As human‐machine interaction(HMI)in healthcare continues to evolve,the issue of trust in HMI in healthcare has been raised and explored.It is critical for the development and safety of healthcare that humans have proper trust in medical machines.Intelligent machines that have applied machine learning(ML)technologies continue to penetrate deeper into the medical environment,which also places higher demands on intelligent healthcare.In order to make machines play a role in HMI in healthcare more effectively and make human‐machine cooperation more harmonious,the authors need to build good humanmachine trust(HMT)in healthcare.This article provides a systematic overview of the prominent research on ML and HMT in healthcare.In addition,this study explores and analyses ML and three important factors that influence HMT in healthcare,and then proposes a HMT model in healthcare.Finally,general trends are summarised and issues to consider addressing in future research on HMT in healthcare are identified.

Background Mixed-reality technologies,including virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR),are considered to be promising potential tools for science teaching and learning processes that could foster positive emotions,motivate autonomous learning,and improve learning outcomes.Methods In this study,a technology-aided biological microscope learning system based on VR/AR is presented.The structure of the microscope is described in a detailed three-dimensional(3D)model,each component being represented with their topological interrelationships and associations among them being established.The interactive behavior of the model was specified,and a standard operating guide was compiled.The motion control of components was simulated based on collision detection.Combined with immersive VR equipment and AR technology,we developed a virtual microscope subsystem and a mobile virtual microscope guidance system.Results The system consisted of a VR subsystem and an AR subsystem.The focus of the VR subsystem was to simulate operating the microscope and associated interactive behaviors that allowed users to observe and operate the components of the 3D microscope model by means of natural interactions in an immersive scenario.The AR subsystem allowed participants to use a mobile terminal that took a picture of a microscope from a textbook and then displayed the structure and functions of the instrument,as well as the relevant operating guidance.This flexibly allowed students to use the system before or after class without time and space constraints.The system allowed users to switch between the VR and AR subsystems.Conclusions The system is useful for helping learners(especially K-12 students)to recognize a microscope's structure and grasp the required operational skills by simulating operations using an interactive process.In the future,such technology-assisted education would be a successful learning platform in an open learning space.

Tuning Solvent Composition to Enhance the Stability of Metal Clusters in Mass Spectrometry

Electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(ESI-TOF-MS)has been recognized as a powerful technique for studying metal clusters’chemical composition and reaction mechanisms.It is a great challenge in mass spectrometry analysis to maintain the metal cluster molecules intact without fragmentation,which is achieved in this work by using mixed solvents to change the interaction between cluster molecules and solvent molecules,further affecting the fragmentation behaviors of the metal cluster in MS.Theoretical analysis reveals that the stability of the[(C)Au_(6)Ag_(2)(C_(18)H_(14)ONP)_(6)]^(4+)cluster in ESI-TOF-MS is related to the strength of the chemical bonds between its own atoms and the bonding between the solvent and the cluster molecules.

Nanomaterials-based artificial enzymes(nanozymes) with valuable enzyme-like catalytic properties have been booming during the past few years. Promoted by the advances in biological medicine and nanotechnology, nanozymes possess the potential to serve as an emerging agent for biosensing, immunoassays, detection and diagnosis, catalytic therapeutics, and other applications in the biomedicine field. Two-dimensional(2 D) nanomaterials are of considerable interest in biomedical applications due to their ultrathin layered structure and unique physiochemical properties. Inspired by the diversified catalytic performance of 2 D nanomaterials, scientists extensively have developed 2 D materials as bioactive nanozymes for theranostic nanomedicine. Here, recent advances in enzyme-like 2 D nanomaterials design and construction are comprehensively presented. Additionally, we exhibit that, with the synergistic effect of catalytic activities and desirable physicochemical performances, 2 D nanozymes can serve as versatile platforms with extensive applications from target detection to in vivo theranostic. It is believed that such promising alternatives towards natural enzymes will be of vital significance in the field of nanotechnology and biomedicine.

Effect of minor Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy

The as-cast and heat-treated microstructures and mechanical properties of the AZ91 magnesium alloys with and without minor Sc addition were investigated and compared in this paper. The results indicated that adding0.15–0.45 wt% Sc to the as-cast AZ91 alloy not only could modify and refine the Mg;Al;phase but also suppress the formation of the Mg;Al;phase. At the same time, the grains of the Sc-containing as-cast AZ91 alloys were also effectively refined. As a result, the mechanical properties at room temperature（RT） for the Sccontaining as-cast AZ91 alloys were effectively improved. In addition, adding 0.15–0.45 wt%Sc to the AZ91 alloy promoted the formation of the continuous precipitates（CP） during the aging treatment in spite of that the formation of the discontinuous precipitates（DP） was simultaneously suppressed. Accordingly, the Sc-containing as-aged AZ91 alloys obtained the relatively higher mechanical properties at RT than the as-aged AZ91 alloy.

Origins of black carbon from anthropogenic emissions and open biomass burning transported to Xishuangbanna, Southwest China

Black carbon(BC) has importance regarding aerosol composition, radiative balance, and human exposure. This study adopted a backward-trajectory approach to quantify the origins of BC from anthropogenic emissions(BCAn) and open biomass burning(BCBB) transported to Xishuangbanna in 2017. Haze months, between haze and clean months, and clean months in Xishuangbanna were defined according to daily PM_(2.5)concentrations of >75, 35–75, andling winds in different seasons.The yearly contributions to the effective emission intensity of BCAnand BCBBtransported to Xishuangbanna were 52% and 48%, respectively. However, when haze occurred in Xishuangbanna, the average BCAnand BCBBcontributions were 23% and 77%, respectively. This suggests that open biomass burning(BB) becomes the dominant source in haze months. Myanmar, India, and Laos were the dominant source regions of BC transported to Xishuangbanna during haze months, accounting for 59%, 18%, and 13% of the total, respectively. Furthermore, India was identified as the most important source regions of BCAntransported to Xishuangbanna in haze months, accounting for 14%. The two countries making the greatest contributions to BCBBtransported to Xishuangbanna were Myanmar and Laos in haze months, accounting for 55% and 13%, respectively. BC emissions from Xishuangbanna had minimal effects on the results of the present study. It is suggested that open BB in Myanmar and Laos, and anthropogenic emissions in India were responsible for poor air quality in Xishuangbanna.

Are mindfulness and self-efficacy related to presenteeism among primary medical staff: A cross-sectional study

Objectives: In ensuring public welfare with primary medical and health services,the primary medical staff faces new tasks.Increasing workload,and therefore degrees of stress and burnout,can influence job satisfaction and lead to presenteeism,which is defined as the appearance to be on the job but not actually working.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current worling situation and the relationship between presenteeism and mindfulness of primary medical staff and determine the mediating effect of self-efficacy on this relationship.Method: A cross-sectional survey was performed with 580 primary medical staff from 9 hospitals in Shaanxi province,northwest China.Presenteeism,mindfulness,and self-efficacy were measured by using a general information questionnaire,the Five-Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,the General Self-Efficacy Scale,and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale.Mediating effect was analyzed by a series of hierarchical multiple regressions.Results: A high level of presenteeism was found among 47.4% of the study participants.Presenteeism was negatively correlated with mindfulness(r--0.409,P ling for self-efficacy (β =-0.018,P> 0.05),the association was insignificant between presenteeism and mindfulness.Conclusion: The results identified the effect of mindfulness on presenteeism of primary medical staff is realized through self-efficacy,which also suggested to enhance self-efficacy on center location when developing management strategies for mental health education or training among primary medical staff.

Promotion effect of bulk sulfates over CeO_(2)for selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH_(3)at high temperatures

Understanding the influence of sulfates over catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR)is crucial due to the universal presence of SO_(2)in exhaust gas.Depending on the degree of sulfation,there mainly exist surface and bulk sulfates and NH_(3)-SCR activity is generally considered to suffer more from bulk sulfates.Herein,the unique function of bulk sulfates over Ce O_(2)in promoting hightemperature SCR reaction is revealed.Notably,compared with CeO_(2)dominated with surface sulfates(S-CeO_(2)-4h)and commercial V_2O_5-WO_(3)/TiO_(2),CeO_(2)with bulk sulfates(S-Ce O_(2)-72h)exhibits admirable NO conversion at the temperature range of 400-550℃.Bulk sulfates provide more Br?nsted acid sites with stronger strength for NH_(3)adsorption.Moreover,the oxidation ability of Ce O_(2)is significantly inhibited due to electron-withdrawing effect from bulk sulfates,which alleviates NH_(3)oxidation at high temperatures.More NH_(3)adsorption with high stability and limited NH_(3)oxidation capacity ensure the excellent catalytic performance for S-CeO_(2)-72h in high-temperature denitration.This work provides new insight of bulk sulfates in promoting SCR activity and open a new avenue to design de NO_xcatalysts employed at high temperatures.

To the Editor:Whether orthotopic liver transplantation requires the placement of an abdominal drainage system is a controversial topic.A number of studies have suggested that prophylactic placement of abdominal drainage systems do not improve the diagnostic rate of complications such as bile leakage and hemorrhage after liver transplantation,even increased the risk of infection[1–3].However,there is no uniform standard for the selection of drainage tube and how to place the drainage tube in orthotopic liver transplantation.The types and placement modes of the drainage tubes used in each center are different.If adequate drainage is not possible,it may affect the drainage efficiency,which may lead to the misunderstanding that“it is unnecessary to place the drainage tube”.Herein we aimed to explore the most efficient abdominal drainage in modified piggyback orthotopic liver transplantation,based on the types and placement modes of drainage tubes in our clinical practice.
