rapid rehabilitation can significantly improve the perioperative nursing effect of patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones and accelerate their rehabilitation, which is worth improving and popularizing.

Laser speckle contrast imaging based on uniting spatiotemporal Fourier transform

We propose a laser speckle contrast imaging method based on uniting spatiotemporal Fourier ***,the raw speckle images are entirely transformed to the spatiotemporal frequency domain with a three-dimensional(3D)fast Fourier ***,the dynamic and static speckle components are extracted by applying 3D low-pass and high-pass filtering in the spatiotemporal frequency domain and inverse 3D Fourier ***,we calculate the time-averaged modulation depth with the average of both components to map the two-dimensional blood flow *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed method could effectively improve computational efficiency and imaging quality.

粮食安全是“国之大者”,随着农业劳动力大量转移,粮食生产韧性是否受到影响及受到的影响有多大,已成为新时期的重要议题。基于中国粮食主产区2010-2022年省域面板数据,通过构建主产区粮食生产韧性的综合指标体系,首先使用熵权与变异系数综合赋权法对其进行测度,其次选用固定效应模型实证检验农业劳动力转移对粮食生产韧性影响的内在逻辑。研究发现:农业劳动力转移有助于主产区粮食生产韧性的提升,且对粮食生产韧性的促进效应在较长时间序列上均稳健成立。具体而言,农业劳动力转移每增加1%,主产区粮食生产韧性水平将会平均增加1.712 0%。研究还发现,北方和南方主产区农业劳动力转移影响粮食生产韧性水平存在明显异质性,北方主产区的提升作用更为显著。因此,进一步引导农业劳动力非农转移推动区域粮食生产韧性水平提升,是新时期保障我国粮食安全的有效途径。

目的:探讨电针调控自主神经电活动抑制膀胱过度活动症的机制。方法:将40只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、OAB模型组、OAB+盆神经离断组、OAB+腹下神经离断组、OAB+盆神经+腹下神经离断组,每组8只。造模成功后,实验分3部分进行:实验一(正常组和OAB模型组)不予电针干预;实验二(OAB模型组)分别予电针中髎(次髎)、三阴交、合谷、中极;实验三(OAB+盆神经离断组、OAB+腹下神经离断组、OAB+盆神经和腹下神经离断组)予电针中髎(次髎),电针强度1 mA,频率2 Hz,连续波,持续刺激5 min。记录膀胱排尿周期,观察大鼠基础膀胱内压等尿动力学指标、逼尿肌肌电及盆神经放电信号。结果:(1)与正常组比较,OAB大鼠膀胱收缩时间缩短,最大逼尿肌收缩压显著下降(P<0.01),排尿间隔缩短,基础膀胱内压,收缩后膀胱内压增高(P<0.01),提示OAB造模成功;且OAB逼尿肌肌电和盆神经信号增加(P<0.01)。(2)电针中髎/次髎后,较针刺前,OAB大鼠尿动力学参数明显改善;电针中髎(次髎)或三阴交后,大鼠逼尿肌膀胱收缩时放电次数减少(P<0.05),盆神经膀胱收缩时放电次数显著减少(P<0.05)。(3)电针前,与离断神经前OAB模型组比较,OAB+盆神经离断组及OAB+盆神经+腹下神经离断组的膀胱收缩时间及排尿间隔时间变长、最大逼尿肌收缩压增加、排尿阈值压降低、收缩后膀胱内压降低(P<0.05);电针干预后,与离断神经OAB组比较,OAB+腹下神经离断组的膀胱收缩时间变长、最大逼尿肌收缩压增加、排尿间隔时间延长、排尿阈值压降低、收缩后膀胱内压降低(P<0.05)。电针干预前,OAB+盆神经离断组、OAB+离断盆神经+腹下神经组的逼尿肌膀胱收缩时放电降低、膀胱收缩时放电降低(P<0.05);电针干预后,与离断神经OAB组比较,OAB+腹下神经离断组的逼尿肌膀胱收缩时放电降低、盆神经膀胱收缩时放电降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺抑制OAB主要是通过针刺与膀胱同神经节段的腧穴,抑制自主神经的盆神经异常放电。

燃气透平叶片前缘冲击/气膜复合冷却的管网耦合方法研究

为方便燃气透平叶片前缘冲击/气膜复合冷却结构的设计与研发,提出了一种管网耦合计算方法。利用Python编制了叶片冷却结构设计的一维管网程序,并采用冲击冷却的实验结果对管网程序进行了验证;结合ANSYS CFX三维数值计算软件,搭建了用于叶片前缘冲击/气膜复合冷却的管网耦合设计计算平台,设计了用于计算内部流场的管网模型,并提出了管网耦合计算中的外部气膜冷却修正方法;通过与经湍流模型验证和网格无关性考核后的三维气热耦合计算结果进行对比分析,验证了管网耦合计算方法的可靠性。结果表明:所设计的管网模型对叶片内部冷却具有较好的模拟精度,可用于管网耦合过程中内部流场的计算;与三维气动计算相比,采用气膜冷却修正方法得到的平均气膜冷却效率的相对误差在2.18%~12.2%之间,验证了气膜冷却修正方法的可靠性;管网耦合计算结果与三维气热耦合计算结果吻合良好,两种方法计算的叶片壁面温度分布一致,但采用管网耦合方法可以大大节约计算时间,耗时为三维气热耦合计算的1/18。管网耦合计算方法可应用于叶片前缘冲击/气膜复合冷却的设计与研究。
