Glioma-derived ANXA1 suppresses the immune response to TLR3 ligands by promoting an anti-inflammatory tumor microenvironment

A highly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME)and the presence of the blood‒brain barrier are the two major obstacles to eliciting an effective immune response in patients with high-grade glioma(HGG).Here,we tried to enhance the local innate immune response in relapsed HGG by intracranially injecting poly(I:C)to establish a robust antitumor immune response in this registered clinical trial(NCT03392545).During the follow-up,12/27(44.4%)patients who achieved tumor control concomitant with survival benefit were regarded as responders in our *** found that the T-cell receptor(TCR)repertoire in the TME was reshaped after poly(I:C)*** on the RNA-seq analysis of tumor samples,the expression of annexin A1(ANXA1)was significantly upregulated in the tumor cells of nonresponders,which was further validated at the protein *** vitro and in vivo experiments showed that ANXA1 could induce the production of M2-like macrophages and microglia via its surface receptor formyl peptide receptor 1(FPR1)to establish a Treg cell-driven immunosuppressive TME and suppress the antitumor immune response facilitated by poly(I:C).The ANXA1/FPR1 signaling axis can inhibit the innate immune response of glioma patients by promoting an anti-inflammatory and Treg-driven ***,ANXA1 could serve as a reliable predictor of response to poly(I:C),with a notable predictive accuracy rate of 92.3%.In light of these notable findings,this study unveils a new perspective of immunotherapy for gliomas.

Mechanism of acupuncture for limb spasm of post-stroke spasticity based on GABA and BDNF/Trkb-KCC2 signaling pathway

A semi-analytical pressure and rate transient analysis model for inner boundary and propped fractures exhibiting dynamic behavior under long-term production conditions

The loss of hydrocarbon production caused by the dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures under long-term production conditions has been widely reported in recent studies. However,the quantitative relationships for the variations of the inner boundary and propped fractures have not been determined and incorporated in the semi-analytical models for the pressure and rate transient analysis. This work focuses on describing the variations of the inner boundary and propped fractures and capturing the typical characteristics from the pressure transient curves.A generalized semi-analytical model was developed to characterize the dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures under long-term production conditions. The pressure-dependent length shrinkage coefficients, which quantify the length changes of the inner zone and propped fractures, are modified and incorporated into this multi-zone semi-analytical model. With simultaneous numerical iterations and numerical inversions in Laplace and real-time space, the transient solutions to pressure and rate behavior are determined in just a few seconds. The dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures on transient pressure curves is divided into five periods: fracture bilinear flow(FR1),dynamic PFs flow(FR2), inner-area linear flow(FR3), dynamic inner boundary flow(FR4), and outer-area dominated linear flow(FR5). The early hump during FR2 period and a positive upward shift during FR4period are captured on the log-log pressure transient curves, reflecting the dynamic behavior of the inner boundary and propped fractures during the long-term production *** transient pressure behavior will exhibit greater positive upward trend and the flow rate will be lower with the shrinkage of the inner boundary. The responses of ecosystem nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) to drought are an important component of globalchange studies. However, previous studies were more often based on site-specific experiments, introducing a significantuncertainty to synthesis and site comparisons. We investigated the responses of vegetation and soil nutrientsto drought using a network experiment of temperate grasslands in Northern China. Drought treatment (66%reduction in growing season precipitation) was imposed by erecting rainout shelters, respectively, at the driest,intermediate, and wettest sites. We found that vegetation nutrient concentrations increased but soil nutrient concentrationsdecreased along the aridity gradient. Differential responses were observed under experimentaldrought among the three grassland sites. Specifically, the experimental drought did not change vegetation andsoil nutrient status at the driest site, while strongly reduced vegetation but increased soil nutrient concentrationsat the site with intermediate precipitation. On the contrary, experimental drought increased vegetation N concentrationsbut did not change vegetation P and soil nutrient concentrations at the wettest site. In general, the differentialeffects of drought on ecosystem nutrients were observed between manipulative and observationalexperiments as well as between sites. Our research findings suggest that conducting large-scale, consistent, andcontrolled network experiments is essential to accurately evaluate the effects of global climate change on terrestrialecosystem bio-geochemistry.

三维点云由于受到雾、雨和雪等自然天气条件的影响较小而受到了广泛的关注,在交通、能源和医疗等多个领域得到了广泛的应用,其中点云分类旨在划分三维点云数据的类别,为不同领域决策者提供信息,实现解决方案的制订,对自动驾驶、故障诊断和医学影像分析等具有重要意义。点云分类的应用前景广阔,但目前仍面临着诸多挑战。由于点云的无序性、稀疏性和有限性等特点,传统的图像处理和计算机视觉方法难以直接应用于点云数据分析,直接利用卷积神经网络不能有效提取点云特征,部分模型的特征提取不够充分,局部和全局的信息未能有效的利用,可能丢失重要特征信息。针对上述问题,提出一种实现点云的局部和全局特征相结合的多特征融合模块,并结合偏移注意力机制嵌入多特征融合模块实现较深层次点云特征的提取,同时引入残差结构充分利用浅层提取的特征,防止网络过深导致浅层特征丢失。在ModelNet40和ScanObjectNN分类数据集上进行训练和测试,并对实验进行了消融研究和部分数据可视化。实验结果发现该模型在ModelNet40上的分类总体准确率为93.6%,与PointNet、LDGCNN和PCT等模型相比,分类总体准确率分别提高了4.4、0.7和0.4个百分点;在ScanObjectNN上的分类总体准确率为83.7%,与PointNet++和DGCNN相比,分类总体准确率分别提高了5.8和5.6个百分点,具有较高的准确率和鲁棒性。

根据达朗贝尔原理建立圆柱状薄膜非线性振动方程并对其展开分析与试验验证.建立圆柱膜振动问题的控制方程组,依据薄膜振动物理方程与边界条件简化方程组并求解;得到圆柱膜非线性振动频率解析解,并通过有限元仿真对其线性解析解进行验证.结果表明,理论计算与数值仿真结果误差较小,有限元方法适用于柔性薄膜结构模态分析.采用三维激光扫描式测振系统测试圆柱膜在空气环境中的振动频率,利用有限元分析软件获得圆柱膜干模态和湿模态振动频率并提取空气附加质量系数.结果表明,圆柱膜振动湿模态测试结果与数值分析结果具有良好的一致性,地面空气附加质量对圆柱膜振动的影响与薄膜自身质量处于同一量级.

延安文人的思想经历了三次重要转变,这除了缘于前后不同的政策等因素外,特有经济生活的影响同样不容忽视。抗战初期,文人在供给制的经济生活中体验到了一种民主、平等与尊重感,这使他们在思想上表现出了对延安民主政治与集体生活的认同。“皖南事变”后,随着经济生活质量的下降、差异性的突显以及些许不合理现象的发生,文人改变了对前期延安的固有印象,并在文艺领域掀起了一股书写经济生活中“琐末的‘小事件’”的批评潮流。文艺整风后,作为经济行为的劳动进入了文人的日常生活,成了思想改造的重要方式。文人的思想、情感由此开始了“工农化”转向,显示出了“深入实际斗争”在思想改造中的意义。因此,讨论延安文人的经济生活及其生命体验,不仅可以还原他们极具特色的生活环境,也将为其思想转变问题打开新的研究空间。

Coupling of quasi-localized and phonon modes in glasses at low frequency

Boson peak of glasses,a THz vibrational excess compared to Debye squared-frequency law,remains mysterious in condensed-matter physics and material *** appears in many different kinds of glassy matters and is also argued to exist in damped crystals.A consensus is that boson peak originates from the coupling of the(quasi)-localized non-phonon modes and the plane-wave-like phonon modes,but the coupling behavior is still not fully *** this paper,by modulating the content of localized modes and the frequencies of phonon modes,the coupling is clearly reflected in the localization and anharmonicity of low-frequency vibrational *** coupling enhances with increasing cooling rate and sample *** finite sample size,phonon modes do not fully intrude into the low frequency to form a dense spectrum and they are not sufficiently coupled to the localized modes,thus there is no Debye level and boson peak is *** suggestion remains valid in the presence of thermal motions induced by temperature,even though the anharmonicity comes into *** results point to the coupling of quasi-localized and phonon modes and its relation to the boson peak.

“政务服务”是一次从职能意义上的管理型政府向实质意义上的服务型政府的回归,彰显了在内外部环境复杂深刻变化背景下政府“积极求变”和“敏捷应变”的治理逻辑。改革推进至今,“政务服务”已成为当代中国政府治理研究中竞相关注的重点议题。但综合来看,由于“本体论”研究视角的缺乏,关于“政务服务”的概念意涵、事项范畴、供需模式、改革前瞻等“基本问题”至今依然存在认知模糊的现象,这不仅影响了政务服务改革实践,也不利于形成适合中国政务服务改革情境的话语体系。在深化政府职能转变进程中,“底层架构”研究尤为重要,厘清政务服务“基本问题”自然成为理论研究中必不可少的基本任务。立足建设人民满意的服务型政府,需要在价值问题、理论问题和应用问题相统一的行为范式下统筹谋划政务服务治理空间,构建适应性政务服务理论话语体系。
