目的:观察低分子肝素钠联合气压治疗仪预防产后下肢静脉血栓(DVT)的应用研究。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月新余市妇幼保健院收治的102例存在血液高凝状态的产妇作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组患者给予DVT基础预防处理和早期活动疗法,并在此基础上给予低分子肝素钠注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合气压治疗仪治疗,两组患者均连续治疗1周。比较两组患者临床疗效、DVT及并发症发生情况、凝血功能指标[凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]、股静脉血流情况和不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后DVT及并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.141,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后凝血功能指标均改善,且观察组患者APTT、PT、TT水平高于对照组,FIB、D-D水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.524、8.140、6.270、9.552、9.980,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后股静脉血流高峰和平均速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.353、20.819,P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钠联合气压治疗仪预防产后DVT效果明显,可改善患者凝血功能,促进其下肢血液循环,利于其身体机能恢复,提高治疗效果,且安全性较高。

Because DC conductivities of oil-paper materials can be easily affected by electric field and temperature,the electrical properties under electro-thermal coupling of oil-paper materials should be considered when optimising the insulation structure of valve-side winding of the converter *** on the finite element multi-physical field coupling simulation,the multi-objective optimisation of main insulation structure of valve-side winding is carried *** view of the high time consuming of multi-physical field calculation and the actual needs of an insulation structure optimisation,the Kriging method and technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution(TOPSIS)method are introduced,and combines them with NSGA-II to obtain a joint algorithm that can be used for the optimisation of insulation structure of the converter *** using the joint algorithm of multi-objective optimisation,the insulation structure configuration scheme of valve-side winding is *** can be seen from the experiment result that,on the one hand,the joint algorithm adopted can obtain the insulation structure configuration scheme that meets the design *** the other hand,when facing the configuration scheme optimisation under multi-field coupling,the computational time required by this method is only 0.15%of that required by original genetic algorithm.

Use of traditional mineral oil(MO)as a liquid insulation in transformers has spanned more than 130 ***,MO has poor heat resistance,a low ignition point,and is a non-renewable resource,which does not meet development requirements for high-performance and environmentally friendly insulation ***,researchers have explored alternatives such as natural ester(NE)and synthetic ester(SE)oils,as well as mixed insulation *** insulating oil is a blend of diverse insulating oil types,with optimal performance achieved by adjusting proportions of base *** article summarizes the innovative achievements and development of mixed insulation oil in terms of development of mixed ratio,basic physical chemical properties,electrical properties,thermal stability,and application including operation and maintenance *** these efforts,this article aims to provide recommendations for future development of mixed insulating oils to advance liquid dielectric research based on enhancement mechanisms.

Repeated blast impacts on personnel in explosive environments can exacerbate craniocerebral *** existing studies focus on the injury effects of a single blast,lacking in-depth analysis on the injury effects and cumulative effects of repeated ***,rats were used as the experimental samples to suffer from explosion blasts with different peak air overpressures(167 kPa~482 kPa)and varying number of repeated *** cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma was most pronounced for moderate repeated blast,showing approximately 95%increase of trauma severity with penta blast,and an approximately 85%increase of trauma severity with penta minor *** cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma from severe,repeated blast has a smaller rate of change compared to the other two *** severity of trauma from penta blast increased by approximately 69%compared to a single *** physiological,pathological and biochemical analysis show that the degree of neurological trauma caused by repeated blasts is higher than that of single blasts,and the pathological trauma to brain tissue is more extensive and *** trauma degree remains unchanged after double blast,increases by one grade after triple or quadruple blast,and increases by two grades after penta blast.

Objective:To assess the performance and advantages of HyperArc for radiotherapy of multiple brain metastases with dosimetric parameters with respect to coplanar volumetric modulated arc radiotherapy(c-VMAT),and characterize implicit correlations between tumor features and dosimetric ***:This retrospective study involved 40 patients with multiple brain metastases(4–16 tumors,12.8–240.8 cm3)who received simultaneous radiotherapy at the Department of Radiation Oncology,Shenzhen People's Hospital from January 2019 to December *** HyperArc and c-VMAT plans were designed by the same and qualified physicist using the Eclipse system with Truebeam.A single isocenter and a 6 MV flattening filter-free(6FFF)photon beam were used for radiotherapy of multiple brain metastases in each *** parameters of tumors and organs at risk(OARs)were compared between HyperArc and c-VMAT ***-lations between tumor features(number and volume)and dosimetric parameters were revealed and ***,monitor units(MUs)of both plan types were recorded to assess rays utilization and delivery ***:Compared to c-VMAT plans,HyperArc plans achieved higher maximum dose(D_(max))(5.23%,t=7.87,P<0.01),but lower minimum dose(Dmin)(3.94%,t=-2.12,P=0.04)and mean dose(D_(mean))(1.05%,t=-3.29,P<0.01)for planning gross tumor volumes(PGTVs).The conformity index(CI),homogeneity index(HI),gradient index(GI)and R50%of PGTVs with HyperArc were better than those with c-VMAT,with the improve-ments of 20.78%,1.68%,19.83%and 36.20%,respectively(P<0.01).The dosimetric parameters of OARs were significantly improved in HyperArc plans compared to c-VMAT ***,the D_(max)and the D_(mean)to the brainstem decreased by 16.14%and 11.37%,*** D_(max)for eye_L decreased by 16.88%,for eye_R decreased by 11.67%,for optical nerve_L decreased by 12.56%,and for chiasm decreased by 18.12%.Few correlations were observed between the differences of CI/HI/GI

It is an important means in management of improving both the quality and quantity of cultivated land to monitor grade changes in cultivated land quality. How to deploy monitoring network system and its point reasonably and roundly are the key to the technology of monitoring grade changes in cultivated land quality by monitoring grade changes in cultivated land quality dynamically in order to obtain the information to the index of cultivated land quality and its changes based on the existing achievements of farmland classification and grading. Spatial analysis method is used to demarcate monitoring area and deploy monitoring point according to ARCGIS,of which the result can meet the demand for monitoring grade changes in cultivated land.

To predict the number of newborns, we establish an non-equigap stage sequence GM (1,1) model. Above all, we construct a non-equigap cumulative operator and calculate the optimal multiplier. Then we use the genetic algorithms to solve the model. On this basis, we improve it and obtain the GM(1,1,α)model. We make a contrast of the predicted number of newborns in two models above and the data in the traditional GM(1,1) model.
