van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures constructed by lowdimensional(0D,1D,and 2D)materials are emerging as one of the most appealing systems in next-generation flexible ***,hand-stacked vdW-type photodetectors are not compatible with large-areaarray fabrication and show unimpressive performance in self-powered ***,vertical 1D GaN nanorods arrays(NRAs)/2D MoS_(2)/PEDOT:PSS in wafer scale have been proposed for self-powered flexible photodetectors arrays *** as-integrated device without external bias under weak UV illumination exhibits a competitive responsivity of 1.47 A W^(−1)and a high detectivity of 1.2×10^(11)Jones,as well as a fast response speed of 54/71μs,thanks to the strong light absorption of GaN NRAs and the efficient photogenerated carrier separation in type-II ***,the strain-tunable photodetection performances of device have been ***,the device at−0.78%strain and zero bias reveals a significantly enhanced photoresponse with a responsivity of 2.47 A W^(−1),a detectivity of 2.6×10^(11)Jones,and response times of 40/45μs,which are superior to the state-of-the-art self-powered flexible *** work presents a valuable avenue to prepare tunable vdWs heterostructures for self-powered flexible photodetection,which performs well in flexible sensors.

Background Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell (PASMC) proliferation plays an important role in pulmonary vessel structural remodelling At present, the mechanisms related to proliferation of PASMCs are not clear Focal adhesion kinase (FAK) is a widely expressed nonreceptor protein tyrosine kinase Recent research indicates that FAK is implicated in signalling pathways which regulate cytoskeletal organization, adhesion, migration, survival and proliferation of cells Furthermore, there are no reports about the role of FAK in human pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (HPASMCs) We investigated whether FAK takes part in the intracellular signalling pathway involved in HPASMCs proliferation and apoptosis, by using antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) to selectively suppress the expression of FAK protein Methods Cultured HPASMCs stimulated by fibronectin (40 μg/ml) were passively transfected with ODNs, sense FAK, mismatch sense and antisense FAK respectively Expression of FAK, Jun NH2 terminal kinase (JNK), cyclin dependent kinase 2 (CDK 2) and caspase 3 proteins were detected by immunoprecipitation and Western blots Cell cycle and cell apoptosis were analysed by flow cytometry In addition, cytoplasmic FAK expression was detected by immunocytochemical staining Results When compared with mismatch sense group, the protein expressions of FAK, JNK and CDK 2 in HPASMCs decreased in antisense FAK ODNs group and increased in sense FAK ODNs group significantly Caspase 3 expression upregulated in HPASMCs when treated with antisense ODNs and downregulated when treated with sense ODNs When compared with mismatch sense ODNs group, the proportion of cells at G 1 phase decreased significantly in sense ODNs group, while the proportion of cells at S phase increased significantly In contrast, compared with mismatch sense ODNs group, the proportion of cells at G 1 phase was increased significantly in antisense FAK ODNs group The level of cell apoptosis in antisense FAK group was higher th

Purpose-In the new era of highly developed Internet information,the prediction of the development trend of network public opinion has a very important reference significance for monitoring and control of public opinion by relevant government ***/methodology/approach-Aiming at the complex and nonlinear characteristics of the network public opinion,considering the accuracy and stability of the applicable model,a network public opinion prediction model based on the bald eagle algorithm optimized radial basis function neural network(BES-RBF)is *** research is conducted with Baidu indexes such as“COVID-19”,“Winter Olympic Games”,“The 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party”and“Aerospace”as samples of network public ***-The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper can better describe the development trend of different network public opinion information,has good stability in predictive performance and can provide a good decision-making reference for government public opinion control ***/value-A method for optimizing the central value,weight,width and other parameters of the radial basis function neural network with the bald eagle algorithm is given,and it is applied to network public opinion trend *** example verifies that the prediction algorithm has higher accuracy and better stability.

In this paper we present an infeasible-interior-point algorithm, based on a new wide neighbourhood N（ t1, t2, η）, for linear programming over symmetric cones. We treat the classical Newton direction as the sum of two other directions. We prove that if these two directions are equipped with different and appropriate step sizes, then the new algorithm has a polynomial convergence for the commutative class of search directions. In particular, the complexity bound is O（r1.5 log ε-1） for the Nesterov-Todd （NT） direction, and O（r2 log ε-1） for the xs and sx directions, where r is the rank of the associated Euclidean Jordan algebra and ε 〉 0 is the required precision. If starting with a feasible point （x0, y0, s0） in N（t1, t2, η）, the complexity bound is O（ √ r log ε-1） for the NT direction, and O（r log ε-1） for the xs and sx directions. When the NT search direction is used, we get the best complexity bound of wide neighborhood interior-point algorithm for linear programming over symmetric cones.

This paper considers a class of stochastic variational inequality problems. As proposed by Jiang and Xu （2008）, by using the so-called regularized gap function, the authors formulate the problems as constrained optimization problems and then propose a sample average approximation method for solving the problems. Under some moderate conditions, the authors investigate the limiting behavior of the optimal values and the optimal solutions of the approximation problems. Finally, some numerical results are reported to show efficiency of the proposed method.

Silicon anodes have been extensively studied as a potential alternative to graphite ones for Li-ion ***,their commercial application is limited by the issues of the poor structural and interfacial *** this regard,one of the key strategies for fully exploiting the capacity potential of Si-based anodes is to design robust conductive binder *** the amount of binder in the electrode is small,it is,however,considered as a critical component of Si-based anodes for Li-ion *** this review,a brief summary is given from the structural and functional aspects of the existing binders for Si *** particular,three-dimensional and multifunctional polymeric binders with excellent electrical conductivity,flexibility,adhesion prepared by chemical bonding,electrostatic and coordination interactions have become the focus of research,are expected to accelerate the practical application of silicon ***,some suggestions for the future development of Si anodic binders are put forward.
