Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT. These insights contribute not only to improve education but also aid practitioners in treatment planning and referral decision-making within the field of endodontics.

量子近似优化算法(Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm,QAOA)是求解组合优化问题的算法框架,是近期最有可能展示量子计算优势的算法之一.在QAOA框架内,表征解的量子态采取的二进制编码方案导致的对称性限制了QAOA的性能.为了克服这一局限性,本文受Dicke态制备算法的启发,给出了一种新的解编码方案,消除了现有编码方案中的对称性.本文还设计了新的演化算子——星图(Star Graph,SG)算子,及其对应的SG算法,给出了算法求解图分割问题时的量子电路.在IBM Q上的实验结果显示,星图算法比标准QAO算法平均约有25.3%的性能提升.

Oxide ceramic coatings were fabricated on tantalum alloys by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) to improve their hardness and tribological properties. The MAO coatings were manufactured in a mixed silicatephosphate electrolyte containing NaF and/or EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid). The surface morphology,cross-sectional view, chemical composition, hardness, and wear performance of the coatings were analysed. As revealed by the scanning electron microscopy, silica-rich nodules appear on the MAO coating obtained in the silicate-phosphate electrolyte, but the formation of nodules is inhibited with NaF and/or EDTA in the ***, they reduce the roughness and improve the compactness of the coatings, which are composed of Ta_(2)O_(5),(Ta, O), and tao. A thick and hard coating is obtained in the NaF-containing electrolyte, and the tribology performance is effectively improved. With additives, the nodule structure is detached from the coating surface and dissolved in the electrolyte. By using NaF as an electrolyte additive, the abrasion performance of the MAO coating is enhanced by decreasing the nodule structure, increasing the size of micropores, and improving the coating hardness.

The positive definiteness of real quadratic forms with convolution structures plays an important rolein stability analysis for time-stepping schemes for nonlocal operators. In this work, we present a novel analysistool to handle discrete convolution kernels resulting from variable-step approximations for convolution *** precisely, for a class of discrete convolution kernels relevant to variable-step L1-type time discretizations, weshow that the associated quadratic form is positive definite under some easy-to-check algebraic conditions. Ourproof is based on an elementary constructing strategy by using the properties of discrete orthogonal convolutionkernels and discrete complementary convolution kernels. To our knowledge, this is the first general result onsimple algebraic conditions for the positive definiteness of variable-step discrete convolution kernels. Using theunified theory, we obtain the stability for some simple nonuniform time-stepping schemes straightforwardly.

在碱性环境下电解水制氢过程中,FeNi基复合材料是一类最有前途替代传统贵重金属的催化剂。以Ni(CH_(3)COO)_(2)和FeSO_(4)为金属离子原料,控制Ni^(2+):Fe^(2+)的摩尔比为3:1和金属离子(Fe^(2+)+Ni^(2+))总浓度为0.6 mol/L。以PVA为胶体剂,采用静电纺丝与气氛热处理技术制备前驱体纤维,再经1000℃气氛热处理,通过Ni,Fe,S元素的原位反应,成功制备了珠链状的FeNi_(3)/Ni_(3-x)S_(2)/C混晶复合纳米材料。结果表明,纳米珠链的直径约为200 nm,链珠的表面均呈蓬松状,Fe,Ni,S和C元素均匀分布于纳米珠链基体中。电化学分析表明,由1000℃气氛热处理制备的FeNi_3/Ni_(3-x)S_(2)/C混晶复合催化剂,在1 mol/L的KOH水溶液中表现出优异的析氧(OER)性能,在10 mA·cm^(-2)时,表现出278.59 mV的过电位。
