Nine species of Prionospio complex are recorded from China＇s waters,including one new species and six newly recorded ***（Prionospio） pacifica ***.,is characterized by having first and forth pairs of branchiae pinnate,second and third pairs of apinnate,ventral crest on Setiger 9 and dorsal crests on Setigers *** kirrae（Wilson,1990）,Prionospio（Aquilaspio） convexa Imajima,1990,Prionospio（Minuspio） multibranchiata Berkeley,1927,Prionospio（Prionospio） bocki Sderstrm,1920,Prionospio（Prionospio） dubia Maciolek,1985 and Prionospio（Prionospio） paradisea Imajima,1990 are recorded for the first time from China＇s waters.

It is appropriate to establish underground pipeline network information system based on MapInfo software platform in many enterprises when taking account of the firm size and data amount. Since some functions of MapInfo in spatial analysis are not very strong relatively, it is difficult for MapInfo to fulfill some common functions about pipeline analysis such as spatial configuration, three-dimensional display, pipe exploding and so on. The thought and arithmetic to solve the above problems are approached based on respect theories of computer graphics and graph theory. A variety of function moduli have developed by means of senior computer languages and the system integration is realized.

Syngas produced from the gasification of organic feedstocks from biomass is one of the clean and sustainable sources of *** advantages of simple access and renewability of biomass energy can meet the energy needs of temporary power *** study presents a biomass power-generation system for vehicular *** biomass and a free-piston Stirling engine generator（FPSEG） as the primary material and prime mover,respectively,biomass energy is converted into electricity by combusting the syngas to heat the *** and key parameter design for biomass gasification and thermoelectric conversion systems within a power generation system were performed.A porous medium area was constructed using Si-C foam ceramics to obtain an energy-conversion experimental *** effects of bed height,porosity,porous-region diameter,and air-intake conditions on the power-generation performance were investigated,and optimisations were performed for the thermoelectric conversion *** rate of increase during FPSEG power generation first increased and then decreased with increasing bed height,peaking at a bed height of 40 *** increasing porous-region diameter accelerated FPSEG power generation,whereas porosity changes in the porous media did not significantly affect the rate of change during FPSEG power *** increasing air intake,the rate of increase during power generation first increased and then *** maximum change rate and the highest thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the power-generation system occurred at 9.5 m3/h and 6.5 m3/h（～45.1%）air intakes,*** the thermal inertia and combustion structure of the thermoelectric conversion system significantly increased the power-generation rate of the system,with 1.8 W/s being observed at a 9.7 m3/h air intake.

The paper presents experimental investigation results of crack pattern change in cement pastes caused by external sulfate attack(ESA).To visualize the formation and development of cracks in cement pastes under ESA,an X-ray computed tomography(X-ray CT)was used,i e,the tomography system of Zeiss Xradia 510 *** results indicate that X-CT can monitor the development process and distribution characteristics of the internal cracks of cement pastes under ESA with attack *** addition,the C3A content in the cement significantly affects the damage mode of cement paste specimens during sulfate *** damage of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)pastes subjected to sulfate attack with high C3A content are severe,while the damage of sulfate resistant Portland cement(SRPC)pastes is much smaller than that of OPC ***,a quadratic function describes the correlation between the crack volume fraction and development depth for two cement pastes immermed in sulfate solution.

快速建筑建模研究领域追求的目标包括模型的高精度、构建的高效率,以及对用户领域知识要求低、交互简单,而这往往互相矛盾.为了解决这些问题,提出了一种基于组件的多层参数建模方法,使用概率网络描述建筑和组件的高层参数,作为友好的用户交互接口;使用规则库描述组件低层参数,以指导高层参数生成低层参数;最后使用构建模板描述建筑构建过程.基于此,实现了徽派建筑自动营造系统,能够较好地完成具有真实构建流程、高精度徽派建筑的快速建模.实验结果表明了所提方法的实用性和有效性,且系统具有友好、简单的交互方式,扩展性好,用户无论是否具备领域知识都能获得良好的用户体验.

Isobaric enzymatic assays reveal depth-dependent variation in microbial ectoenzyme activities in the deepest ocean on Earth

Microbial ectoenzymes play essential roles in the transformation and mineralization of organic matter in the ***, conventional methods for measuring microbial ectoenzyme activities(MEAs) in the deep ocean under atmospheric conditions can misrepresent the metabolic activities of indigenous microbial communities. To overcome this limitation, we measured the activities of three microbial ectoenzymes(aminopeptidase, α-glucosidase, and β-glucosidase) under both atmospheric and in situ pressure conditions in seawater collected using pressure-retaining and non-pressure-retaining samplers in the Challenger Deep, Mariana Trench. In the case of aminopeptidase and α-glucosidase, the highest isobaric MEAs were observed in the surface layer(50 m), followed by those at abyssopelagic depths(4,000–6,000 m) for aminopeptidase, hadal realm(10,903 m)for α-glucosidase, while β-glucosidase activity exhibited the highest value at 10,903 m. Furthermore, the isobaric MEAs in hadal waters were commonly found to be higher than the decompressed counterparts, highlighting the importance of pressure-retaining sampling and isobaric enzymatic assays. The half-saturation constant(Km) showed a general decreasing trend with depth,suggesting that the deep ocean microbes might have adapted to the high-pressure and oligotrophic environment by increasing their ectoenzyme's affinity to substrate. Furthermore, particle-free MEAs contribute more to the total MEAs in the deep ocean than particle-associated MEAs, suggesting the significance of cell-associated and dissolved ectoenzymes in ocean *** study provides a foundation for future investigations of MEAs in the ocean and has important implications for understanding the dynamics of microbially mediated biogeochemical cycling in marine ecosystems.

Lead-halide perovskite nanoparticles（LHP NPs） are highly promising materials for next-generation displays and solid-state lighting due to their exceptional optical properties. However, their inherent instability presents a significant challenge. Recent advances have demonstrated that optoelectronic devices based on monolayer nanoparticle films exhibit both high luminescence efficiency and long-term *** research demonstrates that mobility limitations and anisotropic alignments in CsPbBr3nanocube monolayer films are key to their stabilization, hindering spontaneous growth through face-to-face fusion and resulting in the formation of connecting necks in a diagonal direction. Introducing laser irradiation confirmed this by significantly accelerating nanocubes growth, increasing mobility, and enhancing local structural ordering, leading to larger and more regularly shaped nanosheets. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy line-scan analyses indicated that laser irradiation did not disrupt the ligand structure. Transmission electron microscopy and correlative cathodoluminescence electron microscopy revealed the effects of post-growth and heterogeneous structures, including enhanced luminescence and inhomogeneous intensity in the nanosheets. These findings deepen the understanding of the post-growth mechanism of monolayer nanoparticles and the structure-emission correlation and highlight the unique role of laser irradiation in directing the formation of well-defined and regular nanostructures.

以NaOH和乙醇胺(MEA)溶液为吸收液,采用聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维膜组件为反应器,进行了分离模拟烟气中CO_2的研究。考察了操作条件和SO_2的存在对CO_2脱除效果的影响,并探讨了膜组件长周期连续运行时的脱碳性能。结果表明:随着气体流量增加,CO_2脱除率下降,而总传质系数上升;随着CO_2体积分数的增加,CO_2脱除率和总传质系数均下降;随着液体流量、吸收液浓度的增大,CO_2脱除率和总传质系数均上升。SO_2的存在会使CO_2脱除效果下降。连续运行15d后CO_2脱除效果显著下降,但通过N2反吹,可恢复至初始CO_2脱除率的85%以上。膜接触角测定及扫描电子显微镜观察表明,经30d浸泡后,膜丝接触角下降,疏水性减小,膜孔形变;经NaOH溶液浸泡的膜丝表面出现结晶体阻塞膜孔,而MEA溶液会侵蚀膜丝,这些可能是PP中空纤维膜组件反应器脱碳性能下降的原因。
