Energy Consumption Analysis and Optimization of Electric Submersible Pump System

Electric submersible pumps account for a considerable proportion in the development of the Bohai Oilfield. Improving the system efficiency of the electric submersible pump wells, ensuring that the units operate in the high-efficiency zone, is essential. Analysis shows that the efficiency of the electric submersible pump system depends on the wear and tear of each component of the submersible pump equipment, the setting of operational parameters, and more importantly, the production status and daily management level of the oil well. Therefore, improving the structural performance of the submersible pump product, optimizing the parameters setting of the oil well, strengthening daily management, establishing a scientific management system, and improving the production management process and system can effectively improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of the oil well, and further achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. In addition, it is necessary to actively promote the concept and technology of energy saving and emission reduction, encourage oilfield enterprises to explore effective measures to reduce the energy consumption of the electric submersible pump system by strengthening the scientific management system, and achieve a green, low-carbon, and high-quality development of oilfield production to achieve the unity of economic benefits, social benefits, and environmental benefits. This article applies the above measures in the P oilfield to achieve energy optimization of submersible electric pump systems, reducing the daily power consumption of single well submersible electric pump systems by 371 kWh per day, increasing the submersible electric pump's lifespan by 200 days, generating considerable project benefits.

Three eudesmanolide sesquiterpene-phenol hybrids,atramacronoids A-C(1-3),featuring an unusual6/6/5/5/6 skeleton furnished by forming an unexpected C-8-C-16 linkage,were obtained from the rhizomes of Atractylodes *** structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis,chemical calculations,combined with X-ray *** plausible biosynthetic pathways for compounds 1-3 are ***,compound 1 exhibited cytotoxicity against SGC-7901 cells by inducing cells apoptosis,which might relate to the promotion of synthesis of neutrophil elastase.

Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a high-grade neuroendocrine(NE)cancer characterized by high circulating tumor-cell burden and early extensive *** the complexity of SCLC genes and the immune microenvironment,their unique molecular heterogeneity profiles have been continuously *** understanding of SCLC subtypes has recently changed from traditional"classical"and"variant"types to"NE"and"non-NE"phenotypes and to the subtypes defined by major transcriptional regulators,which indicates the gradual revelation of high intratumoral heterogeneity and plasticity characteristics of *** in genomics as well as the development of single-cell sequencing analysis and new preclinical models have helped investigators gain many new insights into SCLCs and the development of targeted therapy and immunotherapy *** article provides an overview of changes in molecular typing,tumor heterogeneity,and plasticity and that of advances in the precise treatment of different subtypes of SCLC.

Analysis of characteristics and predictive factors of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related adverse events

Objective:We aimed to retrospectively analyze the toxicity profiles and predictors of immune-related adverse events(irAEs)as well as the correlation between irAEs and the clinical efficacy of multi-type immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in patients with advanced pan-cancer in a real-world ***:We retrospectively analyzed data from 105 patients with advanced pan-cancer treated with multi-type ICIs at the First Hospital of Jilin University between January 1,2016 and August 1,*** used logistic regression analyses to investigate the associations of irAEs with clinical baseline characteristics,blood count parameters,and biochemical indicators during *** operating characteristic curves were used to determine cutoff values for parameters and area under the curve ***–Meier and Cox multivariate regression analyses were performed to estimate the relationships of baseline characteristics and irAEs with progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).Results:A lower relative lymphocyte count(cutoff=28.5%),higher albumin level(cutoff=39.05 g/L),and higher absolute eosinophil count(AEC)(cutoff=0.175×10^(9)/L)were significantly associated with the occurrence of irAEs,among which a higher AEC(cutoff=0.205×10^(9)/L)was strongly associated with skin-related irAEs[odds ratios(ORs)=0.163,P=0.004].Moreover,a higher lactate dehydrogenase level(cutoff=237.5 U/L)was an independent predictor of irAEs of grade≥3(OR=0.083,P=0.023).In immune cell subgroup analysis,a lower absolute count of CD8+CD28−suppressor T cells(OR=0.806;95%confidence interval:0.643–1.011;P=0.062),which are regulatory T lymphocytes,was associated with the occurrence of irAEs,although the difference was not statistically ***,a higher percentage of CD19+B cells was associated with the occurrence of irAEs of grade≥3(P=0.02)and grade≥2(P=0.051).In addition,patients with any grade of irAE had a significantly high PFS(8.37 vs.3.77 months,hazard ratios(HR)=2.02,P

The ectoderm has the capability to generate epidermis and neuroectoderm and plays imperative roles during the early embryonic *** recent study uncovered a region with ectodermal progenitor potential in mouse embryo at embryonic day 7.0 and revealed that Nodal inhibition is essential for its ***,we demonstrate that through brief inhibition of Nodal signaling in vitro,mouse embryonic stem cell(ESC)-derived epiblast stem cells(ESD-EpiSCs)could be committed to transient ectodermal progenitor populations,which possess the ability to give rise to neural or epidermal ectoderm in the absence or presence of BMP4,*** studies reveal that BMP4 recruits distinct transcriptional targets in ESD-EpiSCs and ectoderm-like ***,FGF–Erk signaling may also be alleviated during the generation of ectoderm-like ***,our data suggest that instructive interactions among several extracellular signals participate in the commitment of ectoderm from ESD-EpiSCs,which shed new light on the understanding of the formation of ectoderm during the gastrulation in early mouse embryo development.

Numerical Simulation of Groundwater Pollution Problems Based on Convection Diffusion Equation

The analytical solution of the convection diffusion equation is considered by two-dimensional Fourier transform and the inverse Fourier transform. To get the numerical solution, the Crank-Nicolson finite difference method is constructed, which is second-order accurate in time and space. Numerical simulation shows excellent agreement with the analytical solution. The dynamic visualization of the simulating results is realized on ArcGIS platform. This work provides a quick and intuitive decision-making basis for water resources protection, especially in dealing with water pollution emergencies.

A rapid preparation route, microwave-assisted chemical solution method, has been developed for the fabrication of zinc sulfide（Zn S） thin film and powder with shape of microsphereThe as-obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, atomic force microscopy（AFM）, and optical measurementXRD results indicated that the structures of as-obtained products are wurtziteThe SEM and AFM photographs show that uniform Zn S microsphere with size of less than 1 μm and homogeneous thin film could be obtained from solution under adequate conditions with thiourea as sulfide sourceThe results show that microwave-assisted chemical solution method is really a time saving method to fabricate the Zn S thin film and nanostructured microspheres.

Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),mesenchymal-epithelial transition(MET),and even the sequential EMT-MET can be observed during multiple cell fate conversions including cancer progression and embryonic *** the current review,we first focused on the existence and beneficial roles of the sequential EMT-MET during three typical cell fate conversions,differentiation from pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)to neurons,de-differentiation from mouse embryonic fibroblasts(MEFs)to PSCs,and trans-differentiation from MEFs to *** tried to provide some preliminary hypotheses to connect EMT-MET and cell fate conversions,like the possible contributions of the intermediate mesenchymal state to iPSCs generation and *** intermediate mesenchymal state during sequential EMT-MET was further discussed by exploring the conserved signatures on gene expression during a variety of *** on the interaction among vitamin C,DNA methylation,and EMT/MET was also provided.
