目的:分析新生儿科护士告知坏消息能力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表和护士告知坏消息能力量表对381名新生儿科护士进行调查。结果:新生儿科护士告知坏消息能力量表得分为(68.54±13.85)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,工作年限、心理治疗师、参加过护理沟通学习班和在校学习过护理沟通课程是新生儿科护士告知坏消息能力的影响因素。结论:新生儿科护士的告知坏消息能力处于较低水平。工作年限、心理治疗师、参加过护理沟通学习班和在校学习过护理沟通课程均会影响新生儿科护士的告知坏消息能力。护理管理者需关注新生儿科护士告知坏消息能力现状,并制定告知坏消息和护理沟通培训方案。

以国家三级公立医院绩效考核(“国考”)为导向的全面预算管理是促进公立医院业财融合的关键路径。通过明确全面预算主体,采用评价赋值法甄选与全面预算关联密切的“国考”关键指标,将全面预算编制与“国考”关键指标深度契合,推进全面预算管理落地。实施后,预算与实际发生拟合效果较好,医院“国考”成绩有所提升。以“国考”为导向的全面预算管理对医院医疗质量、运营效率、持续发展等起到促进作用,有助于医院建立科学的运营机制。

Osteoporosis(OP),a systemic and chronic bone disease,is distinguished by low bone mass and destruction of bone *** Compound-K(CK),one of the metabolites of ginsenoside Rb1,has anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,and hypolipidemic *** have demonstrated CK could promote osteogenesis and fracture healing in our previous ***,the contribution of CK to osteoporosis has not been *** the present study,we investigated the effect of CK on osteoclastogenesis and ovariectomy(OVX)-induced *** results showed that CK inhibited receptor activator for nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL)-mediated osteoclast differentiation and reactive oxygen species(ROS)activity by inhibiting the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 and oxidative stress in RAW264.7 *** addition,we also demonstrated that CK could inhibit bone resorption using bone marrow-derived ***,we demonstrated that CK attenuated bone loss by suppressing the activity of osteoclast and alleviating oxidative stress in *** together,these results showed CK could inhibit osteoclastogenesis and prevent OVX-induced bone loss by inhibiting NF-κB signaling pathway.

赵杨教授认为“阴阳相交生风”指的是阴阳失衡、相交生风的病理状态,风以阳气为本,阴阳失衡,阳气变动则生内风。帕金森病的病机关键即为“阴阳相交生风”,风既可以作为致病因素内扰清窍,又可作为病理产物影响清窍功能。根据阳气波动情况,帕金森病在不同病程可见阳气亢逆生风、阳气郁滞生风、阳气虚衰生风等病机,临床治疗应以调和阴阳平衡为要,分别治以滋阴潜阳息风、宣阳通郁宁风、温阳养血散风。附验案1则。

Cotton fiber is a raw material for the global textile industry and fiber quality is essential to its industrial *** are plant secondary metabolites that may serve as dietary components,regulate light harvesting,and scavenge reactive oxygen *** carotenoids accumulate predominantly in rapidly elongating cotton fibers,their roles in cotton fiber development remain poorly *** this study,a fiber-specific promoter proSCFP was applied to drive the expression of GhOR1Del,a positive regulator of carotenoid accumulation,to upregulate the carotenoid level in cotton fiber in *** length,strength,and fineness were increased in proSCFP:GhOR1Del transgenic cotton and abscisic acid(ABA)and ethylene contents were increased in elongating *** ABA downstream regulator GhbZIP27a stimulated the expression of the ethylene synthase gene GhACO3 by binding to its promoter,suggesting that ABA promoted fiber elongation by increasing ethylene *** findings suggest the involvement of carotenoids and ABA signaling in promoting cotton fiber elongation and provide a strategy for improving cotton fiber quality.

Hepatitis E virus(HEV)infection can cause severe complications and high mortality,particularly in pregnant women,organ transplant recipients,individuals with pre-existing liver disease and immunosuppressed ***,there are still unmet needs for treating chronic HEV ***,we screened a best-in-class drug repurposing library consisting of 262 drugs/*** screening,we identified vidofludimus calcium and pyrazofurin as novel anti-HEV *** calcium is the next-generation dihydroorotate dehydrogenase(DHODH)inhibitor in the phase 3 pipeline to treat autoimmune diseases or SARS-CoV-2 *** selectively targets uridine monophosphate synthetase(UMPS).Their anti-HEV effects were further investigated in a range of cell culture models and human liver organoids models with wild type HEV strains and ribavirin treatment failure-associated HEV ***,both drugs exhibited a sizeable therapeutic window against *** instance,the IC50 value of vidofludimus calcium is 4.6–7.6-fold lower than the current therapeutic doses in ***,their anti-HEV mode of action depends on the blockage of pyrimidine ***,two drugs robustly inhibited ribavirin treatment failure-associated HEV mutants(Y1320H,G1634R).Their combination with IFN-αresulted in synergistic antiviral *** conclusion,we identified vidofludimus calcium and pyrazofurin as potent candidates for the treatment of HEV *** on their antiviral potency,and also the favorable safety profile identified in clinical studies,our study supports the initiation of clinical studies to repurpose these drugs for treating chronic hepatitis E.

The component of gear vibration signal is very complex,when a localized tooth defect such as a tooth crack is pre- sent,the engagement of the cracked tooth will induce an impulsive change with comparatively low energy to the gear mesh signal and the background *** paper presents a new comprehensive demodulation method which combined with amplitude envelop demodulation and phase demodulation to extract gear crack early fault.A mathematical model of gear vibration signal contain crack fault is put *** results based on this model show that the new comprehensive demodulation method is more effective in finding fault and judging fault level then conventional single amplitude demodulation at present.

Traditional fault diagnosis systems of rolling mills mostly use single machine monitoring net,which leads the re- al-time data running only in the enterprise locally and can not monitor and manage the high-speed wire rolling mills between units, workshops and factories concentratedly.A new-type structure of remote diagnosis system for high-speed wire rolling mills is pre- sented in this *** signal processing,computer network and remote diagnosis etc techniques are used to predictive maintenance manage the rolling mills units in this *** new structure reinforced the remote feedback function,made up the existing fault diagnosis systems’ insufficiency in the extension and the function,promoted resource sharing and avoided the repeat develop- *** remote diagnosis example shows that the system can monitor and diagnose the fault information of remote machine timely and effectively.
