Shrimp(Penaeus vannamei)proteins have been shown an allergenic potential;however,little information is available on the sensitizing and eliciting capacity of shrimp protein digestion *** this study,a bALb/c mice model was used to explore the allergenicity of shrimp protein sample(SPS)and their gastric and gastrointestinal digestion products(GDS/GIDS).As compared with the SPS groups,the GDS/GIDS groups caused lower specific immunoglobulins(Ig E/Ig G1)levels(Pbut higher than the control groups,indicating that the digestion products sensitized the ***,spleen index,mouse mast cell protease-1(m MCP-1)concentration and proportion of degranulated mast cells were significantly reduced in the GDS/GIDS groups(Pbility and histopathological changes of tissues were ***,the allergenicity of digestion products cannot be eliminated and still cause systemic allergic reactions in *** study showed that the digestion products of shrimp still had high sensitizing and eliciting capacity.

The accurate determination of geological age is a key to understanding the history and process of paleolake evolution and oil and gas exploration in continental lake ***,improving the accuracy of geological age has always been a difficult scientific problem.A 609-m-thick,continuous lacustrine mudstone and sandstone succession in Chezhen Sag(eastern China)provides an ideal middle Eocene sedimentary record for establishing a high-resolution stratigraphic chronology *** on spectrum analysis and sliding window spectrum analysis of the natural gamma(GR)logging data of well Che 271(C271)in Chezhen Sag,the periods of 405 kyr and 40.1 kyr were filtered by a Gaussian bandpass filter,and a“floating”astrochronological time scale(ATS)was *** total number of 405 kyr eccentricity cycles were 13.6 and 40.1 kyr obliquity cycles were 138 which recorded from the upper member 4(Es4U)to the member 3(Es3)of the Eocene Shahejie Formation,and the depositional duration was 5.53 *** Coefficient(COCO)analysis and evolutionary Correlation Coefficient(eCoCo)analysis found that the optimal sedimentary rate of different *** noise simulation revealed the history of paleolake water changes in the Middle Eocene in the Chezhen Sag,according to which four sequences are *** study shows that the lake level change of Chezhen Sag in the middle Eocene shows prominent 1.2 Myr cycles and an antiphase well-coupled relationship with obliquity ***,we propose a model to explain the relationship between the orbital cycle and lake level change in the continental lake *** the obliquity of the earth increases,the middle and high latitudes of the earth will be closer to the sun,the direct sunlight will be higher,and the meridional sunshine will increase,thus accelerating the evaporation process of lake basin *** the seasonal changes are obvious(maximum period of 1.2 Myr ultra-long obliquity),this effect is more signific

Fuel consumption is one of the main concerns for heavy-duty *** cruise control(PCC)provides an intriguing opportunity to reduce fuel consumption by using the upcoming road *** this study,a real-time implementable PCC,which simultaneously optimizes engine torque and gear shifting,is proposed for heavy-duty *** minimize fuel consumption,the problem of the PCC is formulated as a nonlinear model predictive control(MPC),in which the upcoming road elevation information is *** the solution of the nonlinear MPC is time consuming;thus,a real-time implementable solver is developed based on Pontryagin’s maximum principle and indirect shooting *** programming(DP)algorithm,as a global optimization algorithm,is used as a performance benchmark for the proposed ***,hardware-in-the-loop and real-truck experiments are conducted to verify the performance of the proposed *** results demonstrate that the MPC-based solution performs nearly as well as the DP-based solution,with less than 1%deviation for testing ***,the proposed co-optimization controller is implementable in a real-truck,and the proposed MPC-based PCC algorithm achieves a fuel-saving rate of 7.9%without compromising the truck’s travel time.

Regulated cell death(RCD)is a controlled form of cell death orchestrated by one or more cascading signaling pathways,making it amenable to pharmacological *** subroutines can be categorized as apoptotic or non-apoptotic and play essential roles in maintaining homeostasis,facilitating development,and modulating *** evidence has recently revealed that RCD evasion is frequently the primary cause of tumor *** non-apoptotic RCD subroutines have garnered attention as promising cancer therapies due to their ability to induce tumor regression and prevent relapse,comparable to ***,they offer potential solutions for overcoming the acquired resistance of tumors toward apoptotic *** an increasing understanding of the underlying mechanisms governing these non-apoptotic RCD subroutines,a growing number of small-molecule compounds targeting single or multiple pathways have been discovered,providing novel strategies for current cancer *** this review,we comprehensively summarized the current regulatory mechanisms of the emerging non-apoptotic RCD subroutines,mainly including autophagy-dependent cell death,ferroptosis,cuproptosis,disulfidptosis,necroptosis,pyroptosis,alkaliptosis,oxeiptosis,parthanatos,mitochondrial permeability transition(MPT)-driven necrosis,entotic cell death,NETotic cell death,lysosome-dependent cell death,and immunogenic cell death(ICD).Furthermore,we focused on discussing the pharmacological regulatory mechanisms of related small-molecule *** brief,these insightful findings may provide valuable guidance for investigating individual or collaborative targeting approaches towards different RCD subroutines,ultimately driving the discovery of novel small-molecule compounds that target RCD and significantly enhance future cancer therapeutics.

Participation in agricultural cooperative organizations is an important form of industrial chain organization expansion, but also an important way to effectively reduce industrial chain transaction costs and promote the quality and efficiency improvement of new agricultural business *** on the micro-survey data of 553 family farms in Xinjiang Corps in 2021, this paper uses stochastic frontier approach to measure the business performance of family farms in Xinjiang Corps, and discusses the action mechanism and difference in the influence of participation in agricultural cooperative organizations on the business performance of family farms. The research shows that participation in agricultural cooperative organizations can significantly improve the business performance of family farms through such mechanisms as easing the constraints of farm credit financing, reducing the transaction costs of agricultural products, and promoting the adoption of agricultural technologies. Compared with food farms, cotton and fruit and vegetable family farms have more obvious performance improvement in participating in agricultural cooperative organizations. Moreover, participation in agricultural cooperation organizations has a stronger effect on the performance improvement of farms in northern Xinjiang. It is found that the vertical extension of the industrial chain between”family farm+agricultural cooperative organization” and network marketers, chain supermarkets, industrial leading enterprises and agricultural production and marketing enterprises is conducive to the improvement of the business performance of family farms, among which the performance improvement effect of”family farm+agricultural cooperative organization+network marketers” mode is more obvious. The research provides a scientific reference for deepening the expansion of the industrial chain organization and promoting the quality-oriented growth of family farms in the new era.

The real-time dynamic deformation monitoring of offshore platforms under environmental excitation is crucial to their safe *** Global navigation Satellite System-Precise Point Positioning(GNSS-PPP)has been considered for this purpose,its monitoring accuracy is relatively ***,the influence of background noise on the dynamic monitoring accuracy of GNSS-PPP remains ***,it is imperative to further validate the feasibility of GNSS-PPP for deformation monitoring of offshore *** address these concerns,vibration table tests with different amplitudes and frequencies are *** results demonstrate that GNSS-PPP can effectively monitor horizontal vibration displacement as low as±30 mm,which is consistent with ***,the spectral characteristic of background noise in GNSS-PPP is similar to that of GNSS-RTK(Real Time Kinematic).building on this observation,an improved Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise(CEEMDAN)has been proposed to de-noise the data and enhance the dynamic monitoring accuracy of *** monitoring application research is also undertaken,successfully extracting and analyzing the dynamic deformation of an offshore platform structure under environmental excitation using GNSS-PPP monitoring in conjunction with improved CEEMDAN *** comparing the de-noised dynamic deformation trajectories of the offshore platform during different periods,it is observed that the platform exhibits reversible alternating vibration responses under environmental excitation,with more pronounced displacement deformation in the direction of load *** research results confirm the feasibility and potential of GNSS-PPP for dynamic deformation monitoring of offshore platforms.

Using Longitudinal Fins to Improve the Melting Performance of Stearic Acid in Thermal Energy Storage Devices

The heat transfer efficiency of a thermal energy storage unit(TESU)can be improved by the addition of novel longitudinal fins.A series of TESUs are analyzed using the finite volume method(FVM)to determine the effect of fin angle on the heat transfer *** the fin angle increases,the TES rate first increases,then decreases,reaching a maximum rate at 60°,where the melting time is less by 30.9%,28.58%,21.99%,9.02%,and 18.1%than at 0°,15°,30°,45°,and 80°,*** addition,it is found that the melting time of the phase change material is significantly greater at the bottom of the *** time percentage of this stage decreases as the fin angle increases through these percentages by 7%,14%,23%,33%,and 20%,***,the response surface methodology(RSM)is applied to optimize the longitudinal fin by minimizing the total melting *** analysis concludes that a fin angle of 58.68°reduces the complete melting time of the stearic acid by 44%below the time at 0°.These findings fill a gap in knowledge of the effect on melting performance of the design angle of longitudinal fins and provide a reference for the design of horizontally placed longitudinal finned thermal energy storage units.

The conversion of waste polylactic acid（PLA） plastics into high-value-added chemicals through electrochemical methods is a promising and sustainable ***,developing efficient and highly selective catalysts for lactic acid oxidation reaction（LAOR） and understanding the reaction process are ***,we report the electrooxidation of waste PLA to acetate at a high current density of 100 mA cm-2 with high Faraday efficiency（～95%） and excellent stability（>100 h） over a nickel selenide nanosheet *** addition,a total Faraday efficiency of up to 190% was achieved for carboxylic acids,including acetic acid and formic acid,by coupling with the cathodic CO2reduction *** situ experimental results and theoretical simulations revealed that the catalytic activity center of LAOR was dynamically formed NiOOH species,and the surface-adsorbed SeOxspecies accelerated the formation of Ni3+species,thus promoting catalytic *** mechanism of lactic acid electrooxidation was further *** acid was dehydrogenated to produce pyruvate first and then formed CH3CO due to preferential C-C bond cleavage,resulting in the presence of *** work demonstrated a sustainable method for recycling waste PLA and CO2into high-value-added products.

big Data Access Control Mechanism based on Two-Layer Permission Decision Structure

big data resources are characterized by large scale, wide sources, and strong dynamics. Existing access controlmechanisms based on manual policy formulation by security experts suffer from drawbacks such as low policymanagement efficiency and difficulty in accurately describing the access control policy. To overcome theseproblems, this paper proposes a big data access control mechanism based on a two-layer permission decisionstructure. This mechanism extends the attribute-based access control (AbAC) model. business attributes areintroduced in the AbAC model as business constraints between entities. The proposed mechanism implementsa two-layer permission decision structure composed of the inherent attributes of access control entities and thebusiness attributes, which constitute the general permission decision algorithm based on logical calculation andthe business permission decision algorithm based on a bi-directional long short-term memory (biLSTM) neuralnetwork, respectively. The general permission decision algorithm is used to implement accurate policy decisions,while the business permission decision algorithm implements fuzzy decisions based on the business *** biLSTM neural network is used to calculate the similarity of the business attributes to realize intelligent,adaptive, and efficient access control permission decisions. Through the two-layer permission decision structure,the complex and diverse big data access control management requirements can be satisfied by considering thesecurity and availability of resources. Experimental results show that the proposed mechanism is effective andreliable. In summary, it can efficiently support the secure sharing of big data resources.
