基于径向半径偶次幂级数的相对畸变表达式在相机校准中被广泛地采用。对于一个具体镜头,它的物理精确性却没有可靠的理论做依据。基于自变量(径向半径和视场角)不同项数和幂次的组合多项式作为相对畸变的拟合函数,以Zemax软件平台上的一组已知镜头的栅格畸变结果为已知数据,借助于Matlab的最优化工具箱进行数据拟合。结果表明,包含径向半径2、3次幂的表达式在精度上更有益;基于视场角幂次的展开式可以提供更为精确的畸变描述;多项和高阶的拟合函数反而不利于提供一个精准的畸变表达。

Currently,targeted therapy is becoming one of the most popular means for therapeutic in clinical *** particular,Aptamer-drug conjugate is an ideal pattern that utilizes aptamer to specifically delivery cytotoxic drug to cancer tissue with negligible influences on healthy tissues.1 However,the delivery efficiency of single aptamer would largely limited to the amount of unitary receptor on cell membranes and the stability of aptamer.2 Herein,we describe the design of a bispecific circular aptamer（BisCAp） that can recognize two non-overlapping biomarkers on living cell membranes,which,in turn,enhance its binding and internalization *** BisCAp with drug modification has obvious cell cytotoxic on tumor cell lines compared to normal kidney ***,the in vitro stability analysis has demonstrated that the BisCAp is much more stable than single aptamer.3 This study indicated that the BisCAp strategy could be a novel strategy for enhancing the efficiency of drug delivery in cancer chemotherapy,providing an important insights for the formation of multi-target Aptamer-drug conjugates in cancer treatment.

Earthquakes pose significant perils to the built environment in urban *** avert the calamitous aftermath of earthquakes,it is imperative to construct seismic resilient *** to the intricacy of the concept of urban seismic resilience(USR),its assessment is a large-scale system engineering *** assessment of USR should be based on the notion of urban seismic capacity(USC)assessment,which includes casualties,economic loss,and recovery time as *** loss is also included in the assessment of USR in addition to these *** assessment indicator system comprising five dimensions(building and lifeline infrastructure,environment,society,economy,and institution)and 20 indicators has been devised to quantify *** analytical hierarchy process(AHP)is utilized to compute the weights of the criteria,dimensions,and indicators in the urban seismic resilience assessment(USRA)indicator *** the necessary data for a city are obtainable,the seismic resilience of that city can be assessed using this *** illustrate the proposed methodology,a moderate-sized city in China was selected as a case *** assessment results indicate a high level of USR,suggesting that the city possesses strong capabilities to withstand and recover from potential future earthquakes.

Stock price prediction is a typical complex time series prediction problem characterized by dynamics,nonlinearity,and *** paper introduces a generative adversarial network model that incorporates an attention mechanism(GAN-LSTM-Attention)to improve the accuracy of stock price ***,the generator of this model combines the Long and Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM),the Attention Mechanism and,the Fully-Connected Layer,focusing on generating the predicted stock *** discriminator combines the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and the Fully-Connected Layer to discriminate between real stock prices and generated stock ***,to evaluate the practical application ability and generalization ability of the GAN-LSTM-Attention model,four representative stocks in the United States of America(USA)stock market,namely,Standard&Poor’s 500 Index stock,Apple Incorporatedstock,AdvancedMicroDevices Incorporatedstock,and Google Incorporated stock were selected for prediction experiments,and the prediction performance was comprehensively evaluated by using the three evaluation metrics,namely,mean absolute error(MAE),root mean square error(RMSE),and coefficient of determination(R2).Finally,the specific effects of the attention mechanism,convolutional layer,and fully-connected layer on the prediction performance of the model are systematically analyzed through ablation *** results of experiment show that the GAN-LSTM-Attention model exhibits excellent performance and robustness in stock price prediction.

民主作为人类的共同理想,始终为人们所追求。但是为什么要追求这一理想,人们在观念上并不一致。尤其是对于民主的经济价值,往往未能得到普遍的重视。本文认为,民主能够营造良好的、稳定的、持久的社会秩序,而这种秩序是社会经济发展的必要条件;民主可以发挥人的积极性,塑造具有责任心、富有创造性的国民,从而充分发挥绝大多数国民的人力资源,而充足的、高质量的人力资源是经济发展的绝对优势;民主可以最大限度地降低政府成本,从而直接间接地提高社会财富总量;民主政治的运作成本往往低于非民主政治的运作成本。因此,民主不仅是人类政治生活的目标,而且也是社会经济发展的前提和基础。

目的建立一种基于5-乙炔基-2′-脱氧尿苷(EdU)和5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(BrdU)双标记法检测细胞周期S期时间(Ts)和总细胞周期时间(Tc)的方法。方法通过EdU和BrdU双重标记HEK293T细胞后进行免疫荧光染色,利用高内涵细胞成像分析仪采集荧光信号,统计整个细胞群中EdU阳性和BrdU阳性细胞个数,基于之前发表文章中的细胞周期计算公式,对其进行改进后,可精准计算出细胞的Ts和Tc时长,并利用建立的方法对人胚胎干细胞细胞周期时长进行计算。结果根据EdU/BrdU双标记的方法计算出人胚胎干细胞的Ts为10.9 h,Tc为15.3 h。结论基于EdU/BrdU双标记法能检测出细胞的Ts和Tc时长,是一种可以精准高效检测细胞周期的方法。

研究沙城产区主栽酿酒葡萄品种赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignion）、梅鹿辄（Merlot）、马瑟兰（Marselan）、西拉（Syrah）和霞多丽（Chardonnay）的果实成熟度、采收日期和品质等。结果表明,不同品种的成熟特性存在差异,主要表现在果实含糖量上升与含酸量下降的速率不同,降雨量对果实含糖量和含酸量的影响较大,不仅推迟成熟期,而且影响成熟度。供试品种果实含糖量一般为210~240 g/L,果实含酸量一般为6~10 g/L,糖酸比（M值）25。供试红色品种果实丹宁含量为2.31~3.72 mg/g,总酚含量为2.06~3.35 mg/g,总花色素含量为0.96~2.36 mg/g,不同栽植区域存在差异。白色品种霞多丽果实丹宁、总酚的含量,东花园镇极显著地高于小南辛堡镇。除梅鹿辄和霞多丽外,供试其他品种在东花园镇的采收期较小南辛堡镇的采收期晚半个月左右。
