The intricate hierarchical structure of musculoskeletal tissues,including bone and interface tissues,necessitates the use of complex scaffold designs and material structures to serve as tissue-engineered *** has led to growing interest in the development of gradient bone scaffolds with hierarchical structures mimicking the extracellular matrix of native tissues to achieve improved therapeutic *** on the anatomical characteristics of bone and interfacial tissues,this review provides a summary of current strategies used to design and fabricate biomimetic gradient scaffolds for repairing musculoskeletal tissues,specifically focusing on methods used to construct compositional and structural gradients within the *** latest applications of gradient scaffolds for the regeneration of bone,osteochondral,and tendon-to-bone interfaces are ***,the current progress of testing gradient scaffolds in physiologically relevant animal models of skeletal repair is discussed,as well as the challenges and prospects of moving these scaffolds into clinical application for treating musculoskeletal injuries.

以柠檬酸作为螯合剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成尖晶石型锂离子电池正极材料LiMn1.8-xCo0.2CrxO4,并用XRD和SEM表征其微结构,利用电化学测试考察材料的电化学性能。测试结果表明,所合成的材料具有完整的尖晶石结构,Cr3+的掺入并不会导致材料相结构的变化,说明Cr3+(d3)以替代形式进入尖晶石结构并替代八面体骨架中的Mn3+(d3)。Cr3+对Mn位的掺杂使材料主体结构得到了稳定且具有很好的充放电平台。

The durability of wear-resistant tetrahedral amorphous carbon（ta-C） coatings is intimately linked to their thickness and the concentration of *** enhance the lifespan of the coatings,we have prepared a multilayer coating consisting of alternating layers of Ti and ta-C,denoted as（Ti/ta-C）_n,using arc ion plating.A multi-layer structure in conjunction with stage cooling is employed to enhance the thickness and promote *** results indicate that the ID/IGvalue,representing the ratio of the intensity of the D peak to that of the G peak in Raman spectroscopy,decreases from 0.85 when no stage cooling is applied to 0.35 when stage cooling is employed,suggesting an enhancement in the fraction of sp3bonds within the *** obtained（Ti/ta-C）_n multilayer coating without peeling off has a maximum thickness of 1.14 μm,which is almost double that of the ta-C coating single layer *** the same time,the coating has a low coefficient of friction,down to 0.069,and maintains excellent friction properties with a wear rate of 3.4×10-6mm3·N-1·*** results conclusively show that the preparation technology can enhance both thickness and sp3bonding in ta-C coatings,significantly expanding their utility across tools,molds,and precision engineering components.

Advanced OER/HER electrocatalytic alternatives are crucial for the wide adaptation of green hydrogen ***,Ru/NiMnB spherical cluster pillar （SCP）,denoted as Ru/NiMnB,is synthesized using a combination of electro-deposition and hydrothermal *** investigation of Ru doping in the NiMnB matrix revealed significant improvements in electrocatalytic *** Ru/NiMnB SCPs demonstrate superior OER/HER activity with low overpotentials of 150 and 103 mV at 50mA/cm2in 1 M KOH,making them highly competitive with state-of-the-art ***,the Ru/NiMnB SCPs exhibit a low 2-E cell voltage of 2.80 V at ultra-high current density of 2,000 m A/cm2in 1 M KOH,outperforming the standard benchmark electrodes of RuO2||Pt/C,thereby positioning Ru/NiMnB as one of the best bifunctional *** SCPs exhibit exceptional high-current characteristics,stability and corrosion resistance,as evidenced by continuous operation at 1,000 mA/cm2high-current density for over 150 h in 6 M KOH at elevated temperatures under harsh industrial *** a small amount of Ru incorporation significantly enhances the electrocatalytic performances of NiMnB,attributed to increased active sites and improved intrinsic properties such as conductivity,adsorption/desorption capability and reaction ***,Ru/NiMnB SCPs present a promising bi-functional electrode concept for efficient green H2production.

In the survey of fishery resources,the sampling design will directly impact the accuracy of the estimation of the ***,it is necessary to optimize the sampling design to increase the quality of fishery *** distribution and abundance of fisheries resource estimated based on the bottom trawl survey data in the Changjiang River(Yangtze River)Estuary-Hangzhou Bay and its adjacent waters in 2007 were used to simulate the"true"*** the abundance index of Portunus trituberculatus were calculated and compared with its true index to evaluate the impacts of different sampling designs on the abundance *** sampling methods(including fixed-station sampling,simple random sampling,stratified fixed-station sampling,and stratified random sampling)were *** numbers of stations(9,16 and 24)were assumed for the scenarios of fixed-station sampling and simple random sampling without *** 16 stations were assumed for the scenarios with *** reaction distances(1.5 m,3 m and 5 m)of *** to the bottom line of trawl were also assumed to adapt to the movement ability of the *** for different ages,seasons and substrate *** speaking,compared with unstratified sampling design,the stratified sampling design resulted in more accurate abundance estimation of ***,and simple random sampling design is better than fixed-station sampling *** accuracy of the simulated results was improved with the increase of the station *** maximum relative estimation error(REE)was 163.43%and the minimum was 49.40%for the fixed-station sampling scenario with 9 stations,while 38.62%and 4.15%for 24 *** the increase of reaction distance,the relative absolute bias(RAB)and REE gradually ***-intensive area and the seasons with high density variances have significant impacts on simulation ***,it will be helpful if there are prior informa

An edge colored graph G is rainbow connected if any two vertices are connected by a path whose edges have distinct colors. The rainbow connection number of a graph G, denoted by rc(G), is the smallest number of colors that are needed in order to make G rainbow connected. A vertex colored graph G is vertex rainbow connected if any two vertices are connected by a path whose internal vertices have distinct colors. The vertex rainbow connection number of G, denoted by rvc(G), is the smallest number of colors that are needed in order to make G vertex rainbow connected. In 2011, Kemnitz and Schiermeyer considered graphs with rc(G) = *** investigate graphs with rvc(G) = 2. First, we prove that rvc(G) 2 if |E(G)|≥n-22 + 2, and the bound is sharp. Denote by s(n, 2) the minimum number such that, for each graph G of order n, we have rvc(G) 2provided |E(G)|≥s(n, 2). It is proved that s(n, 2) = n-22 + 2. Next, we characterize the vertex rainbow connection numbers of graphs G with |V(G)| = n, diam(G)≥3 and clique number ω(G) = n- s for 1≤s≤4.

The construction industry is one of the major producers of municipal solid *** there are many studies in municipal solid waste management,the research on the recovery of recyclable building material from construction sites remains *** paper addresses the optimal design issue of the construction and demolition(C&D)waste logistics network based on the features of the construction industry from the contractors’*** purpose of this paper is to provide an optimal C&D waste recycling network decision(RND)model considering the change of construction sites location over time.A multi-period and multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming model was developed to minimize the cost of C&D waste disposal for contractors,and to minimize the carbon emissions from C&D waste *** application study was conducted to assess the performance of the RND *** some sensitivity analysis experiments based on an immune genetic algorithm,the influences of environmental policies and carbon tax policy on improving the recycling rate of C&D waste and reduce the carbon emission were *** findings of this research suggest that:(1)a RND model with the feature of the construction industry developed in this paper can effectively optimize the C&D waste logistics network;(2)government policies and laws are valid political instruments to improve the recycling rate of C&D waste;(3)the carbon-tax analyses demonstrate that a carbon tax policy can effectively reduce carbon emissions.

Atomic-scale doping strategies and structure design play pivotal roles in tailoring the electronic structure and physicochemical property of electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)***,the relationship between configuration and electromagnetic(EM)loss mechanism has remained ***,drawing inspiration from the DNA transcription process,we report the successful synthesis of novel in situ Mn/N co-doped helical carbon nanotubes with ultrabroad EMWA *** calculation and EM simulation confirm that the orbital coupling and spin polarization of the Mn–N4–C configuration,along with cross polarization generated by the helical structure,endow the helical converters with enhanced EM *** a result,HMC-8 demonstrates outstanding EMWA performance,achieving a minimum reflection loss of−63.13 dB at an ultralow thickness of 1.29 *** precise tuning of the graphite domain size,HMC-7 achieves an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 6.08 GHz at 2.02 mm ***,constructing macroscale gradient metamaterials enables an ultrabroadband EAB of 12.16 GHz at a thickness of only 5.00 mm,with the maximum radar cross section reduction value reaching 36.4 dB *** innovative approach not only advances the understanding of metal–nonmetal co-doping but also realizes broadband EMWA,thus contributing to the development of EMWA mechanisms and applications.

Based on the Ricker-type models,the spawning stock-recruitment(S-R)relationship of Portunus trituberculatus was analysed under the impacts of environmental factors(including red tide area(AORT),sea level height(SLH),sea surface salinity(SSS)and typhoon landing times(TYP))in the northern East China Sea in 2001 and *** the traditional Ricker model,two other Ricker-type S-R models were built:Ricker model with ln-linear environmental impact(Ricker-type 2)and Ricker model with ln-quadratic polynomial environmental impact(Ricker-type 3).Results showed that AORT,SLH,SSS and TYP had great influences on the recruitment of *** SSS reached 29 and 31,recruitment decreased from 20.7×10^(3) million to 8.3×10^(3) million *** this case,recruitment declined,whereas AORT and TYP *** of the S-R model showed that the Akaike information criterion(AIC)value of the traditional Ricker model was 14.619,which remarkably decreased after addition of the environmental *** numbers of environmental factors were added to the Ricker model,and the best result was obtained when four factors were added to the model ***,Ricker-type 2 model,with the AIC value of-5.307,was better than Ricker-type 3 model(add above four environmental factors at the same time).The findings indicated that the mechanisms by which various environmental factors affect the S-R relationship are different.
