Perovskites have attracted extensive attention as radiation detection material due to their long carrier diffusion length and lifetime, high absorption coefficient, and flexible manufacturing process. Compared with polycrystalline structures, single crystal perovskites improve the performance of optoelectronic devices due to their low defect state density, better photoelectric characteristics, and chemical ***, we review the recent progress of single crystal perovskite X-ray detectors. First, we briefly introduced the basic concepts, detection mechanisms, figure of merits of perovskite X-ray detectors, and the preparation methods of single crystal perovskites. Then, we summarized the significant advancements in single crystal perovskite X-ray detectors in recent times. Finally, we discussed the critical challenges and some practicable solutions for developing high-performance X-ray detectors.

This paper considers the customer’s equilibrium joining-balking behavior in a retrial queue with two-phase service and priority-purchasing. If the arriving customer finds the server busy, the customer can make three choices (joining the orbit, purchasing the priority or balking) based on different levels of the system information. We consider two cases:the partially observable case and the fully unobservable case. The customer’s equilibrium strategy for the partially observable case and the fully unobservable case are derived. Then, an algorithm is developed to solve the optimal fee that maximizes the service provider’s profit. Finally, the influence of system parameters on performance measures, equilibrium joining strategies and the service provider’s profits is illustrated by numerical examples.

A negative capacitance(NC)effect has been proposed as a critical pathway to overcome the‘Boltzmann tyranny’of electrons,achieve the steep slope operation of transistors and reduce the power dissipation of current semiconductor *** particular,the ferroic property in hafnium-based films with fluorite structure provides an opportunity for the application of the NC effect in electronic ***,to date,only a transient NC effect has been confirmed in hafnium-based ferroic materials,which is usually accompanied by hysteresis and is detrimental to low-power transistor *** stabilized NC effect enables hysteresis-free and low-power transistors but is difficult to observe and demonstrate in hafnium-based *** difficulty is closely related to the polycrystalline and multi-phase structure of hafnium-based films fabricated by atomic layer deposition or chemical solution ***,we prepare epitaxial ferroelectric Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) and antiferroelectric ZrO_(2) films with single-phase structure and observe the capacitance enhancement effect of Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) and ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) capacitors compared to that of the isolated Al_(2)O_(3) capacitor,verifying the stabilized NC *** capacitance of Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) and ZrO_(2) is evaluated as−17.41 and−27.64 pF,*** observation of the stabilized NC effect in hafnium-based films sheds light on NC studies and paves the way for low-power transistors.

剩余使用寿命(Remaining useful life,RUL)预测是大型设备故障预测与健康管理(Prognostics and health management,PHM)的重要环节,对于降低设备维修成本和避免灾难性故障具有重要意义.针对RUL预测,首次提出一种基于多变量分析的时序图推理模型(Multivariate similarity temporal knowledge graph,MSTKG),通过捕捉设备各部件的运行状态耦合关系及其变化趋势,挖掘其中蕴含的设备性能退化信息,为寿命预测提供有效依据.首先,设计时序图结构,形式化表达各部件不同工作周期的关联关系.其次,提出联合图卷积神经网络(Convolutional neural network,CNN)和门控循环单元(Gated recurrent unit,GRU)的深度推理网络,建模并学习设备各部件工作状态的时空演化过程,并结合回归分析,得到剩余使用寿命预测结果.最后,与现有预测方法相比,所提方法能够显式建模并利用设备部件耦合关系的变化信息,仿真实验结果验证了该方法的优越性.

企业上市后会采取何种环境行为应对同时存在的制度压力和市场压力,现有研究尚未有答案。本文采用多期双重差分模型,基于2003—2012年中国工业企业数据、中国工业企业污染数据和中国上市企业数据,探究企业走向资本市场对企业环境行为以及污染排放的影响。研究结果表明,与上市前相比,企业上市后污染排放不降反增。究其原因,企业上市后会采取“边缘式”(增加末端治理设备)而非“嵌入式”(提高清洁生产技术)的策略性环境行为来协调制度和市场压力。并且,上述策略性环境行为在民营企业和非污染密集型行业(企业)中更为显著。本文的研究为政府制定环境规制政策、提高治理效率提供了更为微观的经验依据,有助于深入理解上市企业环境污染治理现状以及内在动力机制。

信息技术的快速发展在为企业带来机遇的同时,也带来了网络安全风险,对这一风险的管理和防控对企业发展愈发重要。在此背景下,本文首次以中国上市企业为研究对象,分析中国企业网络风险管理的实施情况,利用2012~2022年中国A股上市企业的年度报告,采用文本分析法构建了网络安全意识得分和网络风险管理指标,并实证评估实施网络风险管理的影响因素和价值关联。研究发现,无论哪个行业,网络安全意识得分都在不断增强,实施网络风险管理的企业数量不断增加,实施网络风险管理与企业价值之间存在显著的正相关关系。本文首次研究了网络风险管理在中国的实施情况,弥补了国际上对该领域的区域研究空白,并深入探讨了企业实施网络风险管理影响企业价值的作用机制,对于完善企业网络风险管理、进一步规范企业全面风险管理并提升企业价值具有重要的指导意义。
