Photoluminescence（PL） measurements are carried out to investigate the degradation of GaInP top cell and GaAs middle cell for GaInP/GaAs/Ge triple-junction solar cells irradiated with 1.0, 1.8 and 11.5 MeV electrons with fluences ranging up to 3 × 10^15, 1 × 10^15 and 3 × 10^14 cm^-2, respectively. The degradation rates of PL intensity increase with the electron fluence and energy. Furthermore, the damage coefficient of minority carrier diffusion length is estimated by the PL radiative efficiency. The damage coefficient increases with the electron energy. The relation of damage coefficient to electron energy is discussed with the non-ionizing energy loss（NIEL）, which shows a quadratic dependence between damage coefficient and NIEL.

The radiation damage of three individual subcells for GalnP/GaAs//Ge triple-junction solar cells irradiated with electrons and protons is investigated using photoluminescence （PL） measurements. The PL spectra of each subcell are obtained using different excitation lasers. The PL intensity has a fast degradation after irradiation, and decreases as the displacement damage dose increases. Furthermore, the normalized PL intensity varying with the displacement damage dose is analyzed in detail, and then the lifetime damage coefficients of the recombination centers for GaInP top-cell, GaAs mid-cell and Ge bottom-cell of the triple-junction solar cells are determined from the PL radiative efficiency.

We analyze the time and energy dependence of the Vela pulsar’s pulse profile using 13 yr observations from the Large Area Telescope on the Fermi Gamma-ray Space *** is found that the pulse profile of the Vela pulsar inγ-ray changes with *** parameterize the pulse profile and find that different shape parameters show fiuctuations rather than gradual changes with ***,these time variation trends are insignificant due to limited *** pulse profile of the Vela pulsar displays clear energy dependence inγ-*** shape parameters are accurately obtained or updated,especially the phase separations among different *** energy evolution trends are quantified for the first time,which will provide restrictions on currentγ-ray emission *** the Vela pulsar,we also find a turning point at *** and after this phase,the relative intensity of the pulse profile evolves with energy with the opposite trend.

Forestry waste(FW)is a significant renewable energy source in *** substitution of coal blends(BC)with forestry waste to produce metallurgical coke was investigated aiming at expanding alternative resources and reducing CO_(2)emissions in ironmaking *** BC with different ratios of FW were carbonized in a fixed bed reactor,and the physicochemical structure of the coke derived from FW/BC co-carbonization was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,solid-state^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance,optical microscopy,and scanning electron *** results reveal that the suitable incorporation of FW in BC is 10 wt.%,and the index of coke quality exhibits a good correlation with the optical anisotropy index and the aromaticity of the as-obtained *** partial substitution of BC with FW exhibits potential benefits for colloid formation,owing to the higher hydrogen in ***,as the substitution ratio of BC with FW increases,it inhibits coke agglomeration due to more tortuous stacked structures formation during volatile releasing ***,it was identified that the substitution of higher BC ratios with FW results in the partial replacement of aromatic carbons by oxygenlinked carbons and aliphatic *** substitution leads to a reduction in the aromaticity of the as-obtained coke.

SNCA,GBA,and VPS35 are three common genes associated with Parkinson's *** studies have shown that these three genes may be associated with Alzheimer's disease(AD).However,it is unclear whether these genes increase the risk of AD in Chinese *** this study,we used a targeted gene sequencing panel to screen all the exon regions and the nearby sequences of GBA,SNCA,and VPS35 in a cohort including 721 AD patients and 365 healthy controls from *** results revealed that neither common variants nor rare variants of these three genes were associated with AD in a Chinese *** findings suggest that the mutations in GBA,SNCA,and VPS35 are not likely to play an important role in the genetic susceptibility to AD in Chinese *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,China on March 9,2016(approval No.201603198).

Partial multi-label learning（PML） allows learning from rich-semantic objects with inaccurate annotations, where a set of candidate labels are assigned to each training example but only some of them are valid. Existing approaches rely on disambiguation to tackle the PML problem, which aims to correct noisy candidate labels by recovering the ground-truth labeling information ahead of prediction model induction. However, this dominant strategy might be suboptimal as it usually needs extra assumptions that cannot be fully satisfied in real-world scenarios. Instead of label correction, we investigate another strategy to tackle the PML problem, where the potential ambiguity in PML data is eliminated by correcting instance features in a label-specific manner. Accordingly, a simple yet effective approach named PASE, i.e., partial multi-label learning via label-specific feature corrections, is proposed. Under a meta-learning framework, PASElearns to exert label-specific feature corrections so that potential ambiguity specific to each class label can be eliminated and the desired prediction model can be induced on these corrected instance features with the provided candidate labels. Comprehensive experiments on a wide range of synthetic and real-world data sets validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Background RhoA/ Rho kinase （ROCK） pathway is involved in pulmonary arterial hypertension （PAH） and pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell （PASMC） proliferation. Inhibition of ROCK has been proposed as a treatment for PAH. But the mechanism of RhoA/ROCK pathway and its downstream signaling in proliferation of human PASMCs is unclear. We investigated the effect of fasudil, a selective ROCK inhibitor, on platelet-derived growth factor （PDGF） induced human PASMC proliferation, and the possible association between RhoA/ROCK and extracellular signal-regulated kinase （ERK）,*** Human PASMCs were cultured with the stimulation of 10 ng/ml PDGF, and different concentrations of fasudil were added before the addition of mitogen. Cell viability and cell cycle were determined with MTT and flow cytometry respectively. ROCK activity, ERK activity and protein expression of proliferating cell nuclear angigen （PCNA） and p27Kip1 were measured by *** By MTT assay, PDGF significantly increased the OD value that represented human PASMC proliferation, and pretreatment with fasudil significantly reversed this effect in a dose-dependent manner. After PDGF stimulation, the percentage of cells in S phase increased dramatically from 15.6% to 24.3%, while the percentage in G0/G1 phase was reduced from 80.6% to 59%. And pretreatment with fasudil reversed the cell cycle effect of PDGF significantly in a dose-dependent manner. PDGF markedly induced ROCK activity and ERK activity with a peak at 15 minutes, which were significantly inhibited by fasudil. In addition, fasudil significantly inhibited PDGF-induced PCNA expression and fasudil also upregulated p27Kip1 expression in human PASMCs, which decreased after PDGF *** RhoA/ROCK is vital for PDFG-induced human PASMC proliferation, and fasudil effectively inhibited PDGF-induced human PASMC proliferation by up-regulation of p27Kip1, which may be associated with inhibition of ERK activity.

The durability of wear-resistant tetrahedral amorphous carbon（ta-C） coatings is intimately linked to their thickness and the concentration of *** enhance the lifespan of the coatings,we have prepared a multilayer coating consisting of alternating layers of Ti and ta-C,denoted as（Ti/ta-C）_n,using arc ion plating.A multi-layer structure in conjunction with stage cooling is employed to enhance the thickness and promote *** results indicate that the ID/IGvalue,representing the ratio of the intensity of the D peak to that of the G peak in Raman spectroscopy,decreases from 0.85 when no stage cooling is applied to 0.35 when stage cooling is employed,suggesting an enhancement in the fraction of sp3bonds within the *** obtained（Ti/ta-C）_n multilayer coating without peeling off has a maximum thickness of 1.14 μm,which is almost double that of the ta-C coating single layer *** the same time,the coating has a low coefficient of friction,down to 0.069,and maintains excellent friction properties with a wear rate of 3.4×10-6mm3·N-1·*** results conclusively show that the preparation technology can enhance both thickness and sp3bonding in ta-C coatings,significantly expanding their utility across tools,molds,and precision engineering components.

GRB 190530A was jointly observed by the High Energy X-ray Telescope of the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(Insight-HXMT/HE)and the Ground-Based Wide-Angle Camera network(GWAC-N)with the extremely large field of *** triggered by Insight-HXMT/HE and Fermi/GBM,we observed the optical emission of GRB 190530A,using the 30 cm telescope of GWAC(GWAC-F30)to search and locate its *** observation of the late afterglow of GRB 190530A was made with the 2.16 m telescope at Xinglong *** this paper,we make a detailed exploration of the origin of GRB *** the prompt emission,a“double-tracking”pattern is presented both for the low-energy spectral indexαand the peak energy Epin the Band function with Insight-HXMT/HE and Fermi/GBM data;the results of GRB 190530A are consistent with the Amati and Yonetoku correlations;the spectral lag(τ)versus energy(E)can be estimated withτ=-3.0±0.06+(0.17±0.03)*** synchrotron radiation can account for the origin of GRB190530A prompt emission ***αand Epof the precursor are essentially the same as that of the main prompt emission,implying that they have the same *** the afterglow,it can be described with the external forward shock model in ISM circumburst *** summary,from precursor,prompt emission to afterglow of GRB 190530A all originated from synchrotron radiation.
