Background:Sini decoction(SND)is a classic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulation that can be used to treat anxiety-related disorders,but the active substance and underlying molecular mechanism of its anxiolytic effects are *** this study,network pharmacology,molecular docking research and experimental verification methods were used to preliminarily explore the bioactive compounds and potential target mechanisms of SND ***:The active components and corresponding targets of SND were collected by ***,OMIM,PharmGkb,TTD and Drugbank were used to search for the targets of anxiety *** core target of SND in the treatment of anxiety was screened by PPI.R language was used to analyze the intersection targets of SND in the treatment of anxiety disorders by GO and KEGG enrichment *** Vina was used for molecular docking,and discovery Studio was used for visual conformation analysis after *** anti-anxiety effect and molecular mechanism of SND were studied by in vivo ***:Based on network pharmacological analysis,we obtained 112 active ingredients and 350 effective targets related to anxiety from *** PPI analysis,26 targets such as STAT3,MAPK3,MAPK1,MAPK14,SRC,HSP90AA1,TP53 and PIK3CA were identified as core *** and KEGG analysis showed that the anxiolytic mechanism of SND may be related to the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway and inflammatory *** docking showed that quercetin,naringenin,licochalcone A had high affinity with JAK2,MAPK14 and *** experiments have shown that SND reverses the upregulation of GluN2B(NMDAR)and GluA1(AMPAR)proteins,and SND improves anxiety disorders by regulating glutamate transmitter levels,which may be related to neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathways,particularly glutamate ***:This study shows that SND can improve FS-induced behavioral changes in mice and can modulate hippocampal synapse-asso

CFD modeling of gas−liquid flow phenomenon in lead smelting oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace

A validated numerical model was established to simulate gas−liquid flow behaviors in the oxygen-enriched side-blown bath *** model included the slip velocity between phases and the gas thermal expansion *** modeling results were verified with theoretical correlations and experiments,and the nozzle-eroded states in practice were also involved in the *** comparison,it is confirmed that the thermal expansion effect influences the flow pattern significantly,which may lead to the backward motion of airflow and create a potential risk to production ***,the influences of air injection velocity and furnace width on airflow behavior were investigated to provide operating and design *** is found that the thin layer melt,which avoids high-rate oxygen airflow eroding nozzles,shrinks as the injection velocity increases,but safety can be guaranteed when the velocity ranges from 175 to 275 m/***,the isoline patterns and heights of thin layers change slightly when the furnace width increases from 2.2 to 2.8 m,indicating that the furnace width shows a limited influence on production safety.

We have conducted a comprehensive investigation into the bright single pulse emission from PSR B1133+16using the Giant Metrewave Radio *** time resolution data(61μs)were obtained at a center frequency of 322 MHz with a bandwidth of 32 MHz over a continuous observation period of 7.45 hr.A total of 1082 bright pulses were sporadically detected with peak flux densities ranging from 10 to 23 times stronger than the average pulse ***,no giant pulse-like emission with a relative pulse energy larger than 10 and extremely short duration was detected,indicating that these bright pulses cannot be categorized as giant pulse *** majority of these bright pulses are concentrated in pulse phases at both the leading and trailing windows of the average pulse profile,with an occurrence ratio of approximately *** pulse energy distribution for all individual pulses can be described by a combination of two Gaussian components and a cutoff power-law with an index of α=-*** updated nulling fraction of 15.35%±0.45% was determined from the energy *** emission of individual pulses follows a log-normal distribution in peak flux density *** is imperative that regular phase drifting in bright pulse sequence is identified in both the leading and trailing components for the first *** physical mechanisms are discussed in detail to provide insights into these observations.

“包括”前后项之间具有三种截然不同的逻辑语义关系,即前项包括后项、后项包括前项、前后项无直接关系但属同一集合。由于“包括”作为典型的预设触发语与推理直接相关,且当其同时激活存在预设与梯级预设时才有三者共存的可能。通过对三种逻辑语义关系具体推理机制的描写与对比,发现三者并不是孤立存在、互不相容的,而是建立在统一的逻辑基础之上,具有相同的语义内核,且在从可能性角度进行的梯级推理上具有内在逻辑的高度一致性,即在事件发生的可能性上都遵循从小到大的推理方向。其不同意义的产生是由梯级推理过程中所涉及的某些因素造成,其中影响最为直接的是具体逻辑关系的隐现、不同参照点的选取以及在此基础上生成的不同推理路径。
