目的探讨综合康复训练在下肢危重烧伤老年患者膝关节功能恢复中的临床效果。方法 49例下肢危重烧伤老年患者随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=24)。对照组采取普通康复措施,观察组采用综合康复。3个月后比较两组患者膝关节伸屈活动度(ROM)、平地行走45 m、上下楼梯情况、功能独立性测量(FIM)和肌力。结果观察组患者膝关节主、被动ROM,上下楼梯情况、FIM评分和肌力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复能促进下肢危重烧伤老年患者的膝关节功能恢复。

BACKGROUND Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)with differential expression characteristics have been found to be closely related to the tumorigenesis and development of gastric cancer(GC),but their specific mechanisms and roles still need to be further elucidated.AIM To investigate the expression of LINC01268 in GC and its mechanism of affecting GC progression.METHODS Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of LINC01268 in GC tissues,cell lines and plasma.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to evaluate the value of LINC01268 in the prognostication of GC patients.An receiver operating characteristic curve was constructed to evaluate the value of LINC01268 in the diagnosis of GC.Transwell migration and invasion assays and wound healing assays were used to confirm the effect of LINC01268 on the invasion and migration of GC cells.The regulatory relationship between LINC01268 and myristoylated alanine rich protein kinase C substrate(MARCKS),the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)process in GC was demonstrated by western blot analysis.RESULTS The expression of LINC01268 was increased in GC tissues and cell lines.The expression level of LINC01268 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,and tumor differentiation in patients with GC.Over-expression of LINC01268 indicated a poor prognosis for patients with GC,and it had a certain auxiliary diagnostic value for GC.In vitro functional experiments proved that the abnormal expression of LINC01268 further activated the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and promoted EMT by targeting and regulating MARCKS and ultimately promoted the invasion and metastasis of GC.CONCLUSION This study elucidates that LINC01268 in GC may be an oncogene that further activates the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and EMT by targeting and regulating MARCKS,and ultimately promotes the invasion and metastasis of GC.LINC01268 may be a potential effective target for the treatment of GC.

Automatic Detection of Aortic Dissection Based on Morphology and Deep Learning

Aortic dissection(AD)is a kind of acute and rapidly progressing cardiovascular disease.In this work,we build a CTA image library with 88 CT cases,43 cases of aortic dissection and 45 cases of health.An aortic dissection detection method based on CTA images is proposed.ROI is extracted based on binarization and morphology opening operation.The deep learning networks(InceptionV3,ResNet50,and DenseNet)are applied after the preprocessing of the datasets.Recall,F1-score,Matthews correlation coefficient(MCC)and other performance indexes are investigated.It is shown that the deep learning methods have much better performance than the traditional method.And among those deep learning methods,DenseNet121 can exceed other networks such as ResNet50 and InceptionV3.

Extriangulated categories were introduced by Nakaoka and Palu, which unify exact categories and extension-closed subcategories of triangulated categories. In this paper, we develop the relative homology aspect of Auslander bijection in extriangulated categories. Namely, we introduce the notion of generalized ARS-duality relative to an additive subfunctor, and prove that there is a bijective triangle which involves the generalized ARS-duality and the restricted Auslander bijection relative to the subfunctor. We give the Auslander’s defect formula in terms of the generalized ARS-duality, show the interplay of morphisms being determined by objects and a kind of extriangles, and characterize a class of objects which are somehow controlled by this kind of extriangles. We also give a realization for a functor relating the Auslander bijection and the generalized ARS-duality.

With the development of the internet of medical things(IoMT),the privacy protection problem has become more and more critical.In this paper,we propose a privacy protection scheme for medical images based on DenseNet and coverless steganography.For a given group of medical images of one patient,DenseNet is used to regroup the images based on feature similarity comparison.Then the mapping indexes can be constructed based on LBP feature and hash generation.After mapping the privacy information with the hash sequences,the corresponding mapped indexes of secret information will be packed together with the medical images group and released to the authorized user.The user can extract the privacy information successfully with a similar method of feature analysis and index construction.The simulation results show good performance of robustness.And the hiding success rate also shows good feasibility and practicability for application.Since the medical images are kept original without embedding and modification,the performance of crack resistance is outstanding and can keep better quality for diagnosis compared with traditional schemes with data embedding.

The etiology of chronic kidney disease(CKD)is complex and diverse,which could be briefly categorized to glomerular-or tubularoriginated.However,the final outcomes of CKD are mainly glomerular sclerosis,endothelial dysfunction and injury,and chronic inflammation.Thus,targeted delivery of drugs to the glomeruli in order to ameliorate glomerular endothelial damage may help alleviate CKD and help enrich our knowledge.The herb tripterygium wilfordii shows therapeutic effect on kidney disease,and celastrol(CLT)is one of its active ingredients but with strong toxicity.Therefore,based on the unique structure and pathological characteristics of the glomerulus,we designed a targeted delivery system named peptides coupled CLT-phospholipid lipid nanoparticles(PC-PLNs)to efficiently deliver CLT to damaged endothelial cells and podocytes in the glomerulus for CKD treatment and research.PC-PLNs could effectively inhibit inflammation,reduce endothelial damage,alleviate CKD severity,and reduce the toxicity of CLT.We also studied the mechanism of CLT in the treatment of nephropathy and found that CLT can increase the level of NO by increasing eNOS while inhibiting the expression of VCAM-1,thus provides an anti-inflammatory effect.Therefore,our study not only offered an efficient CKD drug formulation for further development,but also provided new medical knowledge about CKD.

Piezoelectric and flexoelectric effects of DNA adsorbed films on microcantilevers

DNA-based biosensors have played a huge role in many areas,especially in current global coronavirus outbreak.However,there is a great difficulty in the characterization of piezoelectric and flexoelectric coefficients of the nanoscale DNA film,because the existing experimental methods for hard materials are almost invalid.In addition,the relevant theoretical models for DNA films only consider a single effect without clarifying the difference between the two electromechanical effects on device detection signals.This work aims to present multiscale models for DNA-microcantilever experiments to clarify the competitive mechanism in piezoelectric and flexoelectric effects of DNA films on detection signals.First,a Poisson-Boltzmann(PB)equation is used to predict the potential distribution due to the competition between fixed phosphate groups and mobile salt ions in DNA films.Second,a macroscopic piezoelectric/flexoelectric constitutive equation of the DNA film and a mesoscopic free energy model of the DNA solution are combined to analytically predict the electromechanical coefficients of the DNA film and the relevant microcantilever signals by the deformation equivalent method and Zhang’s two-variable method.Finally,the effects of detection conditions on microscopic interactions,electromechanical coupling coefficients,and deflection signals are studied.Numerical results not only agree well with the experimental observations,but also reveal that the piezoelectric and flexoelectric effects of the DNA film should be equivalently modeled when interpreting microcantilever detection signals.These insights might provide opportunities for the microcantilever biosensor with high sensitivity.

Intelligent Fusion of Infrared and Visible Image Data Based on Convolutional Sparse Representation and Improved Pulse-Coupled Neural Network

Multi-source information can be obtained through the fusion of infrared images and visible light images,which have the characteristics of complementary information.However,the existing acquisition methods of fusion images have disadvantages such as blurred edges,low contrast,and loss of details.Based on convolution sparse representation and improved pulse-coupled neural network this paper proposes an image fusion algorithm that decompose the source images into high-frequency and low-frequency subbands by non-subsampled Shearlet Transform(NSST).Furthermore,the low-frequency subbands were fused by convolutional sparse representation(CSR),and the high-frequency subbands were fused by an improved pulse coupled neural network(IPCNN)algorithm,which can effectively solve the problem of difficulty in setting parameters of the traditional PCNN algorithm,improving the performance of sparse representation with details injection.The result reveals that the proposed method in this paper has more advantages than the existing mainstream fusion algorithms in terms of visual effects and objective indicators.
