数据缺失情况下配电网时间序列数据分类算法

【目的】在智能电网快速发展的背景下,配电网作为电力传输与分配的关键环节,其数据的有效管理和分析对于保障电网稳定运行、提升供电质量至关重要。然而,配电网数据种类繁多且复杂,涵盖了用户用电行为、天气情况、设备基础信息及营销数据等多个维度。不同类型的数据在采集和传输过程中,会因磁场信号、噪声信号、冗余数据等干扰出现缺失,不仅增加了配电网运行监控的难度,还为故障分析、状态评估及优化决策等工作带来极大挑战。【方法】为提高数据处理的准确性和效率,提出一种数据缺失情况下的配电网时间序列数据分类算法。根据时间序列数据在配电网中的分布状态,利用平滑算法去除数据噪声,从而显著提升数据的准确性和可靠性,优化因冗余数据干扰而产生的问题。对缺失数据进行增量填补,依据时间序列数据的内在规律和相邻数据点的相关性,对缺失数据进行合理推测和填补,保持了数据的完整性,同时确保了时间序列的连续性和一致性。计算不同时间序列的数据缺失情况,将高维和低维数据状态空间与单元、多元时间序列相结合,凭借维度映射得到数据维度因子,实现簇内分类。【结果】设计方法填补后数据均在原始数据附近,无冗余问题,且分类耗时点均匀分布,呈现出线性趋势,充分展示了其高效稳定的数据处理能力。设计方法分类配电网时间序列数据后,同种类配电网数据聚集且互不干扰,噪声数据大幅减少,相对差异值(RDV)始终保持在0.05以下,特异度在数据缺失率5%~35%的范围内均维持在95.0%以上,显著高于对比方法的91.5%和92.0%。【结论】设计方法通过平滑去噪、增量填补和维度映射等技术手段,有效应对数据缺失带来的挑战,提高了数据处理的准确性和效率。同时,验证了设计方法在保持高分类精度和快速收敛速度方面的优势,表明其能够有效应对数据缺失情况,显著提升配电网数据的分类效果和运行稳定性。该算法研究不仅丰富了配电网数据分析的理论体系,还为智能电网的运维管理提供了实用的技术支持,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

开展大型综合设计性实验是高校实验教学改革的一项重要内容。作为民办高校,面临学校实验室建设不足、开放机制不完善、师资力量薄弱、学生依赖性强、精品项目不足、教材不能满足教学需要等问题。我校近几年来采取了完善实验室个性化建设、打造开放平台、加强实验队伍建设、转变学生思维、拓展精品项目、自编实验教材等多项措施,有效保障了大型综合设计性实验的顺利进行,为生物制药这一新兴产业培养出了一批批高素质的应用型人才。

Black phosphorus(BP) nanomaterials have attracted extensive attention due to their unique physical,chemical, and biological properties. In this study, small BP nanoparticles were synthesized and modified with dextran and poly(ethyleneimine) for functionalization with folic acid and cyanine 7. The functionalized BP nanoparticles exhibit excellent biocompatibility, stability, and near infrared optical properties for targeted imaging of tumors through photoacoustic imaging and near-infrared fluorescence *** also display high photothermal conversion efficiency for photothermal therapy of cancer. This work demonstrates the potential of functionalized small BP nanoparticles as an emerging nanotheranostic agent for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

目的探讨魔学院平台联合工作坊应用于基层医院新入职护士岗前培训的效果。方法按时间分段法，将80名新入职护士分为对照组和观察组，各40名，对照组按传统培训模式实施岗前培训，观察组采用魔学院平台联合工作坊方式实施培训，对比两组理论知识、操作技能考核成绩以及临床实践能力等培训效果和满意度。结果培训后观察组理论知识、操作技能考核成绩，Mini-CEX评分及培训满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论应用魔学院平台联合工作坊方式对基层医院新入职护士进行岗前培训，有利于调动新入职护士学习的主动性和积极性，提高护士的理论知识和护理操作技能成绩、临床综合能力，提升其培训满意度。

Objective:In order to explore the systematical regulatory mechanism of Kushen(Sophora flavescens,SF)on inflammation and cancer,we analyzed inter-molecular interactions between herbal ingredients of SF and human inflammation and cancer through network-pharmacology and molecular docking-based ***:Firstly,ingredients and potential targets were obtained from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,GeneCards database,Therapeutic Targets Database and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man ***,protein-protein interaction network and medicine-ingredient-target-disease network were established and analyzed via STRING and ***-dock was performed by ***,functional enrichment and pathway enrichment were achieved by Gene Ontology database and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes ***:The results showed that 113 components of SF and 53 potential targets were related in the *** exerts anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer mechanism through key targets located in nucleus,such as JUN,MYC,RELA,NCOA,PPARG which may trigger the NF-κB pathway,the Bcl-2/Bax pathway and other pathways to effect DNA transcriptional ***:The study predicted the mechanism of SF on cancer and *** to the results,we suggest that the ingredients of SF effect on DNA bingding and transcription in nuclear receptors-like JUN,MYC,RELA,NCOA,*** receptors trigger several pathways including NF-κB pathway,the Bcl-2/Bax pathway and ***,it regulats inflammatory factors and cell proliferation,senescence and apoptosis.

Lymphatic metastasis is the main metastatic route for colorectal cancer, which increases the risk of cancer recurrence and distant metastasis. The properties of the lymph node metastatic colorectal cancer(LNM-CRC) cells are poorly understood, and effective therapies are still lacking. Here, we found that hypoxia-induced fibroblast activation protein alpha(FAPα) expression in LNM-CRC cells. Gain-or loss-function experiments demonstrated that FAPα enhanced tumor cell migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, stemness, and lymphangiogenesis via activation of the STAT3 pathway. In addition, FAPα in tumor cells induced extracellular matrix remodeling and established an immunosuppressive environment via recruiting regulatory T cells, to promote colorectal cancer lymph node metastasis(CRCLNM). Z-GP-DAVLBH, a FAPα-activated prodrug, inhibited CRCLNM by targeting FAPα-positive LNM-CRC cells. Our study highlights the role of FAPα in tumor cells in CRCLNM and provides a potential therapeutic target and promising strategy for CRCLNM.
