Important roles for reactive oxygen species （ROS） in physiology and pathophysiology have been increasingly recognized. Under normal conditions, ROS serve as signaling molecules in the regulation of cellular functions. However, enhanced ROS production as a result of the activation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate （NADPH） oxidase contributes significantly to the pathogeneses of vascular diseases. Although it has become evident that increased ROS is associated with erectile dysfunction （ED）, the sources of ROS in the penis remain largely unknown. In recent years, emergent evidence suggests the possible role of NADPH oxidase in inducing ED. In this review, we examine the relationship between ROS and ED in different disease models and discuss the current evidence basis for NADPH oxidase-derive＇d ROS in ED.

The energy density of non-aqueous carbon-based electrochemical capacitors(cEC)is mainly determined by the specific capacitance and operational voltage *** this study,we propose to construct an unbalanced structure to make full use of stable voltage range for improving energy *** stable voltage range is firstly carefully explored using cyclic *** an unbalanced carbon-based electrochemical capacitor(ucEC)is constructed with an optimized positive electrode to negative electrode weight ratio and voltage *** electrochemical performance is comprehensively investigated,including energy density,power density as well as cycle *** ucEC is capable to deliver an improved energy density up to 64.9 Wh/kg(1.4 times as high as a general cEC)without sacrificing the power density and cycle *** electrode properties after cycling are also analyzed,illustrating the change of electrode potential caused by unbalanced *** proposed structure demonstrates a great potential for improving the energy density at little cost of electrode design and cell configuration.

Lithium-ion capacitor(LIC),which combines the advantages of lithium-ion battery(LIB)and electrical double layer capacitor(EDLC),has a rapid development during last decade,however,the poor low temperature performance still limits its *** this paper,three electrolyte additives including vinylene carbonate(VC),fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)and 1,3,2-dioxathiolane 2,2-dioxide(DTD)have been utilized and their effects on the rate performance of hard carbon(HC)anode of LIC at various temperatures ranging from 25℃ to-40℃ have been well *** cell containing FEC shows the best rate performance at various temperatures and has the charge and discharge capability even at-40℃.For HC anode,the charge transfer impedance(R_(CT))increases exponentially at low temperature,while the equivalent series resistance(Rs)and the impedance of solid electrolyte interface(SEI)increase relatively *** low temperatures,the effect of FEC may be mainly reflected in its effect on the charge transfer process.

Background Deep venous thrombosis （DVT） can result in pulmonary embolism, a fatal complication that is due to the dislodgement and movement of a blood clot （thrombus） from a limb into the lungs. Genetic risk factors related to DVT development include mutations in coagulation proteins, especially the endothelial protein C receptor （EPCR）, a component of the anticoagulation protein C （PC） pathway. The objective of the present study was to analyze the relationship between the 6936A/G polymorphism in the EPCR gene and the occurrence of DVT. Methods This study involved 65 patients with DVT and 71 age- and gender-matched healthy controls. Peripheral blood samples were collected from all subjects. Plasma levels of soluble EPCR （sEPCR） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Genomic DNA was extracted and EPCR gene product was amplified by a standard PCR reaction. Gene product bands were sequenced to identify EPCR gene polymorphisms. Results In the control group, the level of sEPCR in subjects with 6936AG genotype was significantly higher than that in subjects with 6936AA genotype （（0.97_＋0.32） pg/ml vs. （0.61_＋0.24） pg/ml, P 〈0.01）. Similarly in the DVT group, the level of sEPCR in subjects with the 6936AG were greater than that in subjects with the 6936AA genotype （（0.87_-K）.21） pg/ml vs. （0.50-＋0.18） pg/ml, P 〈0.01）. The sEPCR level in DVT patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls （（0.68_--K）.32） pg/ml vs. （0.54_--K）.22） pg/ml, P 〈0.05）. The 6936AG genotype frequency in DVT patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls （P 〈0.05）. In contrast, the 6936AA genotype frequency in DVT patients was lower than that in healthy controls （P 〈0.05）. Subjects carrying 6936AG had an increased risk of thrombosis （OR=2.75, 95% CI： 1.04-7.30, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions EPCR gene 6936A/G polymorphism is associated with increased plasma levels of sEPCR. Subjects carrvinq 6936AG likely have an increased risk of thrombosis.

背景与目的:近年来,日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术(DSLC)的开展逐渐增多。由于患者的入院、手术和出院通常在24 h内完成,DSLC对手术安全性和效率有更高的要求。此外,一些超重肥胖患者的内脏脂肪组织过多可能会影响DSLC术中肝外胆道的解剖;吲哚菁绿(ICG)荧光导航可能帮助DSLC术中对胆道结构的识别,进而避免胆道损伤的发生。目前,ICG荧光导航在DSLC术中的应用鲜有报道。因而,本研究探讨ICG荧光导航在DSLC术中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2021年7月—2023年10月55例在浙江省人民医院接受DSLC的患者的临床资料,根据术中是否应用ICG荧光导航分为荧光手术组(22例)和普通手术组(33例),比较两组患者的一般资料、手术时间、解剖胆囊三角时间、预估出血量以及肝外胆道识别率,并分析超重肥胖(BMI≥24 kg/m2)对肝外胆道识别的影响。结果:荧光手术组与普通手术组的一般资料、超重肥胖患者占比、手术时间、解剖胆囊三角时间和预估手术出血量差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);在解剖胆囊三角前,荧光手术组胆囊管识别率、肝总管识别率均明显高于普通手术组(59.1%vs.21.2%,P=0.009;50.0%vs.18.2%,P=0.018);在解剖胆囊三角后,荧光手术组胆总管、肝总管以及胆囊管-胆总管连接处识别率明显高于普通手术组(100.0%vs.69.7%,P=0.004;100.0%vs.33.0%,P0.05)。荧光手术组与普通手术组超重肥胖间比较结果显示,在解剖胆囊三角前,两组的肝外胆道识别率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在解剖胆囊三角后,荧光手术组的肝总管、胆囊管-胆总管连接处识别率明显高于普通手术组(100.0%vs.25.0%,P=0.001;87.5%vs.16.7%,P=0.005)。结论:DSLC术中运用ICG荧光导航是安全、可行的;ICG荧光导航可以提高DSLC术中的肝外胆道识别率,即使在超重肥胖患者中,也可以很大程度上帮助外科医生清晰识别肝外胆道。

Soil phosphorus (P) plays a vital role in both ecological and agricultural ecosystems, where total P (TP) in soil serves as a crucial indicator of soil fertility and quality. Most of the studies covered in the literature employ a single or narrow range of soil databases, which largely overlooks the impact of utilizing multiple mapping scales in estimating soil TP, especially in hilly topographies. In this study, Fujian Province, a subtropical hilly region along China’s southeast coast covered by a complex topographic environment, was taken as a case study. The influence of the mapping scale on soil TP storage (TPS)estimation was analyzed using six digital soil databases that were derived from 3 082 unique soil profiles at different mapping scales, i.e., 1:50 000 (S5),1:200 000 (S20), 1:500 000 (S50), 1:1 000 000 (S100), 1:4 000 000 (S400), and 1:10 000 000 (S1000). The regional TPS in the surface soil (0–20 cm) based on the S5, S20, S50, S100, S400, and S1000 soil maps was 20.72, 22.17, 23.06, 23.05, 22.04, and 23.48 Tg, respectively, and the corresponding TPS at0–100 cm soil depth was 80.98, 80.71, 85.00, 84.03, 82.96, and 86.72 Tg, respectively. By comparing soil TPS in the S20 to S1000 maps to that in the S5map, the relative deviations were 6.37%–13.32%for 0–20 cm and 0.33%–7.09%for 0–100 cm. Moreover, since the S20 map had the lowest relative deviation among different mapping scales as compared to S5, it could provide additional soil information and a richer soil environment than other smaller mapping scales. Our results also revealed that many uncertainties in soil TPS estimation originated from the lack of detailed soil information, i.e., representation and spatial variations among different soil types. From the time and labor perspectives, our work provides useful guidelines to identify the appropriate mapping scale for estimating regional soil TPS in areas like Fujian Province in subtropical China or other places with similar complex topographies. 软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta)因其独特的风味和丰富的营养价值而备受人们的喜爱,而由丁香假单胞菌的变种(Pseudomonas syringae ***,Psa)引起的软枣猕猴桃溃疡病是其产业面临的一大难题。为探究软枣猕猴桃患病植株和健康植株对土壤元素吸收的差异,采用S型取样法,分别从大连润丰园珍稀果品开发有限公司和大连兴北园农业科技有限公司的患病植株和健康植株周围土壤取样,分析土壤中氮元素、磷元素和部分金属元素含量差异。结果表明患病植株周围土壤中的氮、磷、钾、钙、钠、镁、铜、锰等8种元素的含量均高于健康植株土壤。推测植株患病后,代谢能力降低,对多种元素的吸收能力减弱。
