In this editorial,we offer a summary of the risk associated with hepatitis B reactivation(HBVr)in the setting of both solid and hematologic malignancies treated with Bruton tyrosine kinase(BTK)inhibitors,with insights derived from current studies.Furthermore,we emphasize the critical need for a framework regarding robust risk evaluation in patients undergoing such treatments.This framework is essential for identifying those at increased risk of HBVr,enabling healthcare providers to implement proactive measures to prevent reactivation and ensure the safe administration of BTK inhibitor therapy.

To produce paraffin from hydrogenation/deoxygenation of palmitic acid,model compound of bio-oil obtained by hydrothermal liquefaction(HTL)of microalgae has been an attractive focus in recent years.In order to avoid energy-intensive separation process of water and bio-oil,it is of importance that deoxygenation upgrading of fatty acids under hydrothermal conditions similar to HTL process.Herein,it is the first time to explore the application of activated carbon(AC)-supported non-noble-metal catalysts,such as Ni,Co,and Mo,and so on,in the hydrothermal hydrogenation/deoxygenation of long-chain fatty acids,and the obtained Ni/AC-H(the Ni/AC was further H_(2)pre-reduced)is one of the best catalysts.In addition,it is found that the catalytic activity can be further improved by H_(2)pre-reduction of catalyst.Characterization results that are more low valences of nickel and oxygen vacancy can be obtained after H_(2)pre-reduction,thus significant promoting the deoxygenation especially the decarbonylation pathway of fatty acids.The total alkanes yield can reaches 95.9%at optimal conditions(280℃,360 min).This work confirmed that the low-priced AC-supported non-noble-metal catalysts have great potential compared with the noble-metal catalyst,in hydrothermal upgrading of bio-oil.

BACKGROUND The common clinical method to evaluate blood loss during pancreaticoduoden-ectomy(PD)is visual inspection,but most scholars believe that this method is extremely subjective and inaccurate.Currently,there is no accurate,objective me-thod to evaluate the amount of blood loss in PD patients.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 341 patients who underwent PD in Shandong Provincial Hospital from March 2017 to February 2019.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into an open PD(OPD)group and a laparoscopic PD(LPD)group.The differences and correlations between the in-traoperative estimation of blood loss(IEBL)obtained by visual inspection and the intraoperative calculation of blood loss(ICBL)obtained using the Hb loss method were analyzed.ICBL,IEBL and perioperative calculation of blood loss(PCBL)were compared between the two groups,and single-factor regression analysis was performed.RESULTS There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative general patient information between the two groups(P>0.05).PD had an ICBL of 743.2(393.0,1173.1)mL and an IEBL of 100.0(50.0,300.0)mL(P200μmol/L(95%CI:7.09-644.26;P=0.045)were independent risk factors for PCBL.The ICBLs of the LPD group and OPD group were 767.7(435.4,1249.0)mL and 663.8(347.7,1138.2)mL,respectively(P>0.05).The IEBL of the LPD group 200.0(50.0,200.0)mL was slightly greater than that of the OPD group 100.0(50.0,300.0)mL(P>0.05).PCBL was greater in the LPD group than the OPD group[1061.6(612.3,1632.3)mL vs 806.1(375.9,1347.6)mL](P<0.05).CONCLUSION The ICBL in patients who underwent PD was greater than the IEBL,but there is a certain correlation bet

Phenols are ubiquitous substructures in natural products and bioactive compounds.However,practical methods for the direct construction of phenols under mild conditions remain challenging.Herein,a photocatalytic acceptorless hydrogen-evolution aromatization of cyclohexanones or cyclohexenones at room temperature has been developed.The reaction features the visible-light and cobalt co-catalyzed sequential dehydrogenation of in-situ formed enol silyl ethers,which are regarded as a challenging process.This operationally simple method enables the synthesis of a series of phenols with diverse substitution patterns from cyclohexanones or cyclohexenones.Moreover,diverse substituted 1,2-,1,3-,and 1,4-benzenediols were obtained from cyclohexanediones,providing a general and straightforward method for the synthesis of phenols from simple starting materials under mild conditions.

BACKGROUND Early adenocarcinoma mixed with a neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC)component arising in the gastroesophageal junctional(GEJ)region is rare and even rarer in young patients.Here,we report such a case in a 29-year-old Chinese man.CASE SUMMARY This patient presented to our hospital with a 3-mo history of dysphagia and regurgitation.Upper endoscopy revealed an elevated nodule in the distal esophagus 1.6 cm above the GEJ line,without Barrett’s esophagus or involvement of the gastric cardia.The nodule was completely resected by endoscopic submu-cosal dissection(ESD).Pathological examination confirmed diagnosis of intra-mucosal adenocarcinoma mixed with an NEC component,measuring 1.5 cm.Immunohistochemically,both adenocarcinoma and NEC components were positive for P53 with a Ki67 index of 90%;NEC was positive for synaptophysin and chromogranin.Next-generation sequencing of 196 genes demonstrated a novel germline mutation of the ERCC3 gene in the DNA repair pathway and a germline mutation of the RNF43 gene,a common gastric cancer driver gene,in addition to pathogenic somatic mutations in P53 and CHEK2 genes.The patient was alive without evidence of the disease 36 mo after ESD.CONCLUSION Early adenocarcinoma with an NEC component arising in the distal esophageal side of the GEJ region showed evidence of gastric origin.

Trajectory Tracking Control for Under-Actuated Hovercraft Using Differential Flatness and Reinforcement Learning-Based Active Disturbance Rejection Control

This paper proposes a scheme of trajectory tracking control for the hovercraft.Since the model of the hovercraft is under-actuated,nonlinear,and strongly coupled,it is a great challenge for the controller design.To solve this problem,the control scheme is divided into two parts.Firstly,we employ differential flatness method to find a set of flat outputs and consider part of the nonlinear terms as uncertainties.Consequently,we convert the under-actuated system into a full-actuated one.Secondly,a reinforcement learning-based active disturbance rejection controller(RL-ADRC)is designed.In this method,an extended state observer(ESO)is designed to estimate the uncertainties of the system,and an actorcritic-based reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm is used to approximate the optimal control strategy.Based on the output of the ESO,the RL-ADRC compensates for the total uncertainties in real-time,and simultaneously,generates the optimal control strategy by RL algorithm.Simulation results show that,compared with the traditional ADRC method,RL-ADRC does not need to manually tune the controller parameters,and the control strategy is more robust.

Classical Chinese characters,presented through calligraphy,seal engraving,or painting,can exhibit different aesthetics and essences of Chinese characters,making them the most important asset of the Chinese people.Calligraphy and seal engraving,as two closely related systems in traditional Chinese art,have developed through the ages.Due to changes in lifestyle and advancements in modern technology,their original functions of daily writing and verification have gradually diminished.Instead,they have increasingly played a significant role in commercial art.This study utilizes the Evaluation Grid Method(EGM)and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to research the key preference factors in the application of calligraphy and seal engraving imagery.Different from the traditional 5-point equal interval semantic questionnaire,this study employs a non-equal interval semantic questionnaire with a golden ratio scale,distinguishing the importance ratio of adjacent semantic meanings and highlighting the weighted emphasis on visual aesthetics.Additionally,the study uses Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to obtain the key preference sequence of calligraphy and seal engraving culture.Plus,the Choquet integral comprehensive evaluation is used as a reference for IPA comparison.It is hoped that this study can provide cultural imagery references and research methods,injecting further creativity into industrial design.

目的研究整合素和N-钙黏着糖蛋白(N-钙黏素)介导的力学黏附对间充质干细胞极性的协同调控作用,并探索其力学生物学机制。方法构建双层聚乙二醇(polyethylene glyeol, PEG)水凝胶,分别修饰RGD和HAVDI多肽,实现与整合素和N-钙黏素的力学黏附,模拟整合素介导的细胞-细胞外基质间以及N-钙黏素介导的细胞-细胞间力学相互作用。通过免疫荧光染色表征整合素力学黏附、N-钙黏素力学黏附以及不同细胞内力作用下,有无接触HAVDI多肽的单细胞的极性蛋白磷酸肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, PI3K)和磷酸化肌动蛋白轻链(phosphorylated myosin light chain, pMLC),并用Image J分析其表达强度和极性分布情况。结果整合素力学黏附诱导接触组中PI3K和pMLC蛋白的极性强度高于非接触组,并使得接触组中PI3K蛋白与β-连环蛋白的极性夹角集中在135°~180°之间,pMLC与β-连环蛋白的极性夹角集中在0°~45°之间。抑制整合素的功能会抑制接触组中PI3K的极性分布,但不会改变pMLC蛋白的极性分布。N-钙黏素力学黏附对PI3K和pMLC蛋白的极性分布的影响与整合素类似,但抑制N-钙黏素的力学黏附作用,会同时抑制接触组中PI3K和pMLC蛋白的极性强度和极性夹角分布,并且会削弱整合素β1的极性强度,降低整合素β1与β-连环蛋白的极性夹角富集在135°~180°之间的细胞百分比。同时发现降低细胞内力会削弱PI3K和pMLC蛋白的极性强度及其极性分布,增强细胞内力会增强PI3K和pMLC蛋白的极性强度及其极性分布。结论整合素和N-钙黏素协同调控细胞蛋白的极性分布,N-钙黏素可以通过局部抑制整合素的方式在干细胞极性调控中发挥重要作用。
