Outcome based Education(OBE)emphasizes“student-centered,output-oriented”continuous improvement to meet the needs of students to acquire knowledge and develop abilities.The result orientation of the existing“Sensor principle and application”course teaching reform emphasizes the understanding and application of sensor principle,mastering the principle of language rules,object-oriented programming method and thinking mode.The teaching reform of this course is based on the concept of OBE,focusing on the combination of sensor principles and students’majors,and guiding students to apply object-oriented development tools reasonably and efficiently in related professional engineering.Comprehensive projects should be introduced into practical teaching to appropriately increase the workload and difficulty of practical teaching and cultivate students’awareness and ability of teamwork.Solve the“pain points”and“blocking points”existing in the curriculum,so as to combine the curriculum with talent training.The results of practical application show that the students’engineering application ability is improved and they can complete the comprehensive practical project well.

Synergetic Bioproduction of Short-Chain Fatty Acids from Waste Activated Sludge Intensified by the Combined Use of Potassium Ferrate and Biosurfactants

The synergetic effect and underlying mechanism of potassium ferrate(PF)with tea saponin(TS,a biosurfactant)in producing short chain fatty acids(SCFAs)from anaerobic fermentation of waste activated sludge(WAS)were explored in this work.Experimental results showed that 0.2 g PF(g TSS)^(-1)(total suspended solid)combined with 0.02 g TS(g TSS)^(-1) could further improve SCFAs’production,and the maximum SCFAs content reached 2008.7 mg COD L^(-1),which is 1.2 and 4.5 times higher than those with PF and TS individually added,respectively,and 5.3 times higher than that of blank WAS on Day 12.In the model substrates experiments,the degradation rates of bovine serum albumin and dextran with combination of PF and TS were 41.3%±0.1% and 48.5%±0.06%,respectively,on Day 3,which are lower than those in blank WAS(with degradation rates of 72.3%±0.5%and 90.3%±0.3%).It was revealed that the oxidative effect of PF and the solubilization of TS caused more organic matters to be dissolved out from WAS,providing a large number of biodegradable substances for subsequent SCFAs production.While WAS pretreated with the combination of PF and TS,the relative abundances of Firmicutes increased from 6.4%(blank)to 38.6%,and that of Proteobacteria decreased from 41.8%(blank)to 21.8%.The combination of PF and TS promoted the hydrolysis process of WAS by enriching Firmicutes,and then increased acetic acid production by inhibiting Proteobacteria that consumed SCFAs.Meanwhile,at the genus level,acidogenesis bacteria(e.g.,Proteiniclasticum and Petrimonas)were enriched whereas SCFAs consuming bacteria(e.g.,Dokdonella)were inhibited.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of different Al species and chitosan（CS） dosages on coagulation performance,floc characteristics（floc sizes,strength and regrowth ability and fractal dimension） and membrane resistance in a coagulation-ultrafiltration hybrid process.Results showed that different Al species combined with humic acid in diverse ways.A1_a had better removal efficiency,as determined by UV_（254） and dissolved organic carbon,which could be further improved by the addition of CS.In addition,the optimal dosage of different Al species was determined to be 4.0 mg/L with the CS concentration of 1.0 mg/L,by orthogonal coagulation experiments.Combining Al_a/A1_b/A1_c,with CS resulted in larger flocs,higher recovery,and higher fractal dimension values corresponding to denser flocs;in particular,the floc size at the steady state stage was four times larger than that obtained with Al species coagulants alone.The results of ultrafiltration experiments indicated that the external fouling percentage was significantly higher than that of internal fouling,at around 85%and 15%,respectively.In addition,the total membrane resistance was significantly decreased due to CS addition.

G-C3N4 was supported on the surface of foamed ceramic,and the g-C3N4@foamed ceramic was packed in the photocatalytic reactor in a layered manner.Effects of urea and H2O2 concentration on NO conversion were investigated.Pulse experiments were carried out to investigate the change of NO conversion with time under different concentrations of H2O2.The contribution of each route that NO converted and the selectivities of products were calculated.Results showed that the photo-reduction of NO accounted for 2%,and the photo-oxidation of NO accounted for 14%,and the rest was absorbed by the humidifier.Products include ammonia(NH+4-N),nitrogen(N2),nitrite(NO-2-N)and nitrate(NO-3-N),of which N2 accounted for 9%.

目的对日文版幼儿父母家庭赋能量表进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法获得量表原作者授权,采用Brislin双人翻译-回译法,对日文版量表进行翻译、回译、整合、文化调适及预调查,形成中文版量表。应用中文版幼儿父母家庭赋能量表对539名幼儿父母进行调查,检验量表的信效度。结果中文版幼儿父母家庭赋能量表包括家庭关系、育儿的自我效能感、与当地社区间的联系、父母角色成就感、育儿服务的认知和有效利用5个维度共24个条目,量表的条目水平的内容效度指数为0.857~1.000,量表水平的平均内容效度指数为0.907;探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为74.956%;验证性因子分析结果显示,χ^(2)/df=1.486,RMSEA=0.048,NFI=0.941,IFI=0.980,TLI=0.977,CFI=0.980,GFI=0.869,AGFI=0.838,整体模型拟合度可接受。量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.946,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.908~0.949;量表折半信度为0.801。结论中文版幼儿父母家庭赋能量表具有较好的信效度,可以作为幼儿父母家庭赋能筛查的测评工具。

The Mobei reservoir is a low-permeability-sandstone reservoir,due to differences in pore geometry,it can be divided into two independent reservoirs:A1 reservoir and A2 reservoir.For better understanding the water flooding development effects of Mobei reservoir,the mercury intrusion porosimetry,water flooding CT scanning and micro-CT scanning experiments are used in this study.The result shows that the reservoir has the strong heterogeneity which is weaken gradually from A1 reservoir to A2 reservoir.Reservoir pore radius is mainly distributed in the 100e200 microns,the throat radius is mainly distributed in the 1e3 micron.The water flooding core experiment in each reservoir shows a short water-free oil production period and rapid water cut after breakthrough.The A2 reservoir core flooding process is similar to piston displacement,the A1 reservoir core flooding process refers to the phenomenon(The fingering phenomenon in the process of core flooding in the A1 reservoir is obvious).The calculated water drive efficiency of the A2 reservoir is 61.2%,which is higher than 49.1%of the A1 reservoir.According to the CT scanning process,the Mobei oilfield has low micro displacement efficiency and the A1 reservoir has a smaller spread(sweep area)and higher residual oil saturation.

目的探讨肿瘤患儿照护者对选择中心静脉置管的决策体验，为制定决策辅助策略提供依据。方法采用现象学质性研究方法，以目的抽样法选取肿瘤患儿照护者17人进行半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi资料分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果共提炼出3个主题和6个亚主题，分别为决策前积极准备与消极应对共存(迷茫无助、积极应对)、决策中医生主导与共享决策共存(医生主导决策、共享决策)、决策后获益庆幸与反思后悔共存(获益庆幸、后悔担心)。结论肿瘤患儿照护者在选择静脉导管置入时的决策体验复杂、决策参与度不高；医护人员应关注其参与共享决策意愿及影响因素，并予以针对性干预，提升其共享决策参与意愿。

以污泥、磷尾矿和赤泥为原料制备陶粒,用盐酸、硝酸和柠檬酸进行改性,研究陶粒对水中Pb^(2+)的吸附效果,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、表面基团、零电荷点(pHPZC)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析陶粒对Pb^(2+)的吸附机理。结果表明,低浓度盐酸或硝酸改性陶粒对Pb^(2+)的去除率更好,柠檬酸改性陶粒对Pb^(2+)的去除率低于未改性陶粒。酸改性陶粒具有比表面积大、孔隙结构发达、酸性基团含量多、等电点低等特点,对Pb^(2+)的吸附同时存在物理吸附和化学吸附过程,可用作含Pb^(2+)废水的处理材料。
