The exploitation of new green polymerization avenues for the effective synthesis of polymers by reversible-deactivation radical polymerization plays a critical role in pursuing the development of polymeric *** this work,serials of deep eutectic solvents(DES)with intermolecular-hydrogen-bonding interaction were constructed as catalysts and medium for actuating reversible complexation-mediated polymerization(RCMP)for the first time,yielding methacrylate polymers with high monomer conversion and narrow dispersion molecular weight in both water and oil *** mechanism and elementary reaction of RCMP were explored deeply,revealing that the complexation of initiator with DES to generate radicals was a ratecontrolling step and intermolecular-hydrogen-bond was primary factor to inf{2.ence polymerization ***,the insights of density functional theory calculations revealed that negative electrostatic potential ensured nucleophilic *** investigation demonstrated the considerable potential of DES for RCMP,which is anticipated for other polymerization applications as a novel medium mode.

To investigate the compression-shear behavior of a new circumferential joint based on the sleeve-straight bolt combination type connection of large-diameter shield tunnels,a series of full-scale joint experiments was carried *** the process of the experiment,more attention was paid to the specimen displacement,bolt stress and joint damage *** the basis of these experiment phenomena,this study discussed the compression-shear bearing process of the new connector,analyzed the damage mode of the joint structure,and finally evaluated the performance of the new *** is found that the bearing process of the joint can be divided into four stages:the transitional stage for overcoming the friction of the concrete,the sleeve bearing stage for the sleeve bearing shear loads alone,the combined bearing stage for bearing shear loads by the connector system,and the structural damage stage for structural instability and *** speaking,affected by connector position and hand hole,the positive compression-shear stiffness of the joint is less than the negative compression-shear stiffness,and the positive shear strength of the joint is greater than the negative shear *** increase of longitudinal axial force will improve the compression-shear performance of the *** relationship between longitudinal axial force and joint stiffness is a logarithmic *** use of new type of connector can effectively improve the compression-shear stiffness of joints under low shear loads,but the application of straight bolts will lose part of the strength performance.

Indole-derived radical cations, open-shell reactive species, display distinctive dual reactivity due to the carbon-centered radical and more electrophilic carbocation, which frequently appear in a variety of single electron oxidation reactions for synthesizing structurally diverse functionalized indoles and indolines. Electrocatalysis is considered as a synthetically attractive and environmentally friendly alternative for driving the single electron oxidation of indoles. Remarkable achievements in electrocatalytic indolederived radical cation-mediated indole functionalization have been realized so far. This review comprehensively summarizes the recent progresses in the applications of electrocatalytic indole radical cations,including C(sp~2.–H functionalization, dearomative 2.3-difunctionalization, and ring-opening reaction, emphasizing the vital single electron oxidation steps of indoles, the substrates scope and limitations, and the reaction mechanisms.

As a serious cardiovascular disease,atherosclerosis(AS)causes chronic inflammation and oxidative stress in the body and poses a threat to human ***-associated phospholipase A2.Lp-PLA2.is a member of the phospholipase A2.PLA2.family,and its elevated levels have been shown to contribute to ***-PLA2.is closely related to a variety of lipoproteins,and its role in promoting inflammatory responses and oxidative stress in AS is mainly achieved by hydrolyzing oxidized phosphatidylcholine(ox PC)to produce lysophosphatidylcholine(lyso PC).Moreover,macrophage apoptosis within plaque is promoted by localized Lp-PLA2.which also promotes plaque *** paper reviews those researches of Chinese medicine in treating AS via reducing Lp-PLA2.levels to guide future experimental studies and clinical applications related to AS.

Low-temperature,ambient processing of high-quality CsPbBr_(3)films is demanded for scalable production of efficient,low-cost carbon-electrode perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we demonstrate a crystal orientation engineering strategy of PbBr_(2.precursor film to accelerate its reaction with CsBr precursor during two-step sequential deposition of CsPbBr_(3)*** a novel strategy is proceeded by adding CsBr species into PbBr_(2.precursor,which can tailor the preferred crystal orientation of PbBr_(2.film from[02.]into[031],with CsBr additive staying in the film as CsPb_(2.Br_(5)*** calculations show that the reaction energy barrier of(031)planes of PbBr_(2.with CsBr is lower about 2.2. eV than that of(O2.)***,CsPbBr_(3)films with full coverage,high purity,high crystallinity,micro-sized grains can be obtained at a low temperature of 150℃.Carbon-electrode PSCs with these desired CsPbBr_(3)films yield the record-high efficiency of 10.2.%coupled with excellent operation ***,the 1 cm^(2.area one with the superior efficiency of 8.00%as well as the flexible one with the champion efficiency of 8.2.%and excellent mechanical bending characteristics are also achieved.

Colonic mucus and gut microbiota closely linked through mutual regulatory effect. While their alterations during sepsis and whether glutamine can maintain the colonic mucus barrier and gut microbiota stability are unclear. Cecal ligation and puncture-induced sepsis in mice was utilized to observe changes in colonic mucus， gut microbiota， and their interaction with glutamine intervention. Our findings indicated that glutamine mitigated sepsis-induced intestinal damage and restores colonic mucus barrier function by augmenting mucin synthesis. Further analysis revealed that goblet cells were under oxidative stress after sepsis， resulting in anterior gradient-2.(AGR2.， the key mucin-modifying enzyme， being dissynthesized， and inhibiting mucin2.(MUC2. maturation. glutamine could ameliorates this situation by promoting the key enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) glycosylation in the pentose phosphate pathway， increasing the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) synthesis， reducing endoplasmic reticulum stress， and accelerating AGR2.synthesis and MUC2.maturation. Additionally， glutamine aided in maintaining gut microbiota stability during sepsis， up-regulating mucin-associated bacteria such as Akkermansia and Alistipes. These bacteria， intimately linked to mucin synthesis and degradation， may impact intestinal mucus stability. In conclusion， glutamine can maintain goblet cell redox balance， promotes AGR2.synthesis and MUC2.maturation， shields the mucus barrier， and potentially maintains gut microbiota stability by regulating the interaction between bacteria and mucus， thus alleviating sepsis-induced intestinal damage.
