To improve the error correction performance, an innovative encoding structure with tail-biting for spinal codes is designed. Furthermore, an adaptive forward stack decoding(A-FSD) algorithm with lower complexity for spinal codes is proposed. In the A-FSD algorithm, a flexible threshold parameter is set by a variable channel state to narrow the scale of nodes accessed. On this basis, a new decoding method of AFSD with early termination(AFSD-ET) is further proposed. The AFSD-ET decoder not only has the ability of dynamically modifying the number of stored nodes, but also adopts the early termination criterion to curtail complexity. The complexity and related parameters are verified through a series of simulations. The simulation results show that the proposed spinal codes with tail-biting and the AFSD-ET decoding algorithms can reduce the complexity and improve the decoding rate without sacrificing correct decoding performance.

The“average occupant”methodology is widely used in energy consumption simulations of residential buildings;however,it fails to consider the differences in energy use behavior among family *** on a field survey on the Central Shaanxi Plain,to identify the energy use behavior patterns of typical families,a stochastic energy use behavior model considering differences in energy use behavior among family members was proposed,to improve the accuracy of energy consumption simulations of residential *** results indicated that the surveyed rural families could be classified into the following four types depending on specific energy use behavior patterns:families of one elderly couple,families of one middle-aged couple,families of one elderly couple and one child,and families of one couple and one ***,on typical summer days,the results of daily building energy consumption simulation obtained by the“average occupant”methodology were 25.39%and 28%lower than the simulation results obtained by the model proposed in this study for families of one elderly couple and families of one middle-aged couple,and 13.05%and 23.05%higher for families of one elderly couple and one child,and families of one couple and one *** typical winter days,for the four types of families,the results of daily building energy consumption simulation obtained by the“average occupant”methodology were 21.69%,10.84%,1.21%,and 8.39%lower than the simulation results obtained by the model proposed in this study,respectively.

Let Y be a Gromov-Hausdorff limit of complete Riemannian nmanifolds with Ricci curvature bounded from below. A point in Y is called k-regular, if its tangent is unique and is isometric to a k-dimensional Euclidean space. By Cheeger-Colding and Colding-naber, there is k 〉 0 such that the set of all k-regular point ：Rk has a full renormalized measure. An open problem is if Rl = 0 for all l 〈 k？ The main result in this paper asserts that if R1 ≠ 0, then Y is a one-dimensional topological manifold. Our result improves Honda＇s result that under the assumption that 1 ≤ dimH（Y）〈 2.

With the spectacular rise of wearable and portable electronics,flexible power supplying systems with robust mechanical flexibility and high energy storage performance under various mechanical deformation conditions are imperative to be *** ion batteries(SIBs)with sustainable natural abundance,low cost and superb properties similar to equivalent lithium ion batteries(LIBs),which have shown significant potentials as energy source for flexible electronic *** this review,the recent advances in flexible electrode materials based on different types of conductive substrates are addressed and the strategies underlying rational design for flexible structures are highlighted,as well as their applications in flexible *** remaining key challenges in rational electrodes design are discussed,and perspectives for practical applications of flexible SIBs are proposed as general guidance for future research of high-performance flexible SIBs.

传统的码索引调制(code index modulation,CIM)系统仅通过扩频码和星座符号来承载信息,能量效率和频谱效率都较低,而附加相位作为一种独特的调制符号来承载信息,具有低传输功耗的特点。为了充分利用多天线索引来提高频谱效率,提出了基于低功耗设计的高速率广义空间码索引调制(high-rate generalized space code index modulation,HR-GS-CIM)系统。HR-GS-CIM系统通过使用附加相位替代传统的调制符号,并且通过遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)来优化设计附加相位,展现了极高的能效优势和性能优势。同时,HR-GS-CIM系统通过引入广义和空间索引的方法,将附加相位、扩频码以及天线索引进行联合映射选择,并采用低复杂度的联合映射选择算法,极大地提高了系统频谱效率。此外,分析了HR-GS-CIM系统的理论性能,并且仿真验证了HR-GS-CIM系统的理论和仿真性能一致。最后,与传统的CIM系统等对比,验证了所提HR-GS-CIM系统具有显著的性能增益。

目的探讨早产小于胎龄儿(SGA)出生后24个月内体格生长特点,为早产SGA的临床管理及生长干预提供相关参考。方法采用前瞻性队列研究方法,选取2020年1月—2022年2月期间在简阳市人民医院出生且出生后2年内定期在本院随访体检的60例早产(胎龄<37周)SGA作为研究对象,分别按照1∶2的比例选择同期足月(胎龄37~40周)SGA和早产适于胎龄儿(AGA)作为对照组,在出生时和3、6、12、18、24月龄(早产儿为校正月龄)测量其体重、身长、头围,采用Z评分法评价其生长水平和生长速度。结果纳入完成随访研究的婴幼儿276例,其中早产SGA组56例、足月SGA组109例、早产AGA组111例。早产SGA组、足月SGA组在3、6、12、18月龄的年龄别体重Z值(WAZ)、年龄别身长Z值(LAZ)、年龄别头围Z值(HCZ)均分别低于早产AGA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早产SGA组3、6月龄的WAZ低于足月SGA组,早产SGA组6月龄的LAZ低于足月SGA组,早产SGA组3、6、12月龄的HCZ低于足月SGA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早产SGA组、足月SGA组、早产AGA组的体重追赶峰值分别出现在12月龄、18月龄、3月龄;三组的身长在12月龄内追赶明显,之后均呈平缓增长趋势;早产SGA组和早产AGA组头围表现为追赶生长,其追赶峰值分别出现在6月龄和12月龄。三组在3月龄体重生长速度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SGA婴幼儿生命早期(前12月龄)体格发育的整体水平低于AGA婴幼儿,足月SGA的体格生长优于早产SGA,校正0~3月龄可能是早产SGA婴幼儿生长快速变化的窗口时期,加强该阶段的营养干预喂养指导可有效保证早产SGA婴幼儿的生长速度。

Targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 axis with small-molecular inhibitors is a promising approach for ***,we identify a natural pentacyclic triterpenoid,Pygenic Acid A(PA),as a PD-1 signaling *** exerts anti-tumor activity in hPD-1 knock-in C57BL/6 mice and enhances effector functions of T cells to promote immune responses by disrupting the PD-1 signaling ***,we identify SHP-2 as the direct molecular target of PA for inhibiting the PD-1 signaling ***,mechanistic studies suggest that PA binds to a new druggable site in the phosphorylated PD-1 ITSM recognition site of SHP-2,inhibiting the recruitment of SHP-2 by *** together,our findings demonstrate that PA has a potential application in cancer immunotherapy and occupying the phosphorylated ITSM recognition site of SHP-2 may serve as an alternative strategy to develop PD-1 signaling *** addition,our success in target recognition provides a paradigm of target identification and confirmation for natural products.
