AIM To investigate the effect of endotoxin on liver fibrosis and further define the role of hepatocytes in production of fibronectin in primary liver cell culture by *** After isolation and seeding of hepatocytes, the obtained cells were added to various doses (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20mg/L) of LPS treated culture media. The cells were collected and counted at various periods (0, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120h). 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及与放射敏感性的关系。方法选取2015年4月至2017年6月间河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的56例食管鳞癌组织标本(食管鳞癌组)和23例正常食管黏膜组织标本(对照组),采用链霉素-生物素过氧化物酶复合物(SP)免疫组化染色法检测两组人员VEGF、HIF-1α和COX-2的表达,分析食管鳞癌组织中VEGF、HIF-1α和COX-2表达与临床病理特征及放射敏感性的关系。结果食管鳞癌组患者VEGF、HIF-1α和COX-2的阳性表达率分别为76.8%、66.1%和67.9%,高于对照组的13.0%、0.0%和0.0%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。食管鳞癌患者VEGF表达与淋巴结转移有关,HIF-1α表达与TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);放射敏感组患者的VEGF、HIF-1α和COX-2的阳性表达率分别为67.5%、55.0%和57.5%,低于不敏感组的100.0%、93.8%和93.8%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。TNM分期为Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期及VEGF、HIF-1α和COX-2阳性表达是食管鳞癌放射敏感性的独立危险因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、HIF-1α和COX-2在食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达,与肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性密切相关,是放射敏感性的独立危险因素。

BACKGROUND Return to work(RTW)serves as an indication for young and middle-aged colorectal cancer(CRC)survivors to resume their normal social ***,these survivors encounter significant challenges during their RTW ***,scientific research is necessary to explore the barriers and facilitating factors of returning to work for young and middle-aged CRC *** To examine the current RTW status among young and middle-aged CRC survivors and to analyze the impact of RTW self-efficacy(RTW-SE),fear of progression(FoP),eHealth literacy(eHL),family resilience(FR),and financial toxicity(FT)on their RTW *** A cross-sectional investigation was adopted in this *** September 2022 to February 2023,a total of 209 participants were recruited through a convenience sampling method from the gastrointestinal surgery department of a class A tertiary hospital in *** investigation utilized a general information questionnaire alongside scales assessing RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and *** analyze the factors that influence RTW outcomes among young and middle-aged CRC survivors,Cox regression modeling and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were *** A total of 43.54%of the participants successfully returned to work,with an average RTW time of 100 *** regression univariate analysis revealed that RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and FT were significantly different between the non-RTW and RTW groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,Cox regression multivariate analysis identified per capita family monthly income,job type,RTW-SE,and FR as independent influencing factors for RTW(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The RTW rate requires further *** levels of RTW-SE and FR were found to significantly increase RTW among young and middle-aged CRC *** professionals should focus on modifiable factors,such as RTW-SE and FR,to design targeted RTW support programs,thereby facilitating their timely reintegration into mainstream society.

[目的]观察合用千金苇茎汤治疗脑卒中相关肺部感染的治疗效果。[方法]选取2014年3月—2016年3月天津中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科脑卒中并发肺部感染的64例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组(32例)在常规治疗基础上合用千金苇茎汤治疗。[结果]经14 d治疗后,治疗组在治愈率及总有效率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]合用千金苇茎汤能够有效提升脑卒中患者肺感染的治疗效果,值得推广。

Medical Sign Recognition of Lung Nodules Based on Image Retrieval with Semantic Features and Supervised Hashing

Sign recognition is important for identifying benign and malignant nodules. This paper proposes a new sign recognition method based on image retrieval for lung nodules. First, we construct a deep learning framework to extract semantic features that can effectively represent sign information. Second, we translate the high-dimensional image features into compact binary codes with principal component analysis （PCA） and supervised hashing. Third, we retrieve similar lung nodule images with the presented adaptive-weighted similarity calculation method. Finally, we recognize nodule signs from the retrieval results, which can also provide decision support for diagnosis of lung lesions. The proposed method is validated on the publicly available databases： lung image database consortium and image database resource initiative （LIDC-IDRI） and lung computed tomography （CT） imaging signs （LISS）. The experimental results demonstrate our retrieval method substantially improves retrieval performance compared with those using traditional Hamming distance, and the retrieval precision can achieve 87.29%when the length of hash code is 48 bits. The entire recognition rate on the basis of the retrieval results can achieve 93.52%. Moreover, our method is also effective for real-life diagnosis data.
