Improved genetic algorithm based on reinforcement learning for electric vehicle front-end structure optimization design

The structural optimization of electric vehicles involves numerous design variables and constraints,making it a complex engineering optimization task over the past *** population-based evolutionary algorithms encounter issues such as converging to local optima and lacking population diversity when tackling such optimization ***,the solutions obtained for the optimization may be flawed or *** address these problems,an improved genetic algorithm(GA)based on reinforcement learning is proposed in this *** proposed method introduces a population delimitation method based on individual fitness *** population is divided into two parts:the excellent population and the ordinary population,and different selection and cross-mutation methods are applied to each part *** efficient crossover and mutation methods are then applied to the ordinary population to enhance the generation of excellent ***,the proposed approach replaces the traditional fixed crossover and mutation rates with a dynamic selection method based on reinforcement learning to enhance optimization efficiency.A markov decision process model is constructed based on GA environment in this *** population state determination method and reward method are designed for reinforcement learning in the GA environment,dynamically selecting the most appropriate genetic parameters based on the current state of the ***,the uncertainty in the manufacturing process is introduced into the optimization problem and the case study results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning-based GA significantly outperforms other evolutionary algorithms when applied to solving the structural optimization of electric vehicles.

Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)have emerged as a promising approach for generating electricity and providing electrical stimuli in medical electronic *** their potential benefits,the clinical implementation of TENGs faces challenges such as skin compliance and a lack of comprehensive assessment regarding their biosafety and ***,further research is imperative to overcome these limitations and unlock the full potential of TENGs in various biomedical *** this study,we present a flexible silk fibroin-based triboelectric nanogenerator(SFB-TENG)that features an on-skin substrate and is characterized by excellent skin compliance and air/water *** range of electrical output generated by the SFB-TENG was shown to facilitate the migration and proliferation of Hy926,NIH-3T3 and RSC96 ***,apoptosis of fibroblast NIH-3T3 cells was observed when the output voltage increased to more than 20 V at a frequency of 2 *** addition,the moderate electrical stimulation provided by the SFB-TENG promoted the cell proliferation cycle in Hy926 *** research highlights the efficacy of a TENG system featuring a flexible and skin-friendly design,as well as its safe operating conditions for use in biomedical *** findings position TENGs as highly promising candidates for practical applications in the field of tissue regeneration.

Clay-type Li deposits are poised to play a pivotal role in addressing the surging global demand for *** McDermitt clay-type Li deposit,located in Nevada,is the largest Li deposit in the United States,with Li hosted by a clay-rich sequence of smectite-dominated intervals and illite-dominated intervals,***,the occurrence of Li and the genesis of Li-bearing minerals within smectite-dominated intervals have not been thoroughly investigated in previous ***,we studied the mineralogy,the in-situ Li distribution,and the bonding environments of Li within the smectite intervals using a combination of instru-mental techniques including scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry,and nuclear magnetic *** results indicate that the smectite exhibits low crystallinity characteristics of lacustrine clay authigenesis and is com-monly found tofill the interstices among volcanic minerals or envelop them;Li is mainly hosted by Mg-smectite rather than the volcanic *** the tuffaceous sediment samples,the volcanic glass has undergone a transformation,resulting in its complete disappearance and alteration into clay *** to the octahedral sites of Mg-smectite bounded in Li,it is referred to be *** interpret that the hectorite’s precipitation occurs in a high saline-alkaline water environment,a result of McDermitt *** conclusion can be supported by the coexistence of spherulitic calcite and ***,this study confirms hectorite as the main Li-bearing mineral and increases the understanding of the genetic model of hectorite formation in intracontinental caldera basins.

Pd-based metallic nanosheets with advanced physicochemical properties have been widely prepared and employed in various electrocatalytic ***,few concerns were focused on their multiple performances in different ***,highly curved and ultrathin PdNiRu nanosheets(NSs)are developed by facile wet-chemistry strategy and exhibit excellent electrocatalytic performance toward both oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and ethylene glycol oxidation reaction(EGOR).Owing to the synergistically structural(e.g.,ultrathin,curved,defects/steps-rich)and compositional(ternary alloy)advantages,PdNiRu NSs exhibited enhanced ORR and EGOR specific/mass activities and better stability/durability than control *** specific activity(5.52 mA·cm^(−2))and mass activity(1.13 A·mg_(Pd)^(−1))of the PdNiRu NSs in ORR are 4.8 and 3.4 times as the ones of commercial Pt/C,*** mass activity of PdNiRu NSs(3.86 A·mg_(Pd)^(−1))in EGOR is 2.6 times as commercial Pd/C(1.51 A·mg_(Pd)^(−1)).This study is helpful for the development of desired electrocatalysts with multi-functional application in practical fuel cells.

Design and Implementation of a High-Sensitivity Magnetic Sensing System Based on GMI Effect

A high-sensitivity magnetic sensing system based on giant magneto-impedance(GMI)effect is designed and *** system comprises a GMI sensor equipped with a gradient probe and an signal acquisition and processing module.A segmented superposition algorithm is used to increase target signal and reduce the random *** results show that under unshielded,room temperature conditions,the system achieves successful detection of weak magnetic fields down to 2 pT with a notable sensitivity of 1.84×10^(8)V/T(G=1000).By applying 17 overlays,the segmented superposition algorithm increases the power proportion of the target signal at 31 Hz from6.89%to 45.91%,surpassing the power proportion of the 2 Hz low-frequency interference ***,it reduces the power proportion of the 20 Hz random *** segmented superposition process effectively cancels out certain random noise elements,leading to a reduction in their respective power *** high-sensitivity magnetic sensing system features a simple structure,and is easy to operate,making it highly valuable for both practical applications and broader dissemination.

Joint Communication-Caching-Computing Resource Allocation for Bidirectional Data Computation in IRS-Assisted Hybrid UAV-Terrestrial Network

Joint communication-caching-computing resource allocation in wireless inland waterway communications enables resource-constrained unmanned surface vehicles(USVs) to provision computation-intensive and latencysensitive tasks forward beyond fifth-generation(B5G) and sixth-generation(6G) era. The power of such resource allocation cannot be fully studied unless bidirectional data computation is properly managed. A novel intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-assisted hybrid UAV-terrestrial network architecture is proposed with bidirectional tasks. The sum of uplink and downlink bandwidth minimization problem is formulated by jointly considering link quality, task execution mode selection, UAVs trajectory, and task execution latency constraints. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the formulated challenging problem. We divide the original challenging problem into two subproblems, i.e., the joint optimization problem of USVs offloading decision, caching decision and task execution mode selection, and the joint optimization problem of UAVs trajectory and IRS phase shift-vector design. The Karush–Kuhn–Tucker conditions are utilized to solve the first subproblem and the enhanced differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve the latter one. The results show that the proposed solution can significantly decrease bandwidth consumption in comparison with the selected advanced algorithms. The results also prove that the sum of bandwidth can be remarkably decreased by implementing a higher number of IRS elements.

Curcumin Interferes with TGF-β1-Induced Fibrosis in NRK-49F Cells by Reversing ADAMTS18 Gene Methylation

Objective To explore the molecular mechanism by which curcumin affects renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)progression by regulating ADAM metallopeptidase with thrombospondin type 1 motif 18(ADAMTS18)*** NRK-49F cells RIF model were induced with transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1).Effects of different concentrations of curcumin(0,10,20,and 30μmol/L)on cell proliferation,cell cycle,cell apoptosis as well as cyclin D1 expression were analyzed by cell counting kit-8,flow cytometry and Western blot,***18 methylation levels were determined by methylation-specific polymerase chain ***18,fibronectin(FN),type I collagen(Col-I)and alpha-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)mRNA and protein expressions were analyzed by real-time PCR(RT-PCR)and Western blot,***,cells were treated with 50 mmol/L 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine(5-aza-dC,demethylation agent)for 72 *** of curcumin on extracellular matrix(ECM)deposition was evaluated by immunochemical staining and Western ***-49F cells were transfected with ADAMTS18 small interfering RNA and grouped into a normal control,ADAMTS18-knock-out(KO),and ADAMTS18-KO+30μmol/L curcumin groups,and whether curcumin can reverse the effect of ADAMTS18 knockdown on RIF was *** Compared with the control group,TGF-β1 significantly inhibited the proliferation of NRK-49F cells,blocked the G1/G0 phase,promoted cell apoptosis and inhibited cyclin D1 expression(P<0.01).Among the different concentrations of curcumin,30μmol/L curcumin significantly reversed these processes(P<0.01).Immunochemical staining and Western blot results showed that curcumin significantly inhibited the deposition of FN,Col-I andα-SMA(P<0.01).Curcumin and 5-zaz-dC had synergistic effects,promoting ADAMTS18 expression,removing ADAMTS18 methylation,and reducing ECM ***18 knockdown promoted ECM accumulation,and curcumin reversed this process(P<0.01).Conclusion TGF-β1-induced fibrosis in NRK-49F ***

Soaring bird migration often relies on suitable terrain and airflow;therefore,route selection is vital for successful *** age and experience have been identified as key factor influencing migration route selection among soaring raptors in the African-Eurasian Flyway,how they shape the migration route of soaring raptors in East Asia is still largely *** this study,we investigated potential variations in the routes and timing in autumn migration of juvenile and older soaring birds,using count data of Greater Spotted Eagles(Clanga clanga)from two coastal sites and two inland sites in *** 2020 to 2023,we recorded a total of 340 individuals,with the highest site averaging over 90 individuals per autumn,making it one of the world’s top single-season counts and thus a globally important site for this *** found that 82% and 61% records from coastal sites were juveniles,significantly higher than inland sites(15% and 24%).juveniles at all four sites exhibited markedly earlier median passage time than non-juveniles,with brief overlapping in their main migration *** coastal sites are located on the tip of peninsulas stretching southwest,requiring long overwater flights if crossing the Bohai Bay or Beibu Gulf,which would be energetically demanding and increase mortality *** individuals may have learned to avoid such terrain and subsequent detour,while juveniles are more prone to enter these peninsulas due to lack of experience and opportunities for social learning,or following other raptor species that are more capable of powered *** findings highlight the importance of age and experience in migration route selection of large soaring birds.

Unstable evolution of railway slope under the rainfall-vibration joint action

Understanding the unstable evolution of railway slopes is the premise for preventing slope failure and ensuring the safe operation of ***,as two major factors affecting the stability of railway slopes,few scholars have explored the unstable evolution of railway slopes under the joint action of *** on the model test of sandy soil slope,the unstable evolution process of slope under locomotive vibration,rainfall,and rainfall-vibration joint action conditions was simulated in this *** comparing and analyzing the variation trends of soil pressure and water content of slope under these conditions,the change laws of pore pressure under the influence of vibration and rainfall were *** main control factors affecting the stability of slope structure under the joint action conditions were further *** with the slope failure phenomena under these three conditions,the causes of slope instability resulting from each leading factor were ***,according to the above conclusions,the unstable evolution of the slope under the rainfall-vibration joint action was *** test results show that the unstable evolution process of sandy soil slope,under the rainfall-vibration joint action,can be divided into:rainfall erosion cracking,vibration promotion penetrating,and slope instability sliding three *** the process of slope unstable evolution,rainfall and vibration play the roles of inducing and promoting slide *** addition,the deep cracks,which are the premise for the formation of the sliding surface,and the violent irregular fluctuation of soil pressure,which reflects the near penetration of the sliding surface,constitute the instability characteristics of the railway slope *** paper reveals the unstable evolution of sandy soil slopes under the joint action of rainfall-vibration,hoping to provide the theoretical basis for the early warning and prevention technology of railway slopes.
