Background:Cerebrovascular disease(CVD)ranks among the foremost factors responsible for mortality on a global *** mortality patterns of CVDs and temporal trends in China need to be well-illustrated and ***:We collected mortality data on patients with CVD from Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Disease Surveillance Points(CDC-DSP)*** mortality of CVD in 2020 was described by age,sex,residence,and *** temporal trend from 2013 to 2019 was evaluated using joinpoint regression,and estimated rates of decline were extrapolated until 2030 using time series ***:In 2019,the age-standardized mortality in China(ASMRC)per 100,000 individuals was *** ASMRC for males(137.7/10^(5))and rural areas(123.0/10^(5))were both higher when stratified by gender and urban/rural *** central region had the highest mortality(126.5/10^(5)),the western region had a slightly lower mortality(123.5/10^(5)),and the eastern region had the lowest mortality(97.3/10^(5)).The age-specific mortality showed an accelerated upward trend from aged 55-59 years,with maximum mortality observed in individuals over 85 years of *** age-standardized mortality of CVD decreased by 2.43%(95%confidence interval,1.02-3.81%)annually from 2013 to ***,the age-specific mortality of CVD increased from 2013 to 2019 for the age group of over 85 *** 2020,both the absolute number of CVD cases and the crude mortality of CVD have increased compared to their values in *** estimated total deaths due to CVD were estimated to reach 2.3 million in 2025 and 2.4 million in ***:The heightened focus on the burden of CVD among males,rural areas,the central and western of China,and individuals aged 75 years and above has emerged as a pivotal determinant in further decreasing mortalities,consequently presenting novel challenges to strategies for disease prevention and control.

The shale oil reservoir within the Yanchang Formations of Ordos Basin harbors substantial oil and gas resources and has recently emerged as the primary focus of unconventional oil and gas exploration and *** to its complex pore and throat structure,pronounced heterogeneity,and tight reservoir characteristics,the techniques for conventional oil and gas exploration and production face challenges in comprehensive implementation,also indicating that as a vital parameter for evaluating the physical properties of a reservoir,permeability cannot be effectively *** study selects 21 tight sandstone samples from the Q area within the shale oil formations of Ordos *** systematically conduct the experiments to measure porosity,permeability,ultrasonic wave velocities,and resistivity at varying confining *** reveal that these measurements exhibit nonlinear changes in response to effective *** using these experimental data and effective medium model,empirical relationships between P-and S-wave velocities,permeability and resistivity and effective pressure are established at logging and seismic ***,relationships between P-wave impedance and permeability,and resistivity and permeability are determined.A comparison between the predicted permeability and logging data demonstrates that the impedance–permeability relationship yields better results in contrast to those of resistivity–permeability *** relationships are further applied to the seismic interpretation of shale oil reservoir in the target layer,enabling the permeability profile predictions based on inverse P-wave *** predicted results are evaluated with actual production data,revealing a better agreement between predicted results and logging data and productivity.

In this study,the cooling rate was manipulated by quenching with water of different temperatures(30,60 and 100℃).Surface and internal residual stresses in the quenched 6061 aluminum alloy samples were measured using hole-drilling and crack compliance methods,***,the processability of the quenched samples was evaluated at cryogenic *** mechanical properties of the as-aged samples were assessed,and microstructure evolution was *** surface residual stresses of samples W30℃,W60℃and W100℃is−178.7,−161.7 and−117.2 MPa,respectively along x-direction,respectively;and−191.2,−172.1 and−126.2 MPa,respectively along *** sample quenched in boiling water displaying the lowest residual stress(~34%and~60%reduction in the surface and core).The generation and distribution of quenching residual stress could be attributed to the lattice distortion *** plasticity was also exhibited in the samples with relatively low quenching cooling rates at cryogenic *** strengthes of the as-aged samples are 291.2 to 270.1 MPa as the quenching water temperature increase from 30℃to 100℃.Fine and homogeneous β"phases were observed in the as-aged sample quenched with boiling water due to the clusters and Guinier-Preston zones(GP zones)premature precipitated during quenching process.

BACKGROUND While the impact of depression on cognition is well-documented,the relationship between feelings and cognition has received limited *** To explore the potential association between feelings and cognition with a twosample Mendelian randomization(MR)*** Our analysis utilized genome-wide association data on various feelings(fed-up feelings,n=453071;worrier/anxious feelings,n=450765;guilty feelings,n=45-0704;nervous feelings,n=450700;sensitivity/hurt feelings,n=449419;miserableness,n=454982;loneliness/isolation,n=455364;happiness,n=152348)in the European population and their impact on cognitive functions(intelligence,n=269867).Conducting a univariable MR(UVMR)analysis to assess the relationship between feelings and *** this analysis,we applied the inverse variance weighting(IVW),weighted median,and MR Egger ***,we performed sensitivity analysis(leave-one-out analysis),assessed heterogeneity(using MR-PRESSO and Cochran’s Q test),and conducted multiple validity test(employing MR-Egger regression).Subsequently,a multivariable MR(MVMR)analysis was employed to examine the impact of feelings on *** served as the primary method in the multivariable analysis,complemented by median-based and MR-Egger *** In this study,UVMR indicated that sensitivity/hurt feelings may have a negative causal effect on cognition(OR=0.63,95%CI:0.43-0.92,P=0.017).After adjustment of other feelings using MVMR,a direct adverse causal effect on cognition was observed(OR_(MVMR)=0.39,95%CI:0.17-0.90,P_(MVMR)=0.027).While a potential increased risk of cognitive decline was observed for fed-up feelings in the UVMR analysis(ORUVMR=0.64,95%CI:0.42-0.97,PUVMR=0.037),this effect disappeared after adjusting for other feelings(OR_(MVMR)=1.42,95%CI:0.43-4.74,P_(MVMR)=0.569).These findings were generally consistent across MV-IVW,median-based,and MR-Egger ***-Egger regression revealed pleiotropy in the impact of worrier/anxious

Background Saline nasal irrigation is an effective therapy for relieving common cold *** study aimed to investigate and explore the efficacy of physiological seawater nasal irrigation(PSNI)on children with mild and asymptomatic infection with *** This randomized controlled trial was conducted in Shanghai,China,and 403 children with mild and asymptomatic infection with Omicron were *** children were allocated into the PSNI group and the control *** primary outcome was the duration of viral shedding(DVS),and the secondary outcome was the change in clinical *** The median age of all participants was 5.59(6.26)years *** DVS was significantly shorter in the PSNI group[2.40(1.13)]than in the control group[3.09(2.14)](P=0.014).The multivariable Cox regression model also showed that patients in the PSNI group had an increased probability of shorter DVS compared with patients in the control group[hazard ratio(HR),1.27;95%confidence interval(CI),1.04–1.55;P=0.017].Subgroup analysis suggested that the DVS of patients without full vaccination was significantly reduced in the PSNI *** proportions of runny nose and stuffy nose were apparently reduced in the first three days in the PSNI group or the control group,but there was no evidence showing that PSNI contributes to the benefit compared with the control *** PSNI can reduce the DVS of patients with mild and asymptomatic infection with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2 variant.

为了研究超声辅助深共晶溶剂提取枳实辛弗林的最佳工艺条件及该提取过程的传质动力学模型,本研究采用Plackett-Burman试验、最陡爬坡试验结合Box-Behnken响应面法对超声辅助深共晶溶剂提取枳实辛弗林的关键工艺参数进行优化,基于Fick第二定律建立超声辅助深共晶溶剂提取枳实辛弗林的提取动力学模型,通过测定在不同功率、不同提取时间下提取液中的辛弗林的质量浓度,对模型进行拟合验证,求解相应的动力学参数。结果表明,最优提取溶媒为一水甜菜碱-乳酸组成的深共晶溶剂(摩尔比1∶3,含水量50%),最佳工艺为:液料比39 mL/g,超声功率220 W,超声时间20 min,在此条件下,辛弗林得率为0.4284%,与模型预测值接近,且优于传统水回流提取法、85%乙醇回流提取法、超声辅助14%乙醇提取法、超声辅助70%甲醇提取法和超声辅助水提法。对动力学实验数据拟合得到的动力学一般方程和指数方程与动力学模型相关性良好,推算出了相应的速率常数、相对萃余率等动力学相关参数,拟合得到了半衰期和有效扩散系数回归方程,为枳实辛弗林的提取工艺优化和深入理论研究提供数据参考。
