The compositions and distributions of monoterpenes, isoprene, aromatics and sesquiterpene SOA tracers (SOAM, SOAI, SOAA and SOAS, respectively) at an island site (Da Wan Shan Island, DWS) were investigated in the context of the influence of continental and marine air masses over the Pearl River Estuary (PRE) region in winter 2021. The sum concentration of SOA tracers was 6.2-132.8 ng m-3, with SOAM and SOAI as the main components in both continental (scenarios A1 and A2) and marine air masses (scenario A3), as well as their combination (scenario A4). The highest and lowest levels of SOAM were observed in A1 and A3, respectively, which were mainly related to the variations in meteorological conditions, precursor concentrations, and the degree of photochemical processes. Higher MBTCA/HGA (3-methyl-1,2,3-butanetricarboxylic acid/3-hydroxyglutaric acid) ratios suggested a less significant contribution from alpha-pinene to SOAM. The variations of SOAI in the different scenarios were associated with differences in relative humidity, particle acidity, and isoprene/NOx ratios. The respective highest and lowest concentrations of aromatics SOA tracers in A1 and A3 revealed the influence of anthropogenic precursors from upwind continental areas, which was confirmed by the correlation among biogenic and anthropogenic precursors. The results of the tracer-based-method suggested dominant contributions of SOAs from aromatics and monoterpenes, with the highest concentrations in A1. A WRF-Chem simulation revealed that the SOAs from the above precursors only contributed 12%-25% to the total SOA at DWS, while the spatial distributions of SOAs further highlighted that the abundance of SOAs over the PRE region in winter is highly associated with air masses transported from upwind continental areas.

Grapevine(Vitis vinifera L.)is one of the most economically and culturally important perennial fruit crops in the world for fresh consumption and wine *** disease is one of the most important diseases in *** is difficult to control and causes great harm to grapevine physiology and significant economic losses in grape production(Endeshaw et al.,2014;Montero et al.,2016b;Wang et al.,2023;Yang et al.,2024).More than 80viruses have been reported to infect grapevines worldwide,and more than 20 grapevine viruses have been reported in China(Umer et al.,2019;Fan et al.,2020).Grapevine leafroll disease(GLD)is one of the most widespread and economically damaging viral diseases in grapevine around the world,and it can cause an30%-40%yield reduction per hectare without any control measures(Atallah et al.,2012).GLD is caused by a complex of virus species named grapevine leafroll-associated viruses(GLRaVs),among which GLRaV-3 is the most prevalent and economically important virus(ling et al.,2004;Naidu et al.,2014;Martelli,2017).GLRaV-3 infection can impact vine growth,yield,berry weight,and fruit quality of some grapevine cultivars(Vega et al.,2011;Endeshaw et al.,2014;Alabi et al.,2016;Montero et al.,2016a,2016b;Cabaleiro et al.,2021;Lee et al.,2023).In addition to GLRaVs,other viruses have also been found to adversely affect grape growth and fruit *** example,Grapevine red blotchassociated virus(GRBV)can compromise crop yield and berry chemical composition,delay ripening,and damage the flavor and aroma properties of must and wine(Blanco-Ulate et al.,2017).

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of stir-fried Semen Armeniacae Amarum(SAA)against aristolochic acidⅠ(AAⅠ)-induced nephrotoxicity and DNA adducts and elucidate the underlying mechanism involved for ensuring the safe use of Asari Radix et ***:In vitro,HEK293T cells overexpressing Flag-tagged multidrug resistance-associated protein 3(MRP3)were constructed by Lentiviral transduction,and inhibitory effect of top 10 common pairs of medicinal herbs with Asari Radix et Rhizoma in clinic on MRP3 activity was verified using a self-constructed fluorescence screening *** m RNA,protein expressions,and enzyme activity levels of NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1(NQO1)and cytochrome P4501A2(CYP1A2)were measured in differentiated Hepa RG *** toxicity after inhibition of AAⅠmetabolite transport was detected using cell counting kit-8 *** vivo,C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups according to a random number table,including:control(1%sodium bicarbonate),AAⅠ(10 mg/kg),stir-fried SAA(1.75 g/kg)and AAⅠ+stir-fried SAA(1.75 and 8.75 g/kg)groups,6 mice in each *** 7 days of continuous gavage administration,liver and kidney damages were assessed,and the protein expressions and enzyme activity of liver metabolic enzymes NQO1 and CYP1A2 were determined ***:In vivo,combination of 1.75 g/kg SAA and 10 mg/kg AAⅠsuppressed AAⅠ-induced nephrotoxicity and reduced d A-ALI formation by 26.7%,and these detoxification effects in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.01).Mechanistically,SAA inhibited MRP3 transport in vitro,downregulated NQO1 expression in vivo,increased CYP1A2 expression and enzymatic activity in vitro and in vivo,respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Notably,SAA also reduced AAⅠ-induced hepatotoxicity throughout the detoxification process,as indicated by a 41.3%reduction in the number of liver adducts(P<0.01).Conclusions:Stirfried SAA is a novel drug candidate for the suppression of AAⅠ-induced liver and kidney dam

采用浸渍法制备了XP型和DS型两种铝基氧化铜脱硫剂,并利用制得的脱硫剂进行了烟气循环脱硫再生实验,同时利用BET、XRD和EPMA等方法研究了载体性质对脱硫剂性能的影响以及脱硫剂的表面微观结构在脱硫和再生过程的变化。实验和分析表明,用于制备脱硫剂的载体应同时具备较大的比表面积和合适的孔结构,实验条件下制得的铝基氧化铜脱硫剂的脱硫效率可达90%,该脱硫剂在多次循环脱硫再生过程中性能保持稳定。

目的探讨新辅助放化疗联合手术治疗局部晚期食管癌较单纯手术治疗能否改善总生存率。方法Ⅱa～Ⅲ期食管癌患者60例,随机分成新辅助放化疗联合手术组及单纯手术治疗组,每组30例。化疗使用PF方案,DDP 75 mg/(m2.d),d1,5-FU 500 mg/(m2.d),d1-5持续滴注,第1次化疗与第1次放疗同时实施,每3周1个疗程,放疗期间共2个疗程。放化疗结束后2-4周行食管癌根治术。放疗剂量PTV靶区给予每次2.0 Gy,5次/周,总剂量50 Gy。结果给予新辅助放化疗联合手术组患者必要的对症支持治疗,患者均能够完成同期放化疗。新辅助放化疗联合手术组并发症多于单纯手术组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义。1、2、3年生存率新辅助放化疗联合手术组分别为83.3%、65.3%、42.8%,单纯手术组分别为80.0%、41.6%、25.0%(χ2=3.992,P=0.046)。结论新辅助放化疗联合手术治疗可以改善局部晚期食管癌的总生存率,且不明显增加术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。
