医院离职卫生技术人员特征分析及对策研究

目的分析医院卫生技术人员离职特征及影响因素,探讨降低离职率的策略和措施。方法收集北京某三甲医院2012—2022年卫生技术人员信息(34312人次),分析不同年份、不同岗位分组间离职率。采用Kaplan-Meier法和多因素COX回归,以离职为终点事件,入职时长为时间变量,纳入2012—2022年4453人,探索离职特征及因素。结果 2012—2022年间,卫生技术人员离职率介于1.05%~2.12%。入职第5年、10年、15年、20年,累积离职率分别为5.1%、9.8%、13.2%、15.4%。多因素COX回归显示,入职前为外埠户籍、非党员、博士、护士离职风险较高(p<0.05)。结论高学历、外埠户籍、非党员、护士人员是离职高风险人群,入职前5年是离职高峰期,医院可建立职业导师制度、科学的考核和薪酬制度、加强组织文化建设,以降低员工离职率。

Due to various technical issues,existing numerical weather prediction(NWP)models often perform poorly at forecasting rainfall in the first several *** correct the bias of an NWP model and improve the accuracy of short-range precipitation forecasting,we propose a deep learning-based approach called UNet Mask,which combines NWP forecasts with the output of a convolutional neural network called *** UNet Mask involves training the UNet on historical data from the NWP model and gridded rainfall observations for 6-hour precipitation *** overlap of the UNet output and the NWP forecasts at the same rainfall threshold yields a *** UNet Mask blends the UNet output and the NWP forecasts by taking the maximum between them and passing through the mask,which provides the corrected 6-hour rainfall *** evaluated UNet Mask on a test set and in real-time *** results showed that UNet Mask outperforms the NWP model in 6-hour precipitation prediction by reducing the FAR and improving CSI *** tests also showed that different small rainfall thresholds applied to the UNet and the NWP model have different effects on UNet Mask's forecast *** study shows that UNet Mask is a promising approach for improving rainfall forecasting of NWP models.

A method with simulation and analysis of the resin flow in a screw is presented to ease the control of some problems that may affect the efficiency and the quality of the product among existing screws in an injection machine. The physical model of a screw is established to represent the stress, the strain, the relationship between velocity and stress, and the temperature of the cells. In this paper, a working case is considered where the velocity and the temperature distributions at any section of the flow are obtained. The analysis of the computational results shows an ability to master various parameters depending on the specifications.

BACKGROUND The clinical incidence of spinal infection is gradually increasing,and its onset is insidious,easily leading to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,which may lead to serious complications such as nervous system dysfunction,spinal instability and/or deformity,and cause a huge burden on society and *** identification of the causative agent and precision medicine will greatly reduce the suffering of *** present,the main pathogenic bacteria that cause spinal infection are Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus,Pneumococcus,Escherichia coli,and *** are no reports of spinal infection caused by Pseudomonas *** SUMMARY We report a 32-year-old female patient with spinal *** presented with flank pain,initially thought to be bone metastases or bone tuberculosis,and had a family background of *** clinical features and changes in imaging and laboratory tests led to the suspicion of thoracic spine *** of the lesion showed inflammation,tissue culture of the lesion was negative several times,and the possible pathogen-Pseudomonas fluorescens was found after gene sequencing of the *** patient recovered completely after a full course of antibiotic *** This report increases the range of pathogens involved in spinal infections,highlights the unique advantages of gene sequencing technology in difficult-todiagnose diseases,and validates conservative treatment with a full course of antibiotics for spinal infections without complications.

Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are urgently required to achieve practical solid-state lithium metal batteries(LMBs)and lithium-ion batteries(liBs),Herein,we proposed a mechanism for modulating interfacial conduction and anode interfaces in high-concentration SPEs by *** electrolyte exhibits superior ionic conductivity and remarkable interface compatibility with salt-rich clusters:(1)polymer-plastic crystal electrolyte(P-PCE,TPU-SN matrix)dissociates ion pairs to facilitate li+transport in the electrolyte and regulates li^(+)diffusion in the *** crosslinking structure of the matrix compensates for the loss of mechanical strength at high-salt concentrations;(2)dual-anion TFSI^(-)_(n)-DFBOP^(-)_(m)in the li^(+)solvation sheath facilitates facile li^(+)desolvation and formation of salt-rich clusters and is conducive to the formation of li conductive segments of TPU-SN matrix;(3)theoretical calculations indicate that the decomposition products of liDFBOP form SEI with lower binding energy with liF in the SN system,thereby enhancing the interfacial electrochemical redox kinetics of SPE and creating a solid interface SEI layer rich in *** a result,the optimized electrolyte exhibits an excellent ionic conductivity of9.31×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at 30℃and a broadened electrochemical stability up to 4.73 *** designed electrolyte effectively prevents the formation of li dendrites in li symmetric cells for over 6500 h at0.1 mA cm^(-2).The specific li-Si alloy-solid state half-cell capacity shows 711.6 mAh g^(-1)after 60 cycles at 0.3 A g^(-1).Excellent rate performance and cycling stability are achieved for these solid-state batteries with li-Si alloy anodes and NCM 811 *** 811‖Prelithiated silicon-based anode solid-state cell delivers a discharge capacity of 195.55 mAh g^(-1)and a capacity retention of 97.8%after 120 *** 811‖li solid-state cell also delivers capacity retention of 84.2%after 450 cycles.

AIM:To evaluate the effect of low-degree astigmatism on objective visual quality through the Optical Quality Analysis System(OQAS).METHODS:This study enrolled 46 participants(aged 23 to 30y,90 eyes)with normal or corrected-to-normal *** cylindrical lenses(0,0.5,0.75,1.0,and 1.25 D)were placed at the axial direction(180°,45°,90°,and 135°)in front of the eyes with the best correction to form 16 types of regular low-degree *** was used to detect the objective visual quality,recorded as the objective scattering index(OSI),OQAS values at contrasts of 100%,20%,and 9%predictive visual acuity(OV100%,OV20%,and OV9%),modulation transfer function cut-off(MTFcut-off)and Strehl ratio(SR).The mixed effect linear model was used to compare objective visual quality differences between groups and examine associations between astigmatic magnitude and objective visual quality ***:Apparent negative relationships between the magnitude of low astigmatism and objective visual quality were *** increase of OSI per degree of astigmatism at 180°,45°,90°,and 135°axis were 0.38(95%CI:0.35,0.42),0.50(95%CI:0.46,0.53),0.49(95%CI:0.45,0.54)and 0.37(95%CI:0.34,0.41),*** decrease of MTFcut-off per degree of astigmatism at 180°,45°,90°,and 135°axis were-10.30(95%CI:-11.43,-9.16),-12.73(95%CI:-13.62,-11.86),-12.75(95%CI:-13.79,-11.70),and-9.97(95%CI:-10.92,-9.03),*** the same astigmatism degree,OSI at 45°and 90°axis were higher than that at 0°and 135°axis,while MTFcut-off were ***:Low astigmatism of only 0.50 D can significantly reduce the objective visual quality.
