系统级封装(System in Package,SiP)电路包含多个功能的裸芯片,具有尺寸小、功耗低、性能高等优点,应用广泛,但结构、功能复杂,如何进行可靠性评价越来越得到关注。针对SiP电路的可靠性评价问题,设计了一套SiP电路测试系统。该测试系统包含相应的软件和硬件,主要实现对SiP电路的实装测试、ATE(Automatic Test Equipment)测试和老化测试,使用该测试系统能够筛选出故障电路,实现电路的可靠性评价。

Achieving stable surface structures of metal catalysts is an extreme challenge for obtaining long-term durability and meeting industrial application *** report a new class of metal catalyst,Pt-rich PtCu heteroatom subnanoclusters epitaxially grown on an octahedral PtCu alloy/Pt skin matrix(PtCu1.60),for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in an acid *** PtCu1.60/C exhibits an 8.9-fold enhanced mass activity(1.42 A·mgPt^(−1))over that of commercial Pt/C(0.16 A·mgPt^(−1)).The PtCu1.60/C exhibits 140,000 cycles durability without activity decline and surface PtCu cluster stability owing to unique structure derived from the matrix and epitaxial growth pattern,which effectively prevents the agglomeration of clusters and loss of near-surface active *** characterization and theoretical calculations confirm that Pt-rich PtCu clusters favor ORR activity and thermodynamic *** room-temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells,the PtCu1.60/C shows enhanced performance and delivers a power density of 154.1/318.8 mW·cm^(−2)and 100 h/50 h durability without current density decay in an air/O_(2)feedstock.

With the rapid development of electric power systems,load estimation plays an important role in system operation and ***,load estimation techniques contain traditional,time series,regression analysis-based,and machine learning-based *** the machine learning-based method can lead to better performance,in this paper,a deep learning-based load estimation algorithm using image fingerprint and attention mechanism is ***,an image fingerprint construction is proposed for training *** the data preprocessing,the training data matrix is constructed by the cyclic shift and cubic spline ***,the linear mapping and the gray-color transformation method are proposed to form the color image ***,a convolutional neural network(CNN)combined with an attentionmechanism is proposed for training performance *** last,an experiment is carried out to evaluate the estimation *** with the support vector machine method,CNN method and long short-term memory method,the proposed algorithm has the best load estimation performance.

Solar thermal interfacial water evaporation is proposed as a promising route to address freshwater scarcity,which can reduce energy consumption and have unlimited application *** large semiconductor family with controllable bandgap and good chemo-physical stability are considered as good candidates for ***,the evaporation rate is not satisfactory because the rational control of nano/micro structure and composition is still in its infancy ***,by systemically analyzing the photo-thermal evaporation processes,we applied the hollow multishelled structure(HoMS)into this *** from the multishelled and hierarchical porous structure,the light absorption,thermal regulation,and water transport are simultaneously optimized,resulting in a water evaporation rate of 3.2 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),which is among the best performance in solar-vapour *** collected water from different water resources meets the World Health Organization standard for drinkable ***,by using the CuO/Cu_(2)O system,reactive oxygen species were generated for water disinfection,showing a new route for efficient solar-vapour generation and a green way to obtain safe drinking water.

Metal catalysts play an important role in the catalytic electrochemical processes and optimization of their performance is usually achieved through alloying with other metal *** with interstitial hydrogen atoms is a special but effective way to regulate the electronic structure of host *** we demonstrate the intermixing of Pd and Rh atoms during the hydrogen-doping process of Pd@Rh core-shell nanocubes,forming an alloyed surface in Pd@*** catalysts show enhanced performance in electrocatalytic methanol oxidation,as compared to commercial Pt/C and are even better than PdH@Rh core-shell *** small structural differences between the two hydride catalysts are revealed by X-ray electron spectroscopy and pair distribution function analysis of electron *** theoretical calculation results show that Rh in Pd@Rh-H contains more negative charges than Rh in PdH@Rh,indicating more effective charge transfer in Pd@*** d-band center(£d)of the Rh site in Pd@Rh-H shifts up,and the synergy between Rh and Pd optimizes the binding energy of CO and OH,inducing preferential catalytic *** work provides guidance for the synthesis of high-performance catalysts by doping with interstitial atoms,which may provide a new strategy to fine-tune the electronic structure of other bimetallic nanoparticles.

The multifunctional secondary metabolites known as cyclic lipopeptides(CLPs),which are produced by a large variety of bacteria,have become a key category of plant immunity ***-CLPs(PsCLPs)are extremely diverse in structure and biological ***,an understanding of CLP-plant structure–function interactions currently remains ***,we identify medpeptin,a novel CLP from Pseudomonas mediterranea that consists of 22 amino *** is synthesized by a non-ribosomal peptide synthase(NRPS)gene cluster and regulated by a quorum-sensing *** research indicates that medpeptin does not exhibit antimicrobial activity;instead,it induces plant cell death immunity and confers resistance to bacterial *** transcriptome analysis and virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)reveal a set of immune signaling candidates involved in medpeptin *** of a cell-wall leucine-rich repeat extensin protein(NbLRX3)or a receptor-like protein kinase(NbRLK25)—but not BAK1 or SGT1—compromises medpeptin-triggered cell death and resistance to pathogen infection in Nicotiana *** findings point to a noncanonical mechanism of CLP sensing and suggest perspectives for the development of plant disease resistance.

Fabricating single-atom catalysts(SACs)with high catalytic activity as well as great stability is a big ***,we propose a precise synthesis strategy to stabilize single atomic ruthenium through regulating vanadium defects of nickel vanadium layered double hydroxides(NiV-LDH)ultrathin nanoribbons ***,the isolated atomically Ru doped NiV-LDH ultrathin nanoribbons(NiVRu-R)were successfully fabricated with a super-high Ru load of 12.8 wt.%.X-ray absorption spectrum(XAS)characterization further confirmed atomic dispersion of *** catalysts for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline media,the NiVRu-R demonstrated superior catalytic properties to the commercial Pt/***,it maintained exceptional stability even after 5,000 cyclic voltammetry ***-situ XAS and density functional theory(DFT)calculations prove that the Ru atomic sites are stabilized on supports through forming the Ru-O-V structure,which also help promote the catalytic properties through reducing the energy barrier on atomic Ru catalytic sites.

目的评价基于小规模限制性在线课程(Small private online course, SPOC)的O-PIRTAS翻转课堂教学法联合虚拟鱼缸教学法在消化专业实践教学中的应用效果及评价。方法选择2023年4月—2024年3月在某医科大学附属医院消化内科实习的医学本科生130名为研究对象。随机分为对照组(常规教学模式)和实验组(基于SPOC的O-PIRTAS翻转课堂教学法联合虚拟鱼缸教学法)两组,每组各65名。课程结束后,比较两组的理论考核、临床综合能力考核,评价两组的教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床综合能力考核通过病史采集、病历书写、临床沟通能力、临床诊疗思维及策略、人文关怀五个方面进行多维度考核,结果提示实验组总体的临床综合能力成绩均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组的教学效果进行评价,实验组的教学效果更好。结论基于SPOC的O-PIRTAS翻转课堂教学法联合虚拟鱼缸互动的混合教学模式在消化内科的临床医学教学中,教学效果良好,学生满意度高,有利于师生互动,可广泛推广应用。
