Low sperm motility is one of the main causes of male infertility. Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR, an anion channel protein) is related to the progressive motility of sperm. CFTR disruptor CFTRinh-172 or forskolin (FSK) in this study were used to treat human sperm separately, and the rates of sperm autophagy and progressive motility, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and ATP concentration, and the expression levels of related factors were detected to explore their relationship. It was showed that sperms treated with CFTRinh-172 or FSK reduced the levels of cAMP, CFTR and PKA, but increased sperm autophagy rate, expression levels of AMPK and LC3B. However, reactive oxygen species content had no significant difference. It was indicated that low level of CFTR performed with cAMP and its downstream effectors such as PKA and AMPK to regulate mitochondrial structure and function, leading to increased autophagy rate and reduced vitality of sperm.

The primary objective of this investigation was to scrutinize the prepregnancy conditions and lifestyles of 2046 women residing in Liuzhou City, with the aim of delineating the determinants of delivery methods. Evidently, the study unearthed substantial correlations between prepregnancy body mass index, educational attainment, exposure to passive smoking, medical history, and other variables with the mode of delivery. Furthermore, a predictive nomogram model was formulated to accurately forecast the likelihood of cesarean section. These discernments equip pertinent authorities with the means to institute targeted screening and supportive measures for women contemplating pregnancy based on these identified factors. moreover, provision of services such as prepregnancy counseling and clinical risk assessments could be instrumental in curbing the incidence of cesarean section.

目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha,HIF-1α)调控人精子凋亡的作用及机制,为弱精症等疾病的诊疗提供新的理论依据。方法将成年人精液分为精子活力正常组和弱精症组,分别加入HIF-1α干扰剂氯化钴或鸟苷酸环化酶激活剂利非西呱(lificiguat,YC-1),并分别设置不加药物处理的对照组。用全自动计算机辅助精液质量分析系统检测各组精子活力(以前向运动率表示);用酶联免疫检测仪检测精子凋亡水平、顶体酶活性;蛋白质印迹法检测HIF-1α、Bcl-2及Bax水平。结果与正常对照组相比,氯化钴处理组精子凋亡水平、HIF-1α和Bax蛋白的表达水平上升,精子活力、顶体酶活性、Bcl-2下降。与弱精症对照组相比,YC-1处理组精子凋亡水平、Bax表达下降,精子活力、顶体酶活性、HIF-1α、Bcl-2的表达上升。结论HIF-1α水平可影响精子凋亡和活力。

New marine bacterium Zooshikella ***01,producer of prodigiosin,was isolated from the seawaters of Sanya *** culture conditions of this bacterium were *** ***01 was cultured in 2216E media which contained tryptophan,histidine,lac-tonic acid,camphor,limonene,casein,diphenyl guani-dine,coumarin and 1,3-dinitrobenzene,*** 5 days cultivation,the extracts of different culture broths were detected by direct infusion mass spectroscopy using positive ESI *** the results,tryptophan,his-tidine and casein didn't show any observable influences on the biosynthesis of *** acid,camphor,limonene,diphenyl guanidine,coumarin could inhibit the bacterium growth and prodigiosin biosynthesis to a cer-tain extent,slower the culture broth to turn ***,1,3-dinitrobenzene inhibited the bacteria to produce pro-digiosin *** data suggested that various metabolites with chemodiversity were produced in differ-ent culture *** particular,a series of high-molecu-lar-weight compounds with high relative abundances were observed in the medium containing *** further optimize the culture condition,more new prodigiosin ana-logues and lead compounds can be obtained and the goal of"one strain-many compounds"can be achieved.

The multiple metal catalyst as a promising nanomaterial has shown excellent activity in the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation for pollutant ***,the role of special sites and in-depth understanding of the PMS activation mechanism are not fully *** this study,a Cu-doped CoFe_(2)O_(4)nanocatalyst(0.5CCF)was synthesized by a sol-gel and calcination method,and used for PMS activation to remove Rhodamine B(RhB).The results showed that the Cu doping obviously enhanced the catalytic performance of CoFe_(2)O_(4),with 99.70%of RhB removed by 0.5CCF while 74.91%in the CoFe_(2)O_(4)within 15 *** on the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical analysis,this could be ascribed to the more low valence of Co and Fe species generated on the 0.5CCF and faster electron transfers occurred in the 0.5CCF due to the Cu *** addition,Cu doping could provide more reaction sites for the 0.5CCF to activate PMS for RhB *** metal species and the surface hydroxyl were the reaction sites of PMS activation,and the surface hydroxyl played an important role in surface-bound reactive species *** the PMS activation,the Cu not only activated PMS to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),but also regenerated Co^(2+)and Fe^(2+)to accelerate the PMS *** non-radical of ^(1)O_(2)was the main ROS with a 99.35%of contribution rate,and the SO_(5)^(·–)self-reaction was its major *** study provides a new insight to enhance the PMS activation performance of multiple metal catalysts by Cu doping in wastewater treatment.
