Electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction(ENRR) provides a promising strategy to achieve sustainable synthesis of ammonia. However, despite great efforts devoted to this research field, the problems such as low energy efficiency and weak selectivity still impede its practical implementation. Most of the research to date has been concentrated on creating sophisticated electrocatalysts, and adequate knowledge of electrolytes is still lacking. Herein, the recent progress in electrolytes for ENRR, including alkaline, neutral,acidic, water-in-salt, organic, ionic liquid, and mixed water-organic electrolytes, is thoroughly reviewed to obtain an in-depth understanding of their effects on electrocatalytic performance. Recently developed representative electrocatalysts in various types of electrolytes are also introduced, and future research priorities of different electrolytes are proposed to develop new and efficient ENRR systems.

Irritable bowel syndrome and functional constipation management with integrative medicine: A systematic review

目的探讨利妥昔单抗联合吉西他滨+顺铂+地塞米松(GDP)方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年8月我院收治的106例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)。对照组采用GDP方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用利妥昔单抗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的疾病控制率(DCR)为96.23%,高于对照组的84.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论利妥昔单抗联合GDP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者效果显著,可改善免疫功能,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,且用药安全性高。

Isolation,identification,and virulence gene analysis of pathogenic Aeromonas dhakensis in Macrobrachium rosenbergii and histopathological observation

To identify the cause of mass mortality of adult Macrobrachium rosenbergii in a farm in Gaoyou City,Jiangsu Province,China,a dominant strain named DKQ-1 was isolated from the hepatopancreas of dying *** and identified as Aeromonas dhakensis by purification culture,biochemical characterization,and 16S rRNA and gyrB gene sequence *** results of the challenge test revealed that the strain was highly pathogenic and the 50%lethal dose(ld_(50))in 72 h to *** was 1.54×10^(5)CFU/*** amplification results of virulence genes show that strain DKQ-1 carried 9 virulence genes,including ascV,aexT,aer,act,lip,ompAI,gcaT,acg,and exu,supporting the strong virulence of strain DKQ-1 to *** observation of the hepatopancreas,gills,and intestines indicated that DKQ-1 injection into *** could cause serious tissue damage,which further supported the strong virulence of this *** addition,a drug susceptibility test revealed that strain DKQ-1 was sensitive to 16 kinds of antibiotics,resistant to 9 kinds of antibiotics,and had intermediate resistance to spectinomycin and *** study is the first report of *** isolated from *** and provided a reference for the pathogen identification of bacterial diseases in ***,and for the prevention and treatment caused by ***.

Inhalable iron redox cycling powered nanoreactor for amplified ferroptosis-apoptosis synergetic therapy of lung cancer

Fenton reaction centered ferroptosis-apoptosis synergetic therapy has emerged as a promising tumor elimination ***,the low intracellular Fenton level and accumulation of therapeutics at the lesion site greatly limit the efficacy of ferroptosis *** overcome these two bottlenecks,an inhalable metal polyphenol network(MPN)-hybrid liposome,encoded as ldG,was proposed for enhancing the intracellular Fenton reaction level by co-delivering the ferroptosis inducer dihydroartemisinin(DHA)and the ferrous ion(Fe2+)donor *** synthesized ldG had excellent nebulization performance which significantly improved the accumulation in the lungs,about 8.2 times of intravenous *** terms of anticancer mechanisms,MPN raised the intracellular level of Fe2+by constructing iron cycling in the weakly acidic environment of *** by Fe2+,DHA with peroxide-bridge structure underwent a high level of Fenton-like reaction,promoted the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)and induced strong ferroptosis while cooperating with *** exhibited extraordinary antitumor ability in an orthotopic lung tumor model,whose tumor inhibition efficiency was 1.53(P=0.0014)and 1.32(P=0.0183)times of the LG group(liposomes coated with gallic acid(GA)-Fe MPN)and ld group(liposomes loaded with DHA),respectively,showing the strongest anticancer *** conclusion,the constructed MPN-hybrid liposomes could be a potent custom nanoplatform for pulmonary delivery and underscored the great potential of ferroptosis-apoptosis synergetic therapy.

Objective To compare the efficacy of using“distal acupoints only”vs.“local acupoints mainly combined with distal acupoints”in cases of acute low back pain(ALBP).Methods A total of 102 eligible patients aged 18–65 years with ALBP lasting less than 6 weeks will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the distal acupoints only group(DPOG)and the local acupoints mainly combined with the distal acupoints group(LPMG).During a 4-week treatment period,patients in the DPOG will receive acupuncture at distal acupoints only(Houxi[SI 3]and Yaotongxue[EX-UE 7])twice a week,while those in the LPMG group will receive acupuncture at local acupoints(mainly Shenshu[BL 23]and Dachangshu[BL 25])combined with distal points(Weizhong[BL 40]).The patients in both groups will be evaluated at every session of treatment,and the follow-up will be performed for 3 *** primary outcome measure will be the change in ALBP intensity,assessed using visual analogue scale scores before and after *** secondary outcome measure will be the evaluation of functional disability using the Oswestry Disability *** This study compares the DPOG and LPMG to explore the feasibility of the DPOG in the treatment of ALBP.
