BACKGROUND Cirrhosis is a common liver disease,and ascites is one of the common clinical ***,the clinical manifestations of ascites combined with hyponatremia as a high-risk condition and its relationship to patient prognosis have not been fully *** To explore the clinical manifestations,prognostic factors,and relationships of ascites with hyponatremia in patients with cirrhosis to provide better diagnostic and treatment *** In this study,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 150 patients diagnosed with cirrhosis and ascites between 2017 and *** were divided into two groups:ascites combined with hyponatremia group and ascites *** compared the general characteristics,degree of hyponatremia,complications,treatment,and prognosis between the two *** In the study results,patients in the ascites combined with hyponatremia group showed an older average age(58.2±8.9 years),64.4%were male,and had a significantly longer hospitalization time(12.7±5.3 d).Hyponatremia was more severe in this group,with a mean serum sodium concentration of 128.5±4.3 mmol/L,which was significantly different from the ascites group of 137.6±2.1 mmol/*** with ascites and hyponatremia were more likely to develop hepatic encephalopathy(56.2%vs 39.0%),renal impairment(45.2%vs 28.6%)and infection(37.0%vs 23.4%).Regarding treatment,this group more frequently used diuretics(80.8%vs 62.3%)and salt supplements(60.3%vs 38.9%).Multiple logistic regression analysis identified older age[Odds ratio(OR)=1.06,P=0.025]and male gender(OR=1.72,P=0.020)as risk factors for hyponatremia combined with ***,patients with ascites and hyponatremia present a clear high-risk status,accompanied by severe complications and poor *** In patients with cirrhosis,ascites with hyponatremia is a high-risk condition that is often associated with severe complications.

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Bufei Jiedu(BFJD) Granules as adjuvant therapy for patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-PTB). Methods: A large-scale, multi-center, double-blinded, and randomized controlled trial was conducted in 18 sentinel hospitals in China from December 2012 to December 2016. A total of 312 MDR-PTB patients were randomly assigned to BFJD Granules or placebo groups(1:1) using a stratified randomization method, which both received the long-course chemotherapy regimen for 18 months(6 Am-Lfx-P-Z-Pto, 12 Lfx-P-Z-Pto). Meanwhile, patients in both groups also received BFJD Granules or placebo twice a day for a total of 18 months, respectively. The primary outcome was cure rate. The secondary outcomes included time to sputum-culture conversion, changes in lung cavities and quality of life(QoL) of patients. Adverse reactions were monitored during and after the trial. Results: A total of 216 cases completed the trial, 111 in the BFJD Granules group and 105 in the placebo group. BFJD Granules, as adjuvant treatment, increased the cure rate by 13.6% at the end of treatment, compared with the placebo(58.4% vs. 44.8%, P=0.02), and accelerated the median time to sputum-culture conversion(5 months vs. 11 months). The cavity closure rate of the BFJD Granules group(50.6%, 43/85) was higher than that of the placebo group(32.1%, 26/81;P=0.02) in patients who completed the treatment. At the end of the intensive treatment, according to the 36-item Short Form, the BFJD Granules significantly improved physical functioning, general health, and vitality of patients relative to the placebo group(all P<0.01). Overall, the death rates in the two groups were not significantly different;5.1%(8/156) in the BFJD Granules group and 2.6%(4/156) in the placebo group. Cytokines including tumor necrosis factor, interleukins, interferons, and chemokines are abundantly produced in various diseases. As pleiotropic factors, cytokines are involved in nearly every aspect of cellular functions such as migration, survival, proliferation, and differentiation. Oligodendrocytes are the myelin-forming cells in the central nervous system and play critical roles in the conduction of action potentials, supply of metabolic components for axons, and other functions. Emerging evidence suggests that both oligodendrocytes and oligodendrocyte precursor cells are vulnerable to cytokines released under pathological conditions. This review mainly summarizes the effects of cytokines on oligodendrocyte lineage cells in central nervous system diseases. A comprehensive understanding of the effects of cytokines on oligodendrocyte lineage cells contributes to our understanding of central nervous system diseases and offers insights into treatment strategies.

Horizontal segregation has been a constraint to the development and application of super-high bed *** eliminate the horizontal segregation of super-high bed sintering,several typical sintering machines were sampled and analyzed,and theoretical calculation was made to compare the bed depth and their differences in different areas within the mixture ***,solutions were proposed and applied to a 265 m^(2) sintering *** results showed that the horizontal seg-regation of the 265 m^(2) sintering machine was dominated by particles larger than 8 mm with horizontal segregation degree of 0.48,while 360 and 550 m^(2) sintering machines were affected by 5-8 mm and 1-3 mm particles with horizontal segregation degree of 0.27 and 0.31,*** analysis indicated the different segregation distribution results from the matching of the bed depth of each area within the mixture ***,the horizontal segregation degree not larger than 0.06 was achieved by optimizing the time parameters and the division of three zones on the 265 m^(2) sintering machine.

Based on 16 years of magnetic field observations from CHAMP and Swarm satellites,this study investigates the influence of the Interplanetary Magnetic Field(IMF)Bx component on the location and peak current density of the polar electrojets(PEJs).We find that the IMF Bx displays obvious local time,seasonal,and hemispherical effects on the PEJs,as follows:(1)Compared to other local times,its influence is weakest at dawn and dusk.(2)In the midnight sectors of both hemispheres,the IMF Bx tends to amplify the westward PEJ when it is0 in the Southern Hemisphere;this effect is relatively stronger in the local winter hemisphere.(3)At noontime,the IMF Bx intensifies the eastward current when it is0,it reduces the westward current;this effect is notably more prominent in the local summer hemisphere.(4)Moreover,the noontime eastward current shifts towards higher latitudes,while the midnight westward current migrates towards lower latitudes when IMF Bx is0 in the Southern Hemisphere.

Since requirement dependency extraction is a cognitively challenging and error-prone task,this paper proposes an automatic requirement dependency extraction method based on integrated active learning *** this paper,the coefficient of variation method was used to determine the corresponding weight of the impact factors from three different angles:uncertainty probability,text similarity difference degree and active learning variant prediction divergence *** combining the three factors with the proposed calculation formula to measure the information value of dependency pairs,the top K dependency pairs with the highest comprehensive evaluation value are selected as the optimal *** the optimal samples are continuously added into the initial training set,the performance of the active learning model using different dependency features for requirement dependency extraction is rapidly ***,compared with other active learning strategies,a higher evaluation measure of requirement dependency extraction can be achieved by using the same number of ***,the proposed method using the PV-DM dependency feature improves the weight-F1 by 2.71%,the weight-recall by 2.45%,and the weight-precision by 2.64%in comparison with other strategies,saving approximately 46%of the labelled data compared with the machine learning approach.
