China’s growing trade with countries along the“Belt and Road”Initiative is accompanied by a focus on green development.Based on the panel data from 2007 to 2018,this paper establishes a threshold regression model to empirically analyze the institutional quality threshold effect of China’s foreign trade technology spillover on the GTFP of countries along the“Belt and Road.”The results show that China’s foreign trade technology spillover has a significant institutional quality double threshold effect on the green total factor productivity of the countries along the“Belt and Road.”As the institutional quality of the countries along the“Belt and Road”crosses a specific threshold value,the impact of China’s foreign trade technology spillover on the green total factor productivity of the countries along the“Belt and Road”has a significant positive promoting effect,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.

This paper builds a bridge between partial regularity theory and nonlinear potential theory for the following generalized stationary Stokes system with super-quadratic growth and continuous coefficients:-div A(x,Du)+■π=f,div u=0,where Du is the symmetric part of the gradient■u.We first establish anε-regularity criterion involving both the excess functional of the symmetric gradient Du and Wolff potentials of the nonhomogeneous term f to guarantee the local vanishing mean oscillation(VMO)-regularity of Du in an open subset Ω_(u) of Ω with full measure.Such anε-regularity criterion leads to a pointwise Wolff potential estimate of Du,which immediately infers that Du is partially C^(0)-regular under appropriate assumptions.Finally,we give a local continuous modulus estimate of Du.

Numerous engineering cases have demonstrated that the expansive soil channel slope remains susceptible to damage with the implementation of a rigid or closed protective structure. It is common for the protective structure to experience bulging failure due to excessive swelling pressure. To investigate the swelling pressure properties of expansive soil, the constant volume test was employed to study the influence of water content and reserved expansion deformation on the characteristics of swelling pressure in strong expansive soils, and also to explore the evolution mechanism of the swelling pressure. The findings demonstrate that the swelling pressure-time curve can be classified into swelling pressure-time softening and swelling pressure-time stability type. The swelling pressuretime curve of the specimen with low water content is the swelling pressure-time softening type, and the softening level will be weakened with increasing reserved expansion deformation. Besides, the maximum swelling pressure Psmax decreases with increasing water content and reserved expansion deformation, especially for expansion ratio η from 24% to 37%. The reserved deformation has little effect on reducing Psmax when it is beyond 7% of the expansion rate. The specimen with low water content has a more homogeneous structure due to the significant expansion-filling effect, and the fracture and reorganization of the aggregates in the specimens with low water content cause the swelling pressure-time softening behavior. In addition, the proposed swelling pressure-time curve prediction model has a good prediction on the test results. If necessary, a deformation space of about 7% expansion rate is recommended to be reserved in the engineering to reduce the swelling pressure except for keeping a stable water content.

To study the atmospheric aging of acrylic coatings,a two-year aging exposure experiment was conducted in 13 representative climatic environments in China.An atmospheric aging evaluation model of acrylic coatings was developed based on aging data including11 environmental factors from 567 cities.A hybrid method of random forest and Spearman correlation analysis was used to reduce the redundancy and multicollinearity of the data set by dimensionality reduction.A semi-supervised collaborative trained regression model was developed with the environmental factors as input and the low-frequency impedance modulus values of the electrochemical impedance spectra of acrylic coatings in 3.5wt%NaCl solution as output.The model improves accuracy compared to supervised learning algorithms model(support vector machines model).The model provides a new method for the rapid evaluation of the aging performance of acrylic coatings,and may also serve as a reference to evaluate the aging performance of other organic coatings.

This study aimed to reveal how amoxicillin（AMX） affected the microbial community and the spread mechanism of antibiotic resistance genes（ARGs） in the AMX manufacture wastewater treatment system. For this purpose, a 1.47 L expanded granular sludge bed（EGSB） reactor was designed and run for 241 days treating artificial AMX manufacture wastewater. 454 pyrosequencing was applied to analyze functional microorganisms in the system. The antibiotic genes OXA_（-1）, OXA_（-2）, OXA_（-10）, TEM_（-1）, CTX-M_（-1）, class I integrons（intI1） and 16 SrRNA genes were also examined in sludge samples. The results showed that the genera Ignavibacterium, Phocoenobacter,Spirochaeta, Aminobacterium and Cloacibacillus contributed to the degradation of different organic compounds（such as various sugars and amines）. And the relative quantification of eachβ-lactam resistance gene in the study was changed with the increasing of AMX concentration.Furthermore the vertical gene transfer was the main driver for the spread of ARGs rather than horizontal transfer pathways in the system.

This study aims to introduce the protocol for ultrasonic backscatter measurements of musculoskeletal properties based on a novel ultrasonic backscatter bone diagnostic(UBBD)instrument.Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)can be adopted to measure bone mineral density(BMD)in the hip,spine,legs and the whole body.The muscle and fat mass in the legs and the whole body can be also calculated by DXA body composition analysis.Based on the proposed protocol for backscatter measurements by UBBD,ultrasonic backscatter signals can be measured in vivo,deriving three backscatter parameters[apparent integral backscatter(AIB),backscatter signal peak amplitude(BSPA)and the corresponding arrival time(BSPT)].AIB may provide important diagnostic information about bone properties.BSPA and BSPT may be important indicators of muscle and fat properties.The standardized backscatter measurement protocol of the UBBD instrument may have the potential to evaluate musculoskeletal characteristics,providing help for promoting the application of the backscatter technique in the clinical diagnosis of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs),such as osteoporosis and muscular atrophy.

蚕丝是天然蛋白质纤维,具有光滑、亲肤、机械强度高等优点,作为纺织纤维在我国已有数千年的使用历史。随着智能时代的到来,织物电子研究逐渐兴起,但是蚕丝纤维在智能可穿戴应用领域的研究还非常有限。该文提出了一种在单根蚕丝纤维表面原位修饰氧化锌(ZnO)纳米棒阵列的低成本方法,成功制备了基于单根蚕丝纤维的ZnO纳米棒阵列。研究表明,ZnO纳米棒致密且均匀地垂直排列于蚕丝表面,其直径为100~200 nm,长度约为2μm,其晶型为六方纤锌矿结构。结合ZnO纳米棒的压电性质,构建了基于ZnO纳米棒阵列修饰单根蚕丝的压电传感器。该传感器可有效地将机械能转换为电能,可对手指的敲击、按压、弯曲动作实时响应,将其固定于腹部或体表心脏部位可对人体呼吸、心跳等生理数据进行监测。此外,该传感器还可分辨木琴敲击过程中音调和音阶的变化。该文所构建的蚕丝基压电传感器在人体动作、生理参数实时监测方面展示了极大潜力,有望拓展蚕丝在可穿戴织物器件和智能传感领域的实际应用。

Retroperitoneal liposarcoma(RLPS)is the main subtype of retroperitoneal soft sarcoma(RSTS)and has a poor prognosis and few treatment options,except for surgery.The proteomic and metabolic profiles of RLPS have remained unclear.The aim of our study was to reveal the metabolic profile of RLPS.Here,we performed proteomic analysis(n=10),metabolomic analysis(n=51),and lipidomic analysis(n=50)of retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposarcoma(RDDLPS)and retroperitoneal well-differentiated liposarcoma(RWDLPS)tissue and paired adjacent adipose tissue obtained during surgery.Data analysis mainly revealed that glycolysis,purine metabolism,pyrimidine metabolism and phospholipid formation were upregulated in both RDDLPS and RWDLPS tissue compared with the adjacent adipose tissue,whereas the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,lipid absorption and synthesis,fatty acid degradation and biosynthesis,as well as glycine,serine,and threonine metabolism were downregulated.Of particular importance,the glycolytic inhibitor 2-deoxy-D-glucose and pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)inhibitor RRX-001 significantly promoted the antitumor effects of the MDM2 inhibitor RG7112 and CDK4 inhibitor abemaciclib.Our study not only describes the metabolic profiles of RDDLPS and RWDLPS,but also offers potential therapeutic targets and strategies for RLPS.

第五代(fifth-generation,5G)移动通信技术的兴起,推动了物联网(Internet of things,IoT)的发展。然而,随着物联网数据传输量的爆发式增长,频谱资源短缺问题越来越严重。频谱感知技术极大的提高了物联网频谱利用率。但是,物联网移动通信环境的复杂性高以及信号易畸变的特性,对现有的频谱感知算法提出了重大挑战。因此,提出了一种融合去噪自编码器(denoising autoencoder,DAE)和改进长短时记忆(long short term memory,LSTM)神经网络的智能频谱感知算法。DAE通过编码和解码过程挖掘移动信号的底层结构特征,改进的LSTM频谱感知分类器模型结合过去时刻信息特征对时序信号序列进行分类。与支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)、循环神经网络(recurrent neural network,RNN)、LeNet5、学习矢量量化(learning vector quantization,LVQ)和Elman算法相比,该算法的感知性能提高了45%。
