Spatial variations of macrozoobenthos and sediment nutrients in Lake Yangcheng: Emphasis on effect of pen culture of Chinese mitten crab

We determined the effect of Chinese mitten crab（CMC） pen culture on the quantified spatial distribution of the macrozoobenthic community and sediment nutrients in Lake *** analysis indicated that water temperature, macrophyte occurrence, sediment type, and crab culture were the main environmental factors that influence the spatiotemporal macrozoobenthic distribution. Macrozoobenthic assemblages in the lake were characterized by eutrophic indicator species. In the most polluted estuaries, the abundance and diversity indices of the whole community and abundance of chironomids and oligochaetes were significantly depressed, and sediment carbon（C） and phosphorus（P） were significantly enhanced compared with those in the western, middle（MB）, and eastern basin（EB）. Crab culture in this lake had significant effects on the species composition of the macrozoobenthic community in one of three CMC culture pens（CP）, and generally depressed the abundance of most chironomid and oligochaete species. Significantly increased diversity, evenness, sediment carbon and nitrogen content, and sediment C：P ratio in the CP were found compared with those in the three ***, no conspicuous difference in sediment P content between the CP and the two basins of MB and EB was detected. Our results showed that the enhanced diversity and evenness of macrozoobenthos might be associated with the joint effect of macrophyte planting and crab predation, and macrophyte planting may modify the effects of CMC culture by leading to disproportional accumulation of C and N in the sediment relative to P in the CP of the lake.

Identification of a new Hazelnut disease in Liaoning Province:Hazelnut husk brown rot

Hazelnut husk brown rot has been identified as a new disease in Liaoning Province in recent *** objective of this study as to identify the pathogen.[Method]In this study,a standard sample of hazelnut husk brown rot was collected from Songmudao Base in Dalian City,Liaoning *** pathogen was identified by the studies of the morphology,pathogenicity,and analyses of ITS and LSU *** pathogen was isolated and purified,which was confirmed by Koch’s *** symptoms after inoculation were the same as those collected directly from a diseased tree,which showed that it was the pathogenic *** cultural characteristics and conidia and the morphology of the pathogenic fungi were similar to those of Botrytis cinerea’*** ITS sequences and LSU sequences were compared to the associated strain sequences in GenBank,with 100%identity to Botrytis cinerea(GenBank accession number:MN589848.1)and Botrytis cinerea(GenBank accession number:KU140653.1),*** infection status of the pathogen on the hazelnut husks was also *** studies suggested that the pathogen leading to the hazelnut husk brown rot as a new disease in Liaoning Province was Botrytis cinerea.

Rotifer community structure and its response to environmental factors in the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden,Shanghai

We investigated rotifer community structure in the Backshore Wetland of the Expo Garden in Shanghai from September 2009 to August *** identified 116 rotifer species,determined the dominant species and their relationships with environmental factors,and community diversity *** trigla was the most common species over the four seasons and proportionally most dominant in spring and autumn,whereas Cephalodella exigua and Keratella cochlearis were the most dominant species in winter and summer,*** was seasonal variability in species numbers,with the highest numbers in summer,followed by autumn and *** mean annual density was 815±1346 ind./L and the biomass was 0.3649±0.4940 mg/*** were significant differences between months:the highest density(2723±2926 ind./L)and biomass(0.7938±0.8197 mg/L)occurred in June,while the lowest density(238±271 ind./L)and biomass(0.0476±0.0429 mg/L)occurred in *** correspondence analysis(CCA)indicated that temperature,pH,nitrite nitrogen(NO2-N),and total phosphorus(TP)were the most important abiotic factors affecting rotifer *** research showed that the adaptability of the rotifers to temperature was the important factor.

Study on the ore-forming and ore-controlling structure of the Mujicun Cu (Mo) ore deposit, Hebei Province, China

The Mujicun Cu (Mo) ore deposit at Laiyuan, Hebei Province, is a currently proven large-sized Cu (Mo) polymetallic ore deposit and it is located in the second-ordered fault depression basin of the ditachment belt on the hanging-wall on the western side at the juncture of the Laiyuan dumbell-shaped complex in the northern part of the Fuping mantle-branch structure. Metallogenesis is controlled by diorite porphyrite in intrusive relation with the fault depression basin and other relevant fault structure systems and intenstive wall-rock alteration zones. This study, in conjunction with the most recent exploration data, analyzed the geological background of metallogenesis of this deposit, summaried the geological characteristics of typical ore deposits, determined the alteration zonation of the deposit, investigated regional metallogenesis and the genesis of typical ore deposits, discussed the regional ore-forming and ore-controlling structures, and generalized the regional ore-controlling model and metallogenic model of the deposit. It is considered that the Mujicun porphry Cu (Mo) deposit, the Tieling, Futuyu, Xiaoligou and other skarn-type Fe-Cu deposits and the He'ergou hydrothermal-type Pb-Zn-Ag deposit jointly constitute a three-in-one polymetallic orefield, with the characteristics of typical metallogenic series.

Rotifer community structure and assessment of water quality in Yangcheng Lake

Rotifer community structure was investigated in Yangcheng Lake in 2008. Dominant species and species diversity indices were determined and QB/T was used to assess water quality. The annual average density and biomass of the rotifers in Yangcheng Lake was 2 894＋ 1 006 indYL and 12.47± 10.28 mg/L, respectively. The highest densities were observed in the western portion of the lake in March, but the highest biomass occurred in inflowing creeks in September. Within a year of monitoring in Yangcheng Lake, 93 species were identified and the dominant species were found to be Polyarthra trigla, Brachionus angularis, Keratella eochlearis, Keratella valga, Brachionus calyciflorus, and Filinia major. Of the species recorded, 75 were pollution indicator species. Density and biomass exhibited significant positive correlations with water temperature （R=0,209, P=0.003; R=0.446, P=0.000）, but the peak density showed two lags in response to chl a. According to the Jaccard similarity index （S0, the greatest similarity among dominant species occurred between creeks and the eastern part of the lake. The annual average Shannon-Wiener diversity index H＇, Margalef richness index D and Pielou evenness index J were 1.96±0.34, 1.61±0.50 and 0.77±0.10, respectively. In all four areas of Yangcheng Lake, β- mesosaprobic species comprised the largest share of pollution indicator species. These data suggest that Yangcheng Lake is mesosaprobic.

Changes in the phytoplankton community structure of the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden, Shanghai from 2009 to 2010

Phytoplankton community structure,abundance,and species'spatial and temporal distributions were examined for the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden in Shanghai from September 2009 to August 2010.A total of 371 phytoplankton species were identified from 109 genera 8 *** were 18 dominant species in total,and Phormidium tenue was dominant during four *** mean annual abundance and biomass were 711.11×10^(4) cells/L and 5.70 mg/L,*** seasonal changing trend of existing stocks was bimodal,with main peaks of density and biomass occurring in the winter and a secondary peaks occurring in the *** Shannon–Wiener diversity index(H′),the Margalef species richness index(D),and Pielou's species evenness index(J)showed a clear seasonal *** of the indices showed a changing pattern,with the highest recorded values from the summer to autumn and the lowest recorded values from the winter to *** canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)showed that environmental factors,including water temperature,nitrate nitrogen,and pH were the main influencing factors to the change of phytoplankton community structure in the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden in Shanghai.

An Aircraft Trajectory Anomaly Detection Method Based on Deep Mixture Density Network

The timely and accurately detection of abnormal aircraft trajectory is critical to improving flight ***,the existing anomaly detection methods based on machine learning cannot well characterize the features of aircraft *** anomaly detection accuracy still exists due to the high-dimensionality,heterogeneity and temporality of flight trajectory *** this end,this paper proposes an abnormal trajectory detection method based on the deep mixture density network(DMDN)to detect flights with unusual data patterns and evaluate flight trajectory *** technique consists of two components:Utilization of the deep long short-term memory(LSTM)network to encode features of flight trajectories effectively,and parameterization of the statistical properties of flight trajectory using the Gaussian mixture model(GMM).Experiment results on Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport terminal airspace show that the proposed method can effectively capture the statistical patterns of aircraft *** model can detect abnormal flights with elevated risks and its performance is superior to two mainstream *** proposed model can be used as an assistant decision-making tool for air traffic controllers.
