Introduction The Haemophilus influenzae type b(Hib)conjugate vaccine is widely administered in *** We extracted data on Hib vaccine doses administered and adverse events following immunization(AEFI)reported between 2010 and 2021 from the Chinese National Immunization Information System(CNIIS).A descriptive analysis was conducted to examine the characteristics and incidence rates of AEFI with the Hib *** In China,between 2010 and 2021,a total of 52,910 AEFIs with the Hib vaccine were reported,resulting in an overall AEFI reporting rate of 38.10 per 100,000 ***(typically minor)and rare(potentially serious)vaccine reactions occurred at rates of 34.71 and 2.78 per 100,000 doses,*** the common vaccine reactions,the incidences of fever(axillary temperature≥38.6℃),injection site redness and swelling(>2.5 cm in diameter),and injection site induration(>2.5 cm in diameter)were 11.93,9.69,and 3.38 per 100,000 doses,*** vaccine reactions included anaphylactic rash,angioedema,and febrile convulsion with reported incidences of 2.42,0.10,and 0.05 per 100,000 doses,*** incidence of serious rare vaccine reactions was 0.16 per 100,000 *** The reported incidence of AEFI with the Hib vaccine was low,with the occurrence of serious rare adverse reactions also being markedly low throughout the period 2010–2021 in China.

Artemisinin(ART)resistance has been an emerging clinical problem,severely compromising antimalarial efficacy and threatening the global malaria elimination *** intensive studies about the molecular mechanism for ART resistance are under way,no effective therapeutic targets for reversing resistance have been ***,we explore glutathione(GSH)as a therapeutic target to develop a thermo-responsive nanoplatform to specifically co-deliver ART and GSH synthesis inhibitor(L-buthionine sulfoximine,BSO)in a sustained manner,effectively reversing ART resistance in *** combining with BSO,ART exerts increased antimalarial activity with reduced half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50)by 7.43-fold in ART-resistant *** work reveals that the GSH in ART-resistant parasites can be a promising therapeutic target for reversing ART resistance,paving the way for developing drug candidates and intelligent nanomedicines in malaria therapy.

IDEAL PLANT ARCHITECTURE1(IPA1)is a pivotal gene controlling plant architecture and grain ***,little is known about the effects of Triticum aestivum SQUAMOSA PROMOTER‐BINDING‐LIKE 14(TaSPL14),an IPA1 ortholog in wheat,on balancing yield traits and its regulatory mechanism in wheat(*** L.).Here,we determined that the *** GRAIN WIDTH2(TaGW2)‐TaSPL14 module influences the balance between tiller number and grain weight in *** of TaSPL14 resulted in a reduced tiller number and increased grain weight,whereas its knockout had the opposite effect,indicating that TaSPL14 negatively regulates tillering while positively regulating grain *** further identified TaGW2 as a novel interacting protein of TaSPL14 and confirmed its ability to mediate the ubiquitination and degradation of *** on our genetic evidence,TaGW2 acts as a positive regulator of tiller number,in addition to its known role as a negative regulator of grain weight,which is opposite to ***,combinations of TaSPL14‐7A and TaGW2‐6A haplotypes exhibit significantly additive effects on tiller number and grain weight in wheat *** findings provide insight into how the TaGW2‐TaSPL14 module regulates the trade‐off between tiller number and grain weight and its potential application in improving wheat yield.

BACKGROUND Prophylactic loop ileostomy is an effective way to reduce the clinical severity of anastomotic leakage following radical resection of rectal *** surgical site infection(SSI)is a common complication after ileostomy *** To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the micro-power negative pressure wound technique(MPNPWT)in preventing incisional *** This was a prospective,randomized controlled clinical trial conducted at a single center.A total of 101 consecutive patients who underwent ileostomy closure after rectal cancer surgery with a prophylactic ileostomy were enrolled from January 2019 to December *** were randomly allocated into an MPNPWT group and a control *** MPNPWT group underwent intermittent suturing of the surgical incision with 2-0 Prolene and was covered with a micro-power negative pressure *** surgical outcomes were compared between the MPNPWT(n=50)and control(n=51)*** factors for incisional SSI were identified using logistic *** There were no differences in baseline characteristics between the MPNPWT(n=50)and control groups(n=51).The incisional SSI rate was significantly higher in the control group than in the MPNPWT group(15.7%vs 2.0%,P=0.031).However,MPNPWT did not affect other surgical outcomes,including intra-abdominal complications,operative time,and blood *** hospital stay length and hospitalization costs did not differ significantly between the two groups(P=0.069 and 0.843,respectively).None of the patients experienced adverse effects of MPNPWT,including skin allergy,dermatitis,and *** also helped heal the infected *** study indicated that MPNPWT was an independent protective factor[odds ratio(OR)=0.005,P=0.025)]and diabetes was a risk factor(OR=26.575,P=0.029)for incisional *** MPNPWT is an effective and safe way to prevent incisional SSI after loop ileostomy closure.

The prediction of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)images from fundus structural images is a cutting-edge research topic in ophthalmological image *** comprises estimating FFA from fundus camera imaging,single-phase FFA from scanning laser ophthalmoscopy(SLO),and three-phase FFA also from *** many deep learning models are available,a single model can only perform one or two of these prediction *** accomplish three prediction tasks using a unified method,we propose a unified deep learning model for predicting FFA images from fundus structure images using a supervised generative adversarial *** three prediction tasks are processed as follows:data preparation,network training under FFA supervision,and FFA image prediction from fundus structure images on a test *** comparing the FFA images predicted by our model,pix2pix,and CycleGAN,we demonstrate the remarkable progress achieved by our *** high performance of our model is validated in terms of the peak signal-to-noise ratio,structural similarity index,and mean squared error.

Inflammation and angiogenesis,the major pathological changes of osteoarthritis(OA),are closely associated with joint pain;however,pertinent signalling interactions within subchondral bone of osteoarthritic joints and potential contribution to the peripheral origin of OA pain remain to be *** we developed a unilateral anterior crossbite mouse model with osteoarthritic changes in the temporomandibular ***-based transcriptome analysis,besides quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,was performed to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs).Overall,182 DEGs(fold change≥2,P<0.05)were identified between the control and unilateral anterior crossbite groups:168 were upregulated and 14 were *** subjecting significant DEGs to enrichment analyses,inflammation and angiogenesis were identified as the most ***-related DEGs were mainly enriched in T cell activation and differentiation and in the mammalian target of rapamycin/nuclear factor-κB/tumour necrosis factor ***,angiogenesis-related DEGs were mainly enriched in the Gene Ontology terms angiogenesis regulation and vasculature development and in the KEGG pathways of phosphoinositide 3-kinase-protein kinase B/vascular endothelial growth factor/hypoxia-inducible factor 1 ***-protein interaction analysis revealed a close interaction between inflammation-and angiogenesis-related DEGs,suggesting that phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta(Pi3kcd),cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide(Camp),C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4(Cxcr4),and MYB proto-oncogene transcription factor(Myb)play a central role in their *** summarize,our findings reveal that in subchondral bone of osteoarthritic joints,signal interaction is interrelated between inflammation and angiogenesis and associated with the peripheral origin of OA pain;moreover,our data highlight potential targets for the inhibition of OA pain.

Research on Fracture Prediction Method Based on Multi-Source Information Fusion

Machine learning is a good method for predicting fracture by integrating multi-source information. Post-stack seismic attributes are commonly used to predict medium to large fractures, while pre-stack seismic attributes are proven to be more sensitive to small and micro sized fractures through forward modeling. Using machine learning algorithm to fuse information from different scales to predict fracture can greatly improve the accuracy of fracture prediction. On the basis of In-Situ stress prediction, the paper conducted post-stack seismic attribute analysis and pre-stack seismic attribute analysis, further studied on the sensitivity of seismic attributes to fracture and selected sensitive attributes, used the sensitivity log of well-bore fractures as the target log for learning, ultimately obtained a comprehensive body of fracture. Through blind well verification, the prediction results match well with the we1l data and the prediction results is highly consistent with the production data. The results of fracture prediction are reliable, and the research method has certain reference significance for fracture prediction.

The self-excited second harmonic in radio-frequency capacitively coupled plasma was significantly enhanced by adjusting the external variable *** a lower pressure of 3 Pa,the excitation of the second harmonic caused an abnormal transition of the electron energy probability function,resulting in abrupt changes in the electron density and *** changes in the electron energy probability function as well as the electron density and temperature were not observed at the higher pressure of 16 Pa under similar harmonic *** phenomena are related to the influence of the second harmonic on stochastic heating,which is determined by both amplitude and the relative phase of the *** results suggest that the self-excited high-order harmonics must be considered in practical applications of lowpressure radio-frequency capacitively coupled plasmas.
