The glaciers on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)constitute critical sources of water for the proglacial lakes and many rivers found downstream.To better understand the evolution of glaciers and the impact of this on proglacial lakes,seven glaciers corresponding to continenṅtal,sub-continental,and marine climate types that are influenced by wester-lies and the Indian summer monsoon were selected for study.The evolution of the edges of these glaciers and their associated progla-cial lakes were identified based on the visual interpretation of Landsat TM/ETM+/OLI images.A dataset covering the period 1976-2020 that included the glacier and proglacial lake edge vectors was then created.The relative errors in the areas of the individual glaciers were less than 3%,and for the proglacial lakes these errors were in the range 0%-7%.The dataset was used to effectively compare the changes in glaciers and proglacial lakes that have occurred over the past four decades.The most striking changes that were found were the retreat of glaciers and the formation of small proglacial lakes.This dataset could also be used as a proxy to support research on changes in mountain glaciers,particularly their response to climate change and water resources.This response is of great scientific significance and is important in many applications,including assessments of the ecological problems caused by melting glaciers.The dataset can be downloaded from http://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00076.00131.

With the process of medical informatization,medical diagnosis results are recorded and shared in the form of electronic data in the computer.However,the security of medical data storage cannot be effectively protected and the unsafe sharing of medical data among different institutions is still a hidden danger that cannot be underestimated.To solve the above problems,a secure storage and sharing model of private data based on blockchain technology and homomorphic encryption is constructed.Based on the idea of blockchain decentralization,the model maintains a reliable medical alliance chain system to ensure the safe transmission of data between different institutions;A privacy data encryption and computing protocol based on homomorphic encryption is constructed to ensure the safe transmission of medical data;Using its complete anonymity to ensure the Blockchain of medical data and patient identity privacy;A strict transaction control management mechanism of medical data based on Intelligent contract automatic execution of preset instructions is proposed.After security verification,compared with the traditional medical big data storage and sharing mode,the model has better security and sharing.

本文利用中国气象局国家雷电监测网(CNLDN)的地闪观测数据集,分析了2010-2020年中国陆地区域地闪空间模态分布特征及其可能的气候成因.研究发现,夏季地闪第一模态的方差贡献率为32.86%,其分布从北到南呈现出“-+-”的经向跷跷板模式,当东太平洋和印度洋的海温异常增暖,西北太平洋的海温异常变冷时,在中国黄海,东海及热带西太平洋地区激发出气旋性环流,随着水汽南下至华南地区,与来自孟加拉湾的水汽汇合,上升运动在此加强,从而使得该地区的雷电活动增强.表明厄尔尼诺-南方涛动(ENSO)现象,是发生在中国陆地区域的地闪活动的气候驱动因子。

Nonlinear dynamics in a terahertz-driven double-layer graphene diode

By using the time-dependent hydrodynamic equations, we carry out a theoretical study of nonlinear dynamics in an n+nn+ double-layer graphene diode driven by terahertz radia-tion. A cooperative nonlinear oscillatory mode shows up due to the negative differential conductance effect. We use different chaos-detecting methods,such as the Poincare bifurcation diagram and the first return map, to examine the transitions between the periodic and chaotic states. The double-layer graphene diode shows typical nonlinear dynamical behavior with the DC bias,AC amplitudes and the AC frequency as the control parameters.

掌握大学生的阅读行为规律有助于更有针对性地设计阅读推广活动,提高大学生的活动参与度,深化阅读对大学生的影响,从而有效提升阅读推广活动的成效。为深入分析大学生阅读行为现状,通过问卷调查,从大学生的阅读动机、阅读时长、阅读环境、阅读载体与设备选择,以及阅读行为与阅读推广之间的关系等方面进行调查并展开分析,以期全面描绘大学生阅读行为全貌。研究发现,大学生的阅读行为呈现传统阅读与数字阅读并行的特点,阅读动机以兴趣爱好为主,阅读兴趣与阅读推广人显著相关,现场参加阅读推广活动的读者受益度更高。由此提出4条有效提升阅读推广活动成效的路径:兼顾传统阅读推广与数字阅读推广、开展支撑教学和科研的阅读推广活动、跨界合作打造第二课堂、创设沉浸式阅读体验活动。

Constructing dataset of classified drainage areas based on surface water-supply patterns in High Mountain Asia

The High Mountain Asia(HMA)region,ranging from the Hindu Kush and Tien Shan in thewest totheHimalaya inthe southwith an altitude between 2000 and 8844 m,holds the largest reservoir of glaciers and snow outside Earth Polar Regions.In the last decades,numerous glaciers and lake areas there have undergone tremendous changes with water redistribution.In order to increase understanding of the pattern of distribution of water resources,and their dynamic changes at the basin scale,a watershed classification based on the water replenishment patterns dataset was constructed.The input dataset are from the Randolph Glacier Inventory V.6.0 and the vector data of rivers and streams.Four datasets were thus obtained:Glacier-fed and Runoff-fed Drainage Area(GRDA),Glacier-fed and Runoff-free Drainage Area(GDA),Glacier-free and Runoff-fed Drainage Area(RDA),and the Glacier-free and Runoff-free Drainage Area(NGRDA),and the numbers of these four types of basins are 87,107,32,and 448 separately.The statistical results show GRDA has the largest surface area,accounting for 82.2%of the total basin area in HMA,mainly in the region of the basin with outflow rivers or streams.Dominated by small basins,the GDA area accounts for the smallest area,only 3.86%and the RDA accounts for 5.62%.For NGRDA,most are with small areas,accounting for 8.32%,and mainly distributes in the closed basin of the Qiangtang Plateau.This dataset provides a fundamental classified data source for research on water resources,climate,ecology,and environment in HMA.The published data are available at https://data.***.nl/download/uuid:d07d748f-d10b-4308-9626-199ef05cc9af/and http://***/10.11922/sciencedb.923.

目的研究口腔黏膜癌变进程中基于数据计算验证的固有免疫细胞和免疫检查点分子的表达趋势,并通过预测其交互作用,探索免疫治疗抑制口腔黏膜癌变进程的方法。方法 1)利用癌症基因组图谱对口腔黏膜癌变进程中的免疫细胞和免疫检查点分子进行全面评分,筛选出干扰肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸的固有免疫细胞和免疫检查点分子;2)收集血常规资料,对口腔黏膜癌变进程中外周血免疫细胞进行统计学分析,筛选外周血中可能影响口腔黏膜癌变进程的免疫细胞;3)对口腔黏膜癌变进程各阶段中基于数据计算验证的固有免疫细胞和免疫检查点分子进行免疫组织化学染色;4)采用特殊染色鉴定口腔黏膜癌变进程各阶段中基于数据计算验证的固有免疫细胞;5)对口腔黏膜癌变进程中基于数据计算验证的固有免疫细胞和免疫检查点分子进行生存分析,验证固有免疫细胞和免疫检查点分子与口腔鳞状细胞癌预后间的关联。结果在口腔黏膜癌变进程中,单核细胞、中性粒细胞表达呈上升趋势;嗜酸性粒细胞表达呈升降单峰趋势;肥大细胞表达呈下降趋势;免疫检查点分子细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关蛋白4 (CTLA4)和细胞程序性死亡-配体1 (PD-L1)的表达呈上升趋势。单核细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表达趋势与CTLA4和PD-L1免疫检查点分子的表达趋势正相关;肥大细胞表达趋势与CTLA4和PD-L1免疫检查点分子的表达趋势负相关。单核细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞可能促进CTLA4和(或) PD-L1介导的肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,加速口腔黏膜癌变进程;肥大细胞可能抑制CTLA4和(或) PD-L1介导的肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,延缓口腔黏膜癌变进程。结论干扰固有免疫中特定免疫细胞可在一定程度上调控CTLA4和(或) PD-L1的表达,抑制肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,延缓口腔黏膜癌变进程。

Spatial learning and memory deficits in young adult mice exposed to a brief intense noise at postnatal age

Noise pollution is a major hazardous factor to human health and is likely harmful for vulnerable groups such as pre-term infants under lifesupport system in an intensive care unit. Previous studies have suggested that noise exposure impairs children’s learning ability and cognitive performance and cognitive functions in animal models in which the effect is mainly attributed to the oxidant stress of noise on the cognitive brain. The potential role of noise induced hearing loss(NIHL), rather than the oxidant stress, has also been indicated by a depression of neurogenesis in the hippocampus long after a brief noise exposure, which produces only a tentative oxidant stress. It is not clear if noise exposure and NIHL during early development exerts a long term impact on cognitive function and neurogenesis towards adulthood. In the present study, a brief noise exposure at high sound level was performed in neonatal C57BL/6J mice(15 days after birth) to produce a significant amount of permanent hearing loss as proved 2 months after the noise. At this age, the noise-exposed animals showed deteriorated spatial learning and memory abilities and a reduction of hippocampal neurogenesis as compared with the control. The averaged hearing threshold was found to be strongly correlated with the scores for spatial learning and memory. We consider the effects observed are largely due to the loss of hearing sensitivity, rather than the oxidant stress, due to the long interval between noise exposure and the observations.
