Dermatomy.sitis, an idiopathic inflammatory.my.pathy. is characterized by.distinctive skin manifestations, proximal muscle weakness, and multiple organ involvement and can be accompanied by.malignancies. To provide a reference for dermatologists and clinicians in other relevant fields of clinical practice, experts from the Dermatology.Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Health Care and the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases developed this consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dermatomy.sitis using Chinese and international literature and expert advice. © 2024 Wolters Kluwer Health. Chemotherapy.has been recommended as the standard protocol for triple-negative breast cancer （TNBC）at the advanced ***,the current treatment is unsatisfactory.due to inefficient drug accumulation and rapid ***,rational design of advanced drug delivery.sy.tems that can induce multiple cell death pathway. is a promising strategy.to combat *** is a powerful non-apoptotic cell death modality.showing potential in tumor ***,we propose a binary.prodrug nanoassemblies that combines chemotherapy.with ferroptosis for TNBC *** this sy.tem,paclitaxel is linked with paracetamol （ferroptosis activator） by.a disulfide linkage to construct self-assembly.***,2-distearoy.-sn-gly.erol-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-methy.（poly.thy.ene gly.ol）-2000-ty.osine (DSPE-PEG2k-ty.osine) is applied for large neutral amino acid transporter 1 （LAT1） targeting,which is highly.expressed in *** prodrug nanoassemblies exhibit good stability.and a glutathione （GSH）-responsive release ***,the LAT1-targeted nanoassemblies show stronger cy.otoxicity.higher cellular uptake,and more obvious ferroptosis activation than non-decorated *** a TNBC mice model,the prodrug nanoassemblies demonstrate strong anti-tumor *** application of ferroptosis-assisting chemotherapy.may.provide a promising strategy.for TNBC therapy.

Fast charging is restricted primarily.by.the risk of lithium（Li） plating,a side reaction that can lead to the rapid capacity.decay.and dendrite-induced thermal runaway.of lithium-ion batteries（LIBs）.Investigation on the intrinsic mechanism and the position of Li plating is crucial to improving the fast rechargeability.and safety.of ***,we investigate the Li plating behavior in porous electrodes under the restricted transport of Li+.Based on the theoretical model,it can be concluded that the Li plating on the anodeseparator interface（ASI） is thermody.amically.feasible and kinetically.***,the prior deposition of metal Li on the ASI rather than the anode-current collector interface（ACI） is verified *** order to facilitate the transfer of Li+among the electrode and improve the utilization of active materials without Li plating,a bilay.r asy.metric anode composed of graphite and hard carbon（GH） is *** and simulation results suggest that the GH hy.rid electrode homogenizes the lithiated-rate throughout the electrode and outperforms the pure graphite electrode in terms of the rate performance and inhibition of Li *** work provides new insights into the behavior of Li plating and the rational design of electrode structure.

Quality.control(QC)is an essential procedure in scatterometer wind retrieval,which is used to distinguish good-quality.data from poor-quality.wind vector cells(WVCs)for the sake of wind *** current wind processor of the China-France Oceanography.Satellite(CFOSAT)scatterometer(CSCAT)adopts a maximum likelihood estimator(MLE)-based QC method to filter WVCs affected by.geophy.ical noise,such as rainfall and wind *** the first Ku-band rotating fan-beam scatterometer,CSCAT can acquire up to 16 observations over a single WVC,giving abundant information with diverse incidence/azimuth angles,as such its MLE statistical characteristics may.be different from the previous *** this study.several QC indicators,including MLE,its spatially.averaged value(MLE_(m)),and the singularity.exponents(SE),are analy.ed using the collocated Global Precipitation Mission rainfall data as well as buoy.data,to compare their sensitivity.to rainfall and wind *** results show that wind error characteristics of CSCAT under different QC methods are similar to those of other Ku-band scatterometers,i.e.,SE is more suitable than other parameters for the wind QC at outer-swath and nadir regions,while MLE_(m) is the best QC indicator for the sweet region ***,SE is much more favorable than others at high wind *** combining different indicators,an improved QC method is developed for *** validation with the collocated buoy.data shows that it accepts more WVCs,and in turn,improves the quality.control of CSCAT wind data.
