智慧旅游是旅游融入互联网时代的新业态,是旅游高质量发展、提高游客满意度的重要抓手。基于我国智慧旅游发展促进政策及现有文献,研究构建智慧旅游发展水平指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)与优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对云南16个州市智慧旅游发展水平进行实证。研究发现:云南省智慧旅游发展水平区域差异明显,总体上可分为较高、中等和较低发展水平,呈现出以昆明为中心,向周边州市降低的阶梯分布格局。通过综合分析,提出促进智慧旅游发展的对策建议:(1)加大政策扶持力度,激发智慧旅游主体活力;(2)凝炼云南经验,共享旅游数字化转型升级成果;(3)统筹规划智慧旅游体系建设,提升旅游智慧化水平,以期为推进我国旅游数字化、智慧化建设提供借鉴。

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台研究陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛的经验。方法:以2020年1月—2022年12月陈贱平主任诊治胃脘痛的一诊及复诊纸质处方为来源,共筛选500条。收集整理陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛的处方,选取其中调理脾胃的药物,采用数据挖掘法明确陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛处方中各种药物及其使用频次之间的关联性,分析总结其用药治疗胃脘痛的经验。结果:通过对陈贱平主任135条治疗胃脘痛处方的分析,发现党参、三七、柴胡、白术、白芍等中药使用频次最高,通过药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出12个核心组合和6条新处方。结论:陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛经验丰富,善用党参、三七、柴胡、白术、白芍等,以疏肝解郁、健脾化湿为主。

研究云南省民宿空间结构演化及影响因素对丰富和深化旅游新业态、推动乡村振兴具有重要意义。选取2012年、2018年和2022年云南省民宿的面板数据,综合运用空间分析工具、地理探测器,探究云南省民宿空间结构的演变及影响因素。结果表明:(1)云南省民宿空间分布呈明显的集聚状态;民宿空间分布的演化趋势为“单核少散点—双核多网点—三核多斑点”;民宿空间分布大致形成西北—东南走向。(2)气候舒适性是民宿空间分布的主要促进因素,其次旅游吸引物数量、是旅游设施及政策支持因素,最后是社会经济状况、生态环境和旅游发展水平因素。研究结果既有助于地方政府优化民宿空间布局,也为乡村振兴战略下其他区域民宿产业的发展提供借鉴与参考。

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)are recognized as a promising energy storage system with intrinsic safety and low cost,but its applications still rely on the design of high-capacity and stable-cycling cathode *** this work,we present an intercalation mechanism-based cathode materials for AZIB,*** vanadium oxide with pre-intercalated manganese ions and lattice water(noted as MVOH).The synergistic effect between Mn^(2+)and lattice H_(2)O not only expands the interlayer spacing,but also significantly enhances the structural *** in-situ and ex-situ characterizations clarify the Zn^(2+)/H^(+)co–(de)intercalation mechanism of MVOH in aqueous *** demonstrated remarkable structure stability,excellent kinetic behaviors and ion-storage mechanism together enable the MVOH to demonstrate satisfactory specific capacity of 450 mA h g^(−1)at 0.2 A g^(−1),excellent rate performance of 288.8 mA h g^(−1)at 10 A g^(−1)and long cycle life over 20,000 cycles at 5 A g^(−1).This work provides a practical cathode material,and contributes to the understanding of the ion-intercalation mechanism and structural evolution of the vanadium-based cathode for AZIBs.

Hofmeister series ranks the ability of salt ions in influencing a variety of properties and processes in aqueous *** this review,we reexamine how these ions and some other small molecules affect water structure and thermodynamic properties,such as surface tension and protein backbone *** illustrate the difficulties in interpreting the thermodynamic information based on structural and dynamic *** an alternative,we show that the solvation properties of ions and proteins/small molecules can be used to explain the salt effects on the thermodynamic properties of the *** analysis shows that the often neglected cation-anion cooperativity plays a very important role in these *** also argue that the change of hydrogen donor/acceptor equilibrium by added cosolutes/cosolvents can be used to explain their effects on protein secondary structure denaturation/protection:those increase hydrogen donor concentrations such as urea and salts with strongly solvated cations/weakly hydrated anions tend to dissolve protein backbone acting as secondary structure denaturants,whereas those lack of hydrogen donors but rich in acceptors have the opposite effect.

In this work,particulate matter(PM) emissions from a large two-stroke,low-speed marine diesel engine were investigated when the engine was operated with low-sulfur heavy fuel oil(HFO) at various *** samples were collected in situ from the engine exhaust to determine the detailed physical and chemical *** nanostructure and morphology of the nanoparticles were analyzed using transmission electron microscopy images(TEM).The results show that volatile organic carbon(OC) accounts for more than 80% in the HFO particles and leads to an increase in particle *** thermodynamic conditions of a low-speed engine favor the behavior of capturing the soluble organic components.A large number of spherical char HFO particles with aerodynamic diameters of 0.2 μm-0.5 μm and a suspected inner metal core were *** two peak aerodynamic diameters of the HFO nanoparticles are 15 nm and 86 *** morphological differences among the HFO nanoparticles in varied engine conditions represent the formation process from primary nascent particles to mature graphitized particles caused by *** above study will be valuable for understanding the characteristics of PM emissions from low-sulfur HFO to achieve the ship PM emissions reduction target.

Rapid acquisition of the kinematic deformation field and seismic intensity distribution of large earthquakes is crucial for postseismic emergency rescue,disaster assessment,and future seismic risk *** advancement of GNSS observation and data processing makes it play an important role in this field,especially the high-frequency *** used the differential positioning method to calculate the 1 HZ GNSS data from 98 sites within 1000 km of the M_(S)7.4 Maduo earthquake *** kinematic deformation field and the distribution of the seismic intensity by using the peak ground velocity derived from displacement waveforms were *** results show that:1)Horizontal coseismic response deformation levels ranging from 25 mm to 301 mm can be observed within a 1000 km radius from the *** response deformation on the east and west sides shows bilateral asymmetry,which markedly differs from the symmetry presented by surface rupture.2)The seismic intensity obtained through high-frequency GNSS and field investigations exhibits good consistency of the scope and orientation in the high seismic intensity area,although the former is generally slightly smaller than the latter.3)There may exist obstacles on the eastern side of the seismogenic *** Maduo earthquake induced a certain tectonic stress loading effect on the western Kunlun Pass-Jiangcuo fault(KPJF)and Maqin-Maqu segment,resulting in higher seismic risk in the future.

Immunotherapy is a promising approach for preventing postoperative tumor recurrence and metastasis. However, inflammatory neutrophils, recruited to the postoperative tumor site, have been shown to exacerbate tumor regeneration and limit the efficacy of cancer vaccines. Consequently, addressing postoperative immunosuppression caused by neutrophils is crucial for improving treatment outcomes. This study presents a combined chemoimmunotherapeutic strategy that employs a biocompatible macroporous scaffold-based cancer vaccine (S-CV) and a sialic acid (SA)-modified, doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded liposomal platform (DOX@SAL). The S-CV contains whole tumor lysates as antigens and imiquimod (R837, Toll-like receptor 7 activator)-loaded PLGA nanoparticles as immune adjuvants for cancer, which enhance dendritic cell activation and cytotoxic T cell proliferation upon localized implantation. When administered intravenously, DOX@SAL specifically targets and delivers drugs to activated neutrophils in vivo, mitigating neutrophil infiltration and suppressing postoperative inflammatory responses. In vivo and vitro experiments have demonstrated that S-CV plus DOX@SAL, a combined chemo-immunotherapeutic strategy, has a remarkable potential to inhibit postoperative local tumor recurrence and distant tumor progression, with minimal systemic toxicity, providing a new concept for postoperative treatment of tumors.
