用数值分析法对５２株分离自四川，广东、江西的慢生花生根瘤菌和１２株参考菌株（５株为分类地位已知的慢生根瘤菌，７株为Ｂｒａｄｙｒｈｉｚｏｂｉｕｍｓｐ。）进行了１３１项表型性状的测定，并随机选取了部分菌株同慢生型大豆根瘤菌两个种的标准菌株（ＡＴＣＣ１０３２４＾Ｔ和ＵＳＤＡ７６＾Ｔ）进行了ＤＮＡ同源性测定。数值分类除３个菌株外，其余菌株在８２％相似性水平处聚为６个亚群，表现出了明显的多样性。

Induced-acetaldehyde toxic effects on gluatathione [GSH] metabolism and sulfhydryl (SH) groups in liver and in brain of female albino rats with reference to age was *** total -SH groups were decreased whereas the specific activities of glutathione-S-transferase [GST] and glutathione peroxidase [GP0] were increased in acetaldehyde treated rats. The toxicity of acetaldehyde and age related changes on oxidoreductases in the liver,brain, k.dney, and musele of female albino rats (Wistar strain) were studied. The specific activities of lactate [LDH], isocitrate [ICDH (NAD/NADP)], succinate [SDH], malate [MDH], glutamate [GDH] and glucose-6-Phosphate [G-6-PDH] dehydrogenases were signifieantly inereased as a function of age. However, acetaldehyde treatment significantly inhibited oxidoreductases in the tissues of 21, 90 and 180 day old rats. Liver enzymes of young (21 days) rats exhibited greater sensitivity to acetaldehyde toxicity. Similar inhibition of oxidoreductases in brain and k.dney of adult (180 days) rats treated with acetaldehyde was observed. LDH and GDH as compared to other enzymes studied showed higher susceptibility to acetaldehyde toxicity. The differential sensitivity of tissues and inhibition of oxidoreductases by acetaldehyde as a function of age could be attributed to hypoxic conditions, energy crisis, and mitochondrial structural changes. The results suggest that acetaldehyde affects oxidation of glucose via HMP shuni pathway, glycolytic pathway and k.ebs cycle resulting in the impairment of carbohydrate metabolism

After decades of research, functional dyspepsia (FD) remains one of the most elusive gastrointestinal disorders. Endoscopic appearance of mild inflammation of the gastric mucosa without ulceration and microscopic evidence of mild chronic inflammation are often considered as normal findings since no etiology could be found other than H. Pylori. Enteroviruses infect the gastrointestinal tract and have been shown to persist in the stomach of symptomatic patients with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). In this study, we evaluated FD patients with and without the diagnosis of ME/CFS, and were able to support the viral protein staining with finding of double-stranded RNA in 63% of the same stomach biopsies by immunoperoxidase staining. Furthermore, we clarified the possible cross-reaction with creatine k.nase brain subtype (Ck.), present in parietal cells, using antibody competition experiments and western blot analysis of stomach proteins. Viral protein+ and dsRNA+ biopsies were infectious in SCID mice. More research is needed to elucidate the mechanism of enterovirus infection of the stomach associated with FD and chronic gastritis.

complications in neurosurgical patients consequent to elevated intracranial and arterial pressure.1 Dexamethasone （Dex） was applauded to reduce the incidence of PONV,2 but some literatures showed dexamethasone did not reduce the incidence of PONV.1＇3 The aim of this study was to determine whether a single-dose of dexamethasone before induction of general anesthesia would affect PONV after MVD for facial spasm.

引自:MELLINGHOFF I k.et *** in IDH1-or IDH2-mutant low-grade glioma[J].N Engl J med,2023,389(7):589-601.异柠檬酸脱氢酶(isocitrate dehydrogenase,IDH)突变的2级胶质瘤是一种致残且导致过早死亡的恶性脑肿瘤。Vorasidenib是一种口服可穿透血脑屏障的突变IDH1和IDH2酶抑制药,对IDH突变的胶质瘤显示出初步活性。在一项双盲的3期试验中,研究随机分配了残留或复发的IDH突变2级胶质瘤患者,这些患者除手术外未接受过任何治疗,接受口服vorasidenib(40 mg,qd)或配对安慰剂,每28天为一个周期。主要终点是基于影像的无进展生存期,由独立评审委员会进行盲评。关键次要终点是下一次抗癌干预的时间。在确认基于影像的疾病进展后,允许从安慰剂转换到vorasidenib。共有331名患者被分配接受vorasidenib(168名患者)或安慰剂(163名患者)。
